“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“Wonderful brunch with chicken/waffles and Wague burger. Only disappointment was we really wanted the French onion soup. And it was gone! It was 1:00 pm!!! How could it be sold out already?? Other than that, service was wonderful and very nice atmosphere! Highly recommend. For dessert… profiteroles!! Yum!“

“This was my 2nd time at mizumi and again it did not disappoint. The otoro nigiri was expensive but worth it. I had several rolls after that and all were exceptional, one of them had gold flakes on it. I’ve never been to japan, but mizumi makes me feel like I’m at a very authentic high end sushi restaurant in japan. This is not your typical american style sushi restaurant. Almost all of them add all kinds of fillers to the specialty rolls to make them taste great, but don’t really resemble quality sushi. Mizumi is more pure, and focuses more on superior quality fish. Well worth the higher prices. If you are a purist, and you want and are willing to pay for top quality sushi, make sure you go to mizumi while visiting vegas. Also the service was great, the napkins were a high thread count, atmosphere is very nice, and the attention to detail is near flawless. This will be a regular stop when i visit vegas“

Their decadent Chocolate Brownies must be made in Heaven, then delivered here undercover of night. They are not like any brownies I've ever tasted before… They are the best of the best. I'm allergic to a lot of BBQ ingredients (not traditional BBQ but fruits and whatnot that most places add) so I was pleasantly surprised to know that this place is all traditional BBQ in its preparation. I had the Brisket Baked Potato and it was so incredibly delicious. The brisket melted in my mouth. If I wasn't so full I would have ordered a second one! My husband had a Cuban sandwich and downed it in record time. Our server Ryan was attentive and sweet, understanding of the full menu and preparation of the food, which put me at ease. “We had a wonderful time at Giada's because our server was so great. The pasta in a cheese wheel was a highlight, as was the arugula salad (the best we've ever had). I prefer a more traditional tiramisu, but it was good. As other's have mentioned you don't really need to upgrade to a window seat. The only complaint we had was the music. And this goes for all over Vegas. Every restaurant seems to think they should have clubbing music going. I can only imagine how wonderful nice italian or classical music would have been to match the beauty of Giada's decor.“

Absolutely loved the pancake with bbq pork, chicken with mushroom and asparagus top quality (use the sauce with steamed rice). Corn soup had delicious flavor but was not steamy hot enough. Soup dumplings were ok. Super super staff and service, very comfortable atmosphere.“

“I was diagnosed of MSA disease in 2021 but my first symptoms occurred in 2019.. I had severe symptoms ranging from tremors, trouble walking, Stiff muscles whole body weakness, rigidity and stiffness. I was given medications which helped but only for a short period of time, so I decided to try alternative measures and began MSA-5 treatment program from Aknniherbs Center (Visit aknniherbscentre. com). When we showed up to dinner there was a very thoughtful bday table set up with roses and a capital grille swag bag filled with her fave snacks. It was So sweet! Also our server Luis was outstanding!
