“Wir sind Deutsche. Wir haben außerhalb vom Strip ein Frühstückslokal gesuchen und ich kann das EGGscelent nur als Exzellent empfehlen. Die Speisekarte ist der Wahnsinn. Das spanische Omelette kann ich nur empfehlen, leicht scharr, leicht, aber der Kaffee ein bisschen stärker vielleicht aber sonst war das Essen das Frühstück Bombe. Unser Service Ismael war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.“

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“An exquisite experience for my family and I. Firstly, the service was incredibly great from the beginning. The first waiter that got us water and coffee got it extremely quickly. Obviously stuff like that comes prepared much quicker than orange juice and soda, but I was still impressed. And the waitress that took our orders was extremely kind. Truthfully, me and my family weren’t the easiest to work with. My brother was too focused on his phone conversation to realize he was getting his order taken and I was slightly hesitant to order the Eggs Benedict, but the waitress was patient and provided commentary on the items when necessary. It took only ten to fifteen minutes before our food was served in a relatively packed house and we were astounded by the quality. It all looked good and tasted incredibly. My mother got the French Toast Ambrosia, and when I tell you that it had the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted, I’m not kidding. I wouldn’t call their bluff if they claimed they picked the fruit two minutes prior. My Eggs Benedict, which the waitress thought was a strange and unpopular choice, was incredible in my opinion. If that’s the floor, I’d be so excited to revisit this place. Sausage links were great too, they gave me five and they were a lot larger than anticipated. On a non-food related front, the atmosphere was also pretty good. The LED lights are a good choice and this place makes use of its space pretty well. Even the kitchen, from what I saw, looked clean. My only complaint is maybe that the music probably should be a bit louder, but that could depend on seating. I didn’t catch the Fire-pit Lounge until the very end for only a minute or so, but it seems to be well worth a visit considering how much work it must’ve taken. Overall, I haven’t loved the food by the Vegas strip, but this is what I’ve seen to be the peak. This is everything I could’ve asked for and a bag of chips.“

“Brunch at Esther's was another great dining experience. We had the Proper Breakfast and the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil Cake. This cake is probably the best dessert ever. Juan, our server, was so fun and knowledgeable.“

“This is my favorite brazi steak house. I love the picanha and abacaxi, and the the caiprinhas are the best in the city in my book. Its hard to get the drinks made with actual cachacha, but here does it. When they are made with Vodka (caipiroska) it is not the same, and alot of places will try to pass them off as cachacha. The only thing i wish theyd change is to offer coxinhas or esfihas somehow. Those are my favorite Brazilian treats. All the meat is made so, so well. They do a really great job.“

I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? “Was looking not only for an experience but specifically Wagyu A5 beef, and they did not disappoint. We had the diamond experience, all Wagyu with seafood and vegetables that you cooked in a hot pot. The bone marrow was interesting and something I'd never had before.
It was all you could eat and everything was fantastic.
Because the protein was thinly sliced it cooked very quickly in the liquid. One side was their house broth and the other was a sweet soy broth which was amazing as was both sauces they provided.
I would recommend this place for the experience alone but the food was great too.“

“Went with a very special lady both celebrating birthdays. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Told the waiter we wanted to wait a bit to order. No problem there. She enjoyed a glass of wine, me a bottle of Diet Coke. We split an 8 Oz. filet ( Happy Hour price ), the sea bass and Mac and cheese. Steak was perfectly done and pre cut which was a nice touch. The sea bass with a miso sauce was one of the best things both of us have ever eaten. Thick, flakey and juicy. Amazing. The Mac and cheese was a large portion, gooey and wonderful. We both got a complimentary birthday dessert. Service was perfect. We were there about 2 1/2 hours ( our choice ) and never felt rushed. It was a perfect evening. We will definitely return. Still thinking about the sea bass. Very highly recommended for a special night out.“
