“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“An exquisite experience for my family and I. Firstly, the service was incredibly great from the beginning. The first waiter that got us water and coffee got it extremely quickly. Obviously stuff like that comes prepared much quicker than orange juice and soda, but I was still impressed. And the waitress that took our orders was extremely kind. Truthfully, me and my family weren’t the easiest to work with. My brother was too focused on his phone conversation to realize he was getting his order taken and I was slightly hesitant to order the Eggs Benedict, but the waitress was patient and provided commentary on the items when necessary. It took only ten to fifteen minutes before our food was served in a relatively packed house and we were astounded by the quality. It all looked good and tasted incredibly. My mother got the French Toast Ambrosia, and when I tell you that it had the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted, I’m not kidding. I wouldn’t call their bluff if they claimed they picked the fruit two minutes prior. My Eggs Benedict, which the waitress thought was a strange and unpopular choice, was incredible in my opinion. If that’s the floor, I’d be so excited to revisit this place. Sausage links were great too, they gave me five and they were a lot larger than anticipated. On a non-food related front, the atmosphere was also pretty good. The LED lights are a good choice and this place makes use of its space pretty well. Even the kitchen, from what I saw, looked clean. My only complaint is maybe that the music probably should be a bit louder, but that could depend on seating. I didn’t catch the Fire-pit Lounge until the very end for only a minute or so, but it seems to be well worth a visit considering how much work it must’ve taken. Overall, I haven’t loved the food by the Vegas strip, but this is what I’ve seen to be the peak. This is everything I could’ve asked for and a bag of chips.“

In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality. The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the food, noting it was easily some of the best they’ve ever had. Anima delivered a true culinary experience that elevated our special night. The service was perfection. “Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. Kristen, my server, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. She elevated the entire evening with her grace and professionalism. And a huge thank you to Antonio, the GM, who personally came by to check in. He was kind, welcoming, and hands down one of the best GMs I’ve encountered anywhere. His leadership and care for the guest experience are clearly reflected in every part of the restaurant. I would love to know where y’all get your basil oil that was on the burrata heirloom tomatoes appetizer. Truly the best version of a caprese I’ve ever had. We had the Porterhouse for 2, cooked to perfection, and the pork belly mac and cheese, so so delicious!And my drink, the Cock and Bull was so good… nice touch the crystal clear square ice cube. Will definitely return whenever we come to Vegas.“

For Saturday night was not very crowded, not noisy. We were have reservation. We didn't have to wait. We just go in and sit the white clothed nicely settled table.
I ordered medium rare filet mignon, came out well filet mignon. Cook was wrong. Server changed steak.. After changed, medium rare filet test was ok. ..if Restaurants got from me 4 , There is mean that restaurants are good, High Class Restaurants. Get 5 Stars from me very difficult. They have to be top of the top restaurants.Scotch 80 overall 4 star restaurant, There is mean one of the high class, nice restaurant .“

“I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It’s located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly.
Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I’ve had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I’m in Vegas.“

“First time coming here, I brought my hubby for father's day celebration.. Let me tell you this place is amazing.. restaurant super clean, exelent customer service, all the staff member super friendly and attentive. The food its out of these world. From pork, chicken, beef and sea food all Super delicious, they also have a salad bar with all kinds of stuff.super recommended . Definitely come back“

“Wir sind Deutsche. Wir haben außerhalb vom Strip ein Frühstückslokal gesuchen und ich kann das EGGscelent nur als Exzellent empfehlen. Die Speisekarte ist der Wahnsinn. Das spanische Omelette kann ich nur empfehlen, leicht scharr, leicht, aber der Kaffee ein bisschen stärker vielleicht aber sonst war das Essen das Frühstück Bombe. Unser Service Ismael war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.“
