“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I was in town with a friend to see the Eagles and we wanted an amazing dinner the night before. We googled unique dining experience and this one stood out. When I say it didn’t disappoint I’m not exaggerating. I have dined at many Michelin rated restaurants all over the world and this was a favorite that I will return to. We did the tasting menu with the wine pairings. The pairings were spot on perfect and very unique (think sparkling sake ). The entire staff was both friendly and informative giving us a little history of each of the wines. It’s about a 10 minute ride from the strip and very much worth it. The only thing I would have done differently was start with one of their amazing looking craft cocktails . We will absolutely return.“

“Amazing experience for a holiday banquet in the private dining room! David and Daniela were our servers and they were engaging, efficient, and always made sure we had what we needed. The entire meal, including appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts were plentiful and delicious. The coffee drinks with dessert were a nice compliment. Don't forget to park in the garage off Fashion Show Drive and Las Vegas Blvd; there is a special elevator behind the valet section, in the front corner of the garage, that goes up to the the restaurants, including Capital Grille on the 3rd floor.“

“Look like a luxury lounge with a homey feel to it. The meals are in large portions, so don’t over order if you don’t want a lot of leftovers. Everything on the menus is amazing. I strongly recommend the churro waffle for a sweet treat. There’s also an actual lounge in the back on this restaurant too.“

I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

Celebrated my 45th bady with family was able to book reservation for 8 same day. The restaurant is huge and has plenty of seating. The happy hour meat prices cant be beat. “Liz was a great server. She was polite, friendly and she made jokes, which I always love in a person. She checked in on us, and the food was so good, fresh and I had the French toast and the butter was sizzling when it came out. “I honestly don't remember if it was this particular Blueberry Hill but they're basically the same. This had the largest/most complete breakfast menu available. If you can get off the strip for breakfast this is great. Prices were a bit Vegas-high but not as much as any restaurant on the strip.“
