Now, it's hit or miss, and for the price of it, it's a hard pass. Sorry Western, wish you didn't follow every other restaurant with the high prices and focus on the great food you used to have.“

I had a strawberry lemonade and one liege waffle, while my companion had a cucumber lemonade and a vegan desert cup (cappuccino flavored). Everything was so good! It was noisy inside so we chose to sit outside on the patio under an umbrella. It was hot but much quieter. Very happy with my experience!“

“I ate the bean and cheese papusas, and I loved them!. They were soft, tasty, and had just the right ratio of beans to cheese. The curtido had the right amount of spice and was crispy and delicious.
I also had a carne asada taco, which was just a basic carne asado taco. Its hard to make a taco any more special than it already is.
This place is bumping with with to go orders, door dash, and dine in customers, and my food still came hot and quick. There were two people running the cash registers both efficiently and quickly. Both of them were bilingual and friendly. I would be a repeat customer if I actually lived in the area because the overall experience was pretty good.“

“We were in town for a conference and found ourselves here the night we got in town. The hospitality of everyone was amazing and conversations were a blast. Drinks were reasonably priced and everyone was nice. Naturally, we returned multiple times during the trip and had a good time every night.“

“My husband ordered a combination plate over the phone, but when he arrived at Hong Kong Express, there was a small mix-up and he was given three à la carte items instead, fried rice, vegetable delight, and General’s chicken.

What really stood out was how the staff handled it. They were extremely professional, didn’t get upset or rude at all. Instead, they honored the original combination plate price and told my husband he could keep all the food!

The customer service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. We’re very happy with our experience and will definitely be recommending Hong Kong Express to family and friends. We’ll be back for sure!“

“For extremely casual, I live Denny's. I love their Super Bird. So much about simple American dishes. However, they have made an unfortunate decision. Do not expect a lot of food and they have become quite expensive compared to what is offered. For example: You will need 2 orders of fries to equal one. Some online services charge $18 to $21 for a regular sandwich.

“I had a vegan “chicken” wrap for lunch today and it was so good. My only complaint is that I couldn’t eat the whole thing because I got full! The “chicken” didn’t taste “fake” at all, the sauce she uses is amazing, and the avocado with the lettuce added so much. Also I truly appreciated the care with which the wrap was, well, wrapped. I feel that sometimes you get a wrap that isn’t done right and you only get one ingredient at a time versus the whole flavor spectrum at once. This had every ingredient in every bite.
