“Had a birthday dinner here tonight. The vegan tapas are fabulous!!! We had the tempura sushi, rigatoni with vodka sauce, bruschetta, and zucchini fries- all absolutely delicious and good sized portions! The amaretto sours we chose were delicious and generously sized. The fried ice cream dessert was very good. Their chef is terrific - the flavors of the dishes were mouthwatering. Highly recommend Bar Vegan!“

“My favorite place in the area, as the food is always fresh and delicious! The portions are huge and Sal and his staff are amazing; he can come up with anything even if it’s not listed on the menu. They get busy with lunch rush from the hospital and still manage to get everyone in and out. I highly recommend their spicy falafel gyro! My daughter loves their chopped salmon and her best friend is obsessed with the chopped cheese sandwiches. It gives NYC deli vibes. I come here for lunch every week and have yet to leave unsatisfied. They have vegan options as well and there is something for everyone here.“

“I’ve been looking forward to checking out the restaurant, Dove & Deer, since I first encountered their food when their chef was highlighted at the annual Summer Gala fundraiser here in Hudson last year. Their chef served an incredible amuse-bouche with gooseberries and the chef who was there sharing the amuse-bouches was wonderfully charming and the food was incredible! I was so impressed that I’ve been following their social media since then and have been looking forward to visiting the restaurant all the while! I was recently in the area and while I unfortunately wasn’t able to visit the restaurant in person- I was able to order through Door Dash and the meal was incredible! We ordered an assortment of things to share and were thrilled with everything! -Spicy Kale Caesar with shredded kale, croutons, and shaved parmesan! -Truffle Parm Fries with scallions and truffle aioli! -Mini Wagyu Beef Hotdogs made with wagyu beef, served in buttery toasted buns, and topped with mustard, ketchup, and relish! -Hot Lobster Dip made with lobster claw and knuckle meat, gruyere, gouda, fontina, spinach, scallion, and crispy wontons! It is often very difficult for a restaurant to adjust their menu to translate to takeout; and for them to do so where every single dish was not only delicious but also mostly with a great presentation, says a great deal about their attention to detail. This is a restaurant I look forward to dining at again many more times over the years!“

“As a Taiwanese foodie, here are my little thoughts. The noodles in the beef noodle soup were too soft and mushy, and the broth lacked depth of flavor. The beef itself was nicely cooked and tender. The popcorn chicken was crispy, but I wish the chicken had used more five-spice powder when marinating it. The spicy wontons were tasty. Overall, the food was good, but the noodles and broth could use a bit more work.“

“This place is amazing. I didn't know what to expect going in to the all you can eat restaurant. I was happily surprised that it's not buffet style. Servers and bussers. The restaurant is nicely styled and comfortable. The greeters and wait staff couldn't have been kinder or more professional. $28.99 is worth every penny just for that. The longest we had to wait between orders was no more than 5 minutes. The food was fresh, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! I really can't find the superlatives to describe it. Everything combined made this experience one of the best outings I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place.“

“This place is so nice and the guy they had out front was awesome. Very friendly and good at making conversation that was appropriate for the situation. As soon as we walked in I could smell how good this place was going to be. The overall atmosphere was a really nice mix of casual and more upscale. We also went during a time when it was not very busy about 4pm yet there were still a handful of tables full despite the unpopular time.“

“My son and his family were visiting from Alaska. I wanted to find a nice place for brunch that wasn't a diner and I'm glad that I chose this restaurant. It was very clean and well designed. Food choices were plentiful. The waitress was excellent. I only had a few concerns and I had ordered this ham and cheese appetizer and it basically was just cooked bread. with minimal ham and cheese on the top. A bit disappointing. Also, that was served lukewarm. I had eggs, Benedict and that was delicious, but also did arrive not as hot as I had anticipated. My family said that everything that they ordered was fine and they truly enjoyed it.“

While the food is undoubtedly the star, the service was a bit underwhelming; it was efficient but lacked any warmth or conversation. I noticed a constant stream of takeout orders, suggesting its popularity. The atmosphere, unfortunately, felt a bit cold and uninviting, which detracted slightly from the overall experience. “Had a late lunch/early dinner yesterday. I ordered the “Langosta El Mariachi”. OMG!!! It was beyond delicious! The lobster tails were stuffed with shrimp and scallops with a creamy white sauce and cheese... the green beans seasoned perfectly with fresh garlic, the rice was cooked to perfection. The meal was perfectly plated and resembled a piece of art. I enjoyed every morsel. The lobster,shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant has a wonderful and warm ambiance and it is very clean. I highly recommend everyone to experience their own dining experience here. You won’t be disappointed. “The atmosphere and vibe of this cafe is amazing!

The entertainment on weekends are nothing that I have experienced anywhere else.

Mr. Ventura is always polite, attentive and accommodating. The staff are as well! Really giving you that welcoming hometown coffee shop feeling.

Considering I drive 30 minutes out of my way to grab a bite to eat. That should say enough about how delicious the food is. But if I must, the food is just as excellent! The Love Salad is my favorite! They also have gluten free options!

We had a great lunch at Cafe Madison on Northern Boulevard in Albany. She had a yogurt parfait with granola, and fresh fruit, all topped off with enough whipped cream to blanket this group. 🤣 I had a salad of mixed baby greens, walnuts, dried cranberries,poached pears, goat cheese, and a delicious apple cider vinaigrette. Our waitress, Ashley, was a delight. The food was great, but she's the reason I'll be back. Great customer service skills. She loves her job, and it's reflected in her positive attitude.“
