“Love this place so much. We have gone here and ordered here from when I was a baby. They have DECADES of great service right here in Arverne. They have seen us grow up, get married, have children, go off to college, come back etc. and we have seen their children grow up, go off to school and come back as well. They are kind and consistent. Some times we do take out, sometimes delivery, but we always tip. The very best Chinese food.“

It doesn't have fancy decor, nor does it serve mind-blowing dishes with flavors you can't find anywhere else.
However, their food is very wholesome and down-to-earth, without the heavy oils or excessive salt used to aggressively hook a customer's palate.
The prices are also very affordable—I imagine people working nearby frequent this place often.
I'm a delivery truck driver, and whenever I pass through this area, I make sure to stop by.
The elderly owner is Taiwanese and extremely kind, and they also employ some Spanish staff. The overall work atmosphere is wonderful, and I'm certain the owner treats them very well. Dining here gives you a sense of peace that you just can't find anywhere else.
You shouldn't go out of your way just to eat here, but if you happen to be passing by, you definitely have to drop in and check it out.“

“Really good beef noodles! The beef was super tender and they were very generous with the portions. Both broths were flavorful, and the noodles had a great texture. I especially liked the pickled vegetables in the first bowl — they gave the soup an extra savory and tangy kick. The spicy beef noodle soup was also delicious without being overwhelmingly spicy. Fresh ingredients, big portions, and very satisfying. Will definitely be back!“

Manasi, Ian, Thieanna, Kat, Lance, Raj, and Alexa really contributed to making my experience amazing. Thieanna recommended a drink and even changed it up a bit to my liking and it was SO GOOD (I’m picky about alcohol) Kat also had great suggestions for food and I LOVED every single one of them. The coconut smoothie is so light and refreshing for the heat, definitely good for someone who doesn’t like super sugary drinks. The coconut mango milk is so delicious and you get to choose the sweetness. I also ordered the general tsp bento box and it came with a lot of stuff. “Ben & his family Company has been a pillar of this community for over 20 years. The food is always made well. It feels as if he cares about the service as well. Though inflation has hit us all, Ben has kept prices relatively manageable. And the food quality has not wavered! Kudos to this fam for staying consistent over this many years. In 10 years of being their customer I cannot recall any meal or dish they served that was unappetizing or unsafe. They are definitely my favorite place to get Chinese food in Forest Hills! “First off I used to come to this spot when I was growing up. Time has changed and new ownership has taken over. The last owners were great. The new owners has upgraded the place and it looks great. The most important thing though is the food! and the food remains to be amazing. It's even better now because they offer halal, bubble tea and you can use your card(back in the days it was only cash). “Been here twice now and I'm kicking myself for not having come to this spot earlier during my time living in Jamaica, NY. Both times they have been awesome. No frills, no pizazz.... For this place, you probably will not eat at the restaurant. Not really a sit-down place although they have some tables and chairs. Who cares. The dumpling are ABSOLUTELY amazing and fresh. Homemade! My favorite dumplings are the basil chicken dumplings. My wife really likes the shrimp dumplings (both fried). We had the sesame pancakes with beef and they are just heaven. Very good all around.

Order for pickup as it will take a bit since they make them on the spot. I will be including photos my next trip since I've been unable to avoid tearing into my food before taking photos.“

Soups 🍲, appetizers, entrees, lunch and dinner specials, sides and beverages are on the menu. Customers who spend $25 receive a free egg roll or soda, spend $45 receive fried wontons or pint pork fried rice, spend $65 receive fried pork dumplings or pint chicken lo mein and spend $90 receive pint General Tso's chicken or beef pad Thai. We dined in and had the soup brought out to us in bowls to share, along with a yummy side salad, followed by the dumplings and then our sesame chicken. Every single item was prepared SO fresh. You can tell everything was just made and delicious. One of the owners (I forgot her name) was so sweet and came over to bring us some dessert to try (which was amazing) and talked to us for a bit. “I love the rice rolls that are only available on weekends. They’re portioned more generously and much cheaper than the ones sold in Flushing. Although the selection is limited (beef, pork, dried shrimp, fish balls, char siu pork, Chinese sausage,etc.), they’re all delicious. I love their chewy texture—it’s just like mochi.The price is an unbelievable $3 to $3.50.

I also like the tofu pudding (a large container for $4), which is almost identical to Japanese silken tofu, but the quality varies from day to day. The one I bought this time had a mushy texture on top—perhaps because the soy milk was too thin.“
