“Love this place so much. We have gone here and ordered here from when I was a baby. They have DECADES of great service right here in Arverne. They have seen us grow up, get married, have children, go off to college, come back etc. and we have seen their children grow up, go off to school and come back as well. They are kind and consistent. Some times we do take out, sometimes delivery, but we always tip. The very best Chinese food.“

“Great food and good prices for lunch. Stopped here one day when I was nearby.

The sesame balls here are so good!!! For catering we got veggie low mein, braised pork, bunch of different potstickers, sesame balls, and everything comes with cutlery if needed. They clearly label everything and the packaging is great because they seal all the containers so they don’t spill and the food came warm to eat. 👏🫶🤤

FYI there’s great catering here too! They offer delivery and have a great setup for any event. Will post pics of the catering if I can find them.“

“Annie’s kitchen is in all likely hood one of the finest eateries in the tristate, in fact I would dare to say the entire western hemisphere. The atmosphere is incredible, the staff extremely inviting helpful and hospitable. I felt more like family than a customer dining there. In short it is a must and will be recommending.

“Came in with my husband for sesame chicken, dumplings and wonton soup on a chilly Friday night. We dined in and had the soup brought out to us in bowls to share, along with a yummy side salad, followed by the dumplings and then our sesame chicken. Every single item was prepared SO fresh. You can tell everything was just made and delicious. One of the owners (I forgot her name) was so sweet and came over to bring us some dessert to try (which was amazing) and talked to us for a bit. My main Chinese take out order is always General Tso tofu and most of the other places in Bed Stuy/Bushwick tend to serve bean curd style tofu, which is okay, but nowhere near as delicious as the texture they served me.

Manasi, Ian, Thieanna, Kat, Lance, Raj, and Alexa really contributed to making my experience amazing. Thieanna recommended a drink and even changed it up a bit to my liking and it was SO GOOD (I’m picky about alcohol) Kat also had great suggestions for food and I LOVED every single one of them. Everyone’s energy and the ambiance was so lovely. The place is beautiful and they definitely deserve that auto grat+ more.

“Located inside Kings Plaza on the second floor, this is a good spot for some relatively inexpensive and okay chinese food/takeout. They have a self-service buffet in a overload-your-plate-one-time style. We ordered the kungpao chicken with rice, and stir fried noodles with a can of coke to share. They did not have diet coke, only regular. Portions were big for our appetites, we ended up bringing ⅔rds of the noodles back home with us.“

The cheese wontons however… i do not recommend at all. Both the filling AND the sauce were wayyy too sweet- making it not enjoyable. They should definitely change the sauce to make it more savory and spicy bc it wasn’t even sweet chili, just straight up SWEET. 😬 Anywho but the main dish which was the chicken was great!“

So when I saw East Garden I was very hesitant on going in but eventually decided to take a chance at fate, little did I know how much their General Tao's chicken with shrimp lo mein would change my life for the better.See I can't handle too-too much spice, so I was reluctant to get it but the aroma brought back memories of my grandparents eating the General Tao's chicken from back home and got it anyway.Once I saw it, I noticed it had just the right amount of sticky sauce, it was churchy but soft too (Which I loved) and from the moment I tasted it, I was immediately reminded of the times I had with my grandparents. Since I recently lost my grandmother, this moment made me burst into tears (Happy ones of course) when I had gotten home. “I love the Beef Chow Fun , they put a good amount of beef not like others , but I decided to buy chicken wings and fried rice . The wings were well done just like I like it . But the rice was too undercook . it was hard to eat . I ate the wings and had to throw away the rice . but it had a good flavor , just wish the rice was cooked .“

They sell soy milk with sugar and no sugar, I love the flavor, Tofu is other level, love it so much.
You should definitely improve in package, paper box for tofu with whey not the best.
Prices are extremely good and overall good place to find delicious food.
