“UPDATE . from 1 star to 5 . This location improved DRASTICALLY! I go here everyday , the staff is pleasant and mobile orders are coming out quick! If you stopped coming to this location when they first opened I would say to give them a second chance you wont be disappointed!!
Order same thing everyday through the mobile app , drink is made different each and everytime . If using the mobile app sometimes the order takes 10 mins other times its not ready after 35 mins . Drive thru is a joke ! You cant place your order until the car before you orders and picks up their order causing the drive thru line to be backed up with a minimum wait time of 5 mins per car. Although I have to admit that they have been doing a little better since its almost always empty now cause alot of people had horrible experiences and just stopped going here ! Everyone i speak to regarding this location has had a negative experience and has stopped going here . Its a shame ! Location needs more staff and better training. Worker asked me a few days ago "whatcha waiting for " with the nastiest attitude while waiting for my drink to get remade cause it was HORRIBLE , after getting it remade worse then the 1st time i just left with a crap 7 dollar coffee that went straight to the trash@“

“I had a very warm welcome and great coffee! It was the perfect pit stop to gather my energy in the middle of a long and tiring trip. The seats by the window are perfect for sitting and enjoying the cozy vibes. I was so happy to find gluten free biscuits with a yummy jam!!

“This is so close to my home and great for the neighborhood. The staff are great. I ordered a Mocha. It tasted great. Too strong a drink for so late in the day. Their baked goods look amazing. I didn't try any of those as of yet. I have only been there once but since I work from home, it's nice to have a place nearby to getaway from working and living out of my home.Thanks for opening up a nice cafe for us. Our neighborhood needs something nicer than Dunkin Donuts.“

“I come here for the atmosphere & the activities. The drink flavors are adventurous yet simple enough that someone who doesn’t like change can still enjoy.
All summer I enjoyed the strawberry matcha latte, but this time around the barista was gladly able to make a matcha & hot chocolate mic for me. We also tried the Rosemary Maple latte, we really enjoyed. Thank you Nook!“

“Excellent coffee, matcha, tea, and treats!
Their standard menu is excellent but their ever-changing seasonal menu is next level. Check out their Instagram for the latest. Past seasonal drinks from memory: the sweet corn einspanner (crossing fingers for a fall return!), the marshmallow dream cream (yum!), blueberry matcha latte, and most recently the apricot cardamom espresso tonic. All delicious and unique. I also really appreciate that they have non-caffeine options for kids and adults alike - even the decaf espresso is great. You'll also want to save room for their treats and...If you're still reading this, just go already.“
