I have only been there once but since I work from home, it's nice to have a place nearby to getaway from working and living out of my home.Thanks for opening up a nice cafe for us. Their standard menu is excellent but their ever-changing seasonal menu is next level. Check out their Instagram for the latest. Past seasonal drinks from memory: the sweet corn einspanner (crossing fingers for a fall return!), the marshmallow dream cream (yum!), blueberry matcha latte, and most recently the apricot cardamom espresso tonic. All delicious and unique. I also really appreciate that they have non-caffeine options for kids and adults alike - even the decaf espresso is great. “I love this place!!! I come here to get my work done on my laptop and I love the fact that they have cozy couches & armchairs besides regular chairs for long term sitting (They have Wi-Fi). So cozy, comfortable and inviting. The staff is super friendly and they make good drinks! (I love their Chai Latte and Iced/Hot Peach Coconut Matcha Latte). They have really chill music too (indie rock/60s rock/Radiohead etc.). They also have live music events with performers and bands on certain days, where the locals join in and show support. They have a selection of food as well (BLT, Avocado Toast, Muffins, Cookies, Scones and more). Overall, great service, good food & drinks and very nice atmosphere!!“

“We hosted our wedding at FTP two weeks and had a more wonderful time we could’ve ever imagined. The day truly exceeded our expectations. From the get go the event manager Rachel was a dream to work with. She is creative, organized, encouraging and realistic. Exactly the kind of person you want to be working with when planning a large and complicated event. We had an Indian American fusion wedding and she allowed us incorporate all the elements that were most important to us. Even as we threw twists and turns at her she took it in stride (for example we wanted to serve chai which isn’t typically on their menu, but instead of just telling us no like so many other venues/caterers would’ve, we found a creative solution that worked for all of us and were able to serve it). We created a custom menu with them that was all vegetarian and my goodness, it was genuinely incredible. On top of the custom menu, they worked with us to provide two different sets of custom dishes served out to a handful of guests with very specific dietary restrictions (one was gf/celiac safe, the other was for a traditional Jain diet). We have been getting endless compliments on how good all of the food was. It made life so much easier being able to work with a venue that could provide the space, the food, the bar package, the staff, the flowers, and even the tables and chairs (though you are also welcome to bring in your own if you prefer). They encourage you to decorate the space however you want but the venue is so inviting and beautiful that it hardly needs additional decor. Not only was Rachel a dream to work with but all the staff that worked our wedding were fantastic. We’ve heard from many guests that the warm and inviting nature of all the staff, and especially the bartenders, went a long way in helping create a wonderful atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this venue more highly!!“

“My usual order for breakfast is a Jessie’s Burrito (egg, beans, potatoes, Oaxaca cheese…I get turkey sausage but it originally comes with chorizo) and an almond milk Chai Tea Latte. Super tasty and the perfect amount of fuel for my morning!“

“Just went to Greek City Grille and ordered the chicken souvlaki platter with lemon potatoes. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and the lemon potatoes were absolutely amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and the place was so clean and decorated beautifully. Will definitely be coming back!“

“Took two trips here on the same day to sample something for brunch and for lunch. For starters, the place is pretty big despite how the place looks from the entrance. The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.

Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too. I could see myself coming around here a couple more times, trying out as much of their expansive menu as I possibly could.“

It’s a bit hard to get a spot, especially on the weekends, but one usually opens up within like 15 minutes. When the weather’s nice there’s fab outdoor seating.“

A nice selection of drinks and pastries (and breakfast burritos available all day) in a bright, airy space. The barista was friendly and helpful.

Vegan apple ginger bread and spiced honey coffee were a match made in heaven. I hope I can come back in the evening to enjoy the bar.

There's also a sizable selection of books and board games, and a printer for public use.

For casual historical architecture/design nerds, the original huge arched windows, brick walls, and original hardwood floor are all intact.“

“I’ve been to every local coffee shop you could think of within the radius of Oceanside to Long Beach. Without doubt this is THE best local coffee shop in the area. Small, quaint little hole in the wall type of shop next to the Oceanside train station that puts out THE best coffee and baked goods. The Pistachio Tiramisu was a total knock out, so so so so good. The owner Vish has to be one of the nicest people I’ve met as well. A hands on owner you can find behind the counter whipping up coffees or out on the patio engaging with his guests. Very nice spot I highly recommend coming here. Their cold brew is the best.“

“Tried 2 of the seasonal lattes and they were interesting. The miso caramel was a bit hard for me to understand but the maple bar latte was delicious albeit a little too sweet for me.

“I love the dekalb ave sandwich. It’s a decent size, filling but not heavy, and it doesn’t make me feel sluggish after eating. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The sandwich is well balanced and the turmeric roll is the cherry on top.

I love getting it with a latte but today the espresso machine was broken so I settled for a cafe au lait (half coffee, half milk). I love the lattes but I was not a fan of the reg brew coffee. It had a weird aftertaste to it and I just couldn’t finish it. I most definitely will not be ordering it again.

Customer service here is top tier!! The employees are super friendly but there’s sometimes a wait when it gets busy in the morning. The person on the register is also the barista, as well as the person that packages the food for pick up which creates a wait. It would be great if they could increase their staffing to eliminate the wait time because it’s an inconvenience at times.“

“Quickly ran in here for two breakfast sandwiches and a coffee on our way to the airport. It wasn't as quick as expected because everything is made freshly by a one-woman army in the open kitchen! It worked out fine for us and we made it to the airport on time. The egg and cheese sandwich was so flavorful and tasty! The tuna melt was good too. The latte was delicious and the staff were all so kind when we asked about local transportation advice :) It is also so cute inside, I wish we had time to sit and eat. 10/10!“
