“Very good flavorful ice cream with a small but unique set of flavors (8 with 2 vegan) such as Rose Hip, Poppy seed with lemon, Lavender earl grey etc. Decent prices ($5 for first+$3 per extra scoop), decent portions and they allow sampling. They have some seating outside the store. Definitely recommend.

The store is only open on Saturday and Sunday and around summer, so the product is definitely fresh and they make it in small batches. The flavors were real and you can easily see it in the scoops. It wasn't too sweet and the texture was reasonably smooth.

My favorite flavors were the rose hip and the poppy seed. Will definitely come back.“

“I walked in to this beautiful establishment and I could not figure what out what I wanted. This establishment offers so many different types of choices it’s hard to keep up with all of them. I asked one of the employees what her favorite yogurt flavor was. When asked she said that she likes all of them and would love to help me to a sample. “I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

Parking: A lot of people double park. It’s paid metered parking and spots are usually taken.“

“Came in on a Friday at noon - the interior was welcoming and clean. I ordered the La Callejera and it was delicious! Service was quick and very nice. Portion was big for me - ended up eating half and will be eating other half for dinner. Would definitely come in again. Order total was about 21 for the torta and a Mexican coke.“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. “I visited Gran Caffe Gelateria with a few friends for a late-night dessert after dinner, and we were also looking for a good coffee spot. This place had great reviews, so we decided to check it out, especially since it stays open late.

The gelato selection was impressive, offering a variety of flavors at a great price point—definitely good value for the quality. The gelato itself was super creamy and delicious, better than many places I’ve tried before. I also appreciated that the portion sizes were generous.

As for the customer service, while the staff was polite, I felt the engagement could have been better. When asking about flavors and pricing, it was a bit of a one-sided conversation. Since it wasn’t too busy at the time, I would have preferred a little more interaction to make the experience feel more welcoming.

The coffee and espresso were also fantastic, with a surprisingly good value for the price. My friends and I were impressed with the flavor and quality.

One thing to keep in mind is parking—since it’s a corner shop, parking was limited, and we had to park about half a block away. If you're planning a visit, just be prepared for that.

I believe the system on how they take orders for customers is designed to create a line so other potential customers will see & think what's going on over there. I believe it's a strategic advertising moving that comes at the expense of good people who just want to get the ices or ice cream & go home back to their respective lives. I truly hope that they read this post & think we have an excellent product that sells itself. we do not need to take this approach to get other potential customers to come to our establishment. Once you finally make it to front & and purchase, the servers are nice & pleasant & more importantly respectful. “I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“It's so beneficial that this location is now always open until 1am. They are always kind to me when I visit this establishment. The vibes are always on point, just like the music;). The ice cream is always stacked high and even if the ice cream is low they will get it from the back with no issues.
