“Among the best dessert on this side of Jamaica. So many options! From Belgian waffles to bubble style, crepes stuffed or glazed donuts, cones, cups, etc to start. Then you get to the ice cream, signature options, my goodness. Absolutely superb. Service was friendly even at midnight and with a long line! The staff was patient, attentive and seem like they enjoy what they do. The spot itself is very clean, limited seating but what you would expect at a dessert spot. You would not be disappointed.“

There aren’t a large variety of fro-yo flavors, but they have all the solid ones here, and a large array of toppings.It is a self-serve location (and they’re covid conscious), providing you with gloves and hand sanitizer to use before serving yourself. I liked that, it made you feel as though the establishment cares about keeping covid at bay.The place is squeaky clean by the way. Everything is tidy, the machines are clean (been to some spots with dirty ones), and the area for toppings was so perfectly organized that me and my boyfriend barely wanted to touch it lol.There was one young lady at the register over-seeing everything, who gave us a friendly greeting when we came in, so that was nice.Other than that there’s not too much to say about a frozen yogurt spot, but this is definitely one of the better locations. You can tell the difference in the quality of flavor, so I highly recommend stopping by.“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. “There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. “Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“I think they have different operating hours depending on the season. Tried a pina colada Italian ice by Uncle Louie G in a kids sized cup and the price wasn't bad at all for under $4. There were coconut flakes in the ice and the pineapple flavor wasn't too strong. They accept cash and card.“

“I frequent this location often with my children because my toddler LOVES their pistachio ice cream. She convinced me to try it and it really is that good. My favorite from this store is the coffee ice cream. Hits everytime. The store is very small but always looks clean. There’s not much organization when it comes to the line so they usually just ask “who’s next”. All workers that I’ve interacted with have been pleasant. I’ve never had a negative interaction with a worker so I’d say their customer service is great.

Parking: A lot of people double park. It’s paid metered parking and spots are usually taken.“

“I come here almost every week and I’m kind of obsessed with it. The decor is wildly eccentric — there’s an ice cream shop setup that never seems to be active, these indoor-patio-type structures, and a whole bar world in the back I’ve still never explored. You even pay at what looks like a candy-shop counter. It’s just fantastic.

It’s also almost always empty, which I truly don’t understand, because the food is great. The menu is mostly classic Mexican fare, but nearly every dish I’ve tried has some unique little twist that shows they’re really putting in the work.

The ice cream is amazing though. And they piled that stuff on. I couldn't finish it and it took me half an hour to even get halfway through it.
I ordered a small vanilla cup with no toppings.
It's far cheaper than Cold Stone Creamery and almost has the same aspects.

“I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“I normally don't review Ice Cream shops but Carvel has servived the times! Over 50 years, I've grew up with Carvel, even when other competing franchise came around in the 80s. I have to comment on this particular location cause of their outstanding service. 3 weeks ago, on a dreary cold rainy day, I came in and saw a happy singing and dancing worker named José. He is such a happy person and sold me with his personality. He told me that there are limited flavors such as the dreamy creamy, the cold brew coffee, and the biscoff. I have been back every week for those same three flavors before they discontinue them LOL. I told his coworkers the following weeks that we should all learn from his pleasant way in life. Customer service was so good here that I actually tip the box something I don't normally do. I don't know about the other locations but I highly recommend this one!“
