“Decided on Christmas day that I'd be checking out a spot I've had my eye on for a bit being a regular in the area and although they were slammed busy on this holiday the lady at the front was just so genuinely friendly and extremely professional despite the business. Even chatted with her for a bit and that alone made my day of just such a wonderful personality.

The food was extremely affordable, I called ahead of time just three blocks down from my walk and when I arrived I didn't have to wait longer than 3 minutes to pick up and be on my way! Super fast service and deliciously savory food. I personally was craving beef and broccoli and got the lunch special and it was tender, savory, and umami. They were generous with the beef cuts too with a great broccoli and beef ratio! The pork fried rice further complimented the experience especially the bits of salty pork in the rice being the highlight of its tastiness. The wonton soup had such a satisfying broth that felt so good to enjoy on such a cold day!

Couldn't reccomend this place enough from the lovely, friendly, and efficient service to also how affordable and super tasty the food was! I've been an American-Chinese food lover for about my whole life at this point and this place knocked it out of the park for me! Excited for my future orders and cravings!“

“Had delivery a few times before and came tonight to eat in person with my wife and we loved it. It is a very tiny space but very nice. We split the stir fried bok Choi and the fried chicken mini dumplings. They were both good but the dumplings were especially great. She got chicken with broccoli and I got Mala chicken; both were also great. Finally, they gave us a free cucumber salad which was actually the best thing we had!

The staff were not very talkative but very nice!

“This review is specifically for their fried chicken wings which are damn tasty. Ngl some stuff on the menu is mid, but the fried chicken wings + rice + the triple green jade is on my regular dinner rotation. The pepper steak is also solid. Simple seasoning but real tender. Sweet and sour chicken is hit or miss, but hits often enough that I'll probably gamble & order it again at some point when I'm craving it. My girlfriend didn't like the bone-in pork ribs. I'd pass on the soups.“

“Fast classic American Chinese food. Not the best food has ever tasted, but you're going here for a solid and consistently good fast meal at a good price with nice staff. Good tofu. Eggplant was a little under-seasoned but makes great leftovers to mix into rice“

“Rice K is by far my favorite place in Astoria. The owner and the staff are the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The food is AMAZING and the vibes are immaculate.
They have so many fun events you can also participate in!! It truly feels like a community in a restaurant. SHOUTOUT TO SUE💅

“Very clean and down-to-earth interior! There’s a variety of payment methods, including Applepay. I find that very convenient. A lot of Chinese restaurants are cash only...which is unfortunate because I don’t always carry cash on me. I’ve been coming here for years and I can safely say that the staff is friendly + the service is speedy. The portions are generous and the food is excellent. I recommend the chicken garlic sauce combo!“

“I ordered 3 combinations for delivery, they do not charge for delivery and each combination cost around 10 to 15 dollars. The total cost of my order came out to 31 dollars for 3 orders which is a pretty good deal. The delivery was fast, food was hot and service is good. The food is also very tasty so I recommend this spot.

“I was amazed by "squid rice with shrimp". It's cooked with squid ink. There is no fishy taste at all but all the goodie including red pepper, green pepper oinion, pea and of course squid and shrimp. The drink is amazing. Be careful, they are very very strong! Owners and servers are super friendly as well.“
