“Food was good. It reminded me of my trip to Hong Kong in the 2010's.
You'll need patience for the food since it's just a few people. But the food is worth the wait. I waited outside and the cashier just waved me in when my order was ready. 🙂“

“$4.25 for a small container of thick, chewy rice noodle rolls with fresh, perfectly cooked, shrimp and an egg! Breakfast of Champions! No line when I went around 9am and service was fast and efficient. No chitchat but I wasn't there for small talk ? After I recieved my order, I took a few steps back and just dug in! Yum! Great cheap eats in NYC! ?“

“These five skewers: arguably the best thing I've eaten in this city for under $15. The highlight are the mushroom / scallops wrapped in bacon, grilled over coals... For $2.50?! Pinch me, I'm dreaming
It's a grungy corner after dark, but right above the Grant St subway station.“
“The cart has been here for years and still remains my favorite place to get take-out for rice noodles. They are completely made to order and the owners are super friendly, the noodles super delicious and budget friendly. There’s a variety of options/combinations/sauces you can get with your rice noodles and I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of them.“

“I am a chicken girl and can completely without reservation recommend any and all chicken dishes and sandwiches on the menu. I have had them all over and over. Also the French fries and green salad. They are my go to usually twice a week.Believe the listed menu needs to be updated price wise but still the best deals in town. A HuGE plus you have the Richard Tucker (google him) Park right across the street for seating. Linda“

“I stopped by this past Friday since I worked in the area, and I absolutely loved it. I normally go to the festival in Prospect Park on Sundays, being that they have more vendors to choose from. A lot of the vendors at this location, with the exception of a few, are at other locations, so there really aren't too many other options. The prices of the food can get quiet costly depending on what and how much you are getting. Since this festival is right near the WTC, the area gets very crowded, especially during lunchtime, so I suggest going earlier. Overall, I definitely recommend those working in the area or visiting NYC as a tourist to come check out this food venue as they have different cuisines to choose from.“

“We saw the hype online and had to try this during our visit to Flushing, but it was disappointing. I think we are just not fans of this type of jian bing. Maybe those who really like jian bing would love this place. We are glad we gave it a try. It was $6 for one jian bing.“

“Best thing here by far are the lamb and chicken “kebabs”, which were pretty good for a quick bite on the go. It’s probably not going to be quick if you come on a weekend. We also tried the fish balls and octopus/squid and they were nowhere near as good.“
“The empanadas and the sauces are amazing!!!!“

“Had to find a new place to eat halal after a bad experience at the 2nd Ave halal guys. The food here was way better and cheaper. You can't go wrong with Farook's. Also he provides a a loyalty card that gets you a free meal after 10 purchases. If you like spicy I recommend the green sauce and red sauce.“

“This juice truck is the best in town- fresh ingredients, lot of options to choose from , excellent price for the size, friendly owner who gives great recommendations and inquires on the quality of the juice which shows that he clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Also, the owner does not just add ice to increase the volume of the drink but inquires whether we want it or not., unlike some of the other juice cart owners. I walk from 34 st broadway to juicy smooth cart on 23 rd st just to get the 24 oz power green juice from him when they are ample options on 34 st . In short- fresh ingredients, ample options, great price, a friendly helpful owner who truly cares what he is providing to customers. I have been going to Juicy cart for 3 years straight now for the detoxification drink , green juice with ginger and lemon . They this Juicy Smoothie - you won't be disappointed“
“I’ve been on a hot dog kick lately and recently found out about Boulevard Drinks, so my husband and I decided to drop in on a Saturday at around 11:30. The place is a hole in the wall. But it’s always the dingy looking places that have the best food. I’m not sure there were even any seats. We just stood next to the counter and ate, which you need to anyway because they’re meant to be eaten fresh. We ordered a cheese dog with sweet onions, and a spicy sausage with sweet onions. Each topping is 50 cents, so it can add up and you may end up paying $5 for a hot dog. But worth it for a once in a while treat. The hot dog was good but I liked the sausage a lot more. Both have a similar taste but the sausage is bigger and snappier. We ended up ordering another spicy sausage afterwards, but this time with chili. This one was pretty heavy so I’m glad we shared. Unpopular opinion, but I think a chili cheese dog would have been too much. Glad we got to check this place out!“

“Take the number 6 green line uptown ((Pelham Bay Park), and get off at Zerega Avenue and grab a good meal from George's Diner, the staff are really friendly and welcoming, food is good, the portions are large, fast service and extremely reasonably priced. Authentic American Diner.“

“A gentleman was outside the truck assisting with ordering and payment. We ordered quesadillas (middle picture) & a tlacoyo (1st picture). He let us know they have different cook times and asked if we wanted everything served together or as it was ready. Food was great! Not too heavy or greasy. The quesadillas are handmade tortillas that are thin, light but pliable and filled with a small amount of cheese and your choice of filling. They are topped with crispy, refreshing lettuce and crema with both green or red salsa on the side. The tlacoyo was a thicker tortilla with melted cheese and filling inside and again topped with refreshing lettuce and crema and salsa on the side. We sat on the side where stools are provided. Great food and friendly service.“

“Love that the protein has veggies rather than the protein just by itself. Def more flavorful and not as dry as you'll find it on other halal carts (where you may heavily rely on the white sauce to deal with the dryness). Nice guy too, and if you want more or less veg just let him know.“

“The auntie at this cart pays attention to the details and does not skimp on the sauce, she used a scissor to make small openings in the noodle for the sauce to seep through to the bottom, giving a nice coating of sauce to every part of the noodles instead of letting most of the sauce pile up on top. Prices are reasonable as well!“

“This was my first flushing BBQ cart and I can definitely say I am now hooked and will be trying others. I had just left Izakaya Nana and Jue Wei cart's skewers are imo on par with those of expensive restaurants. The menu was STILL so extensive at near closing time (12:30 AM). $2 per skewer was so reasonably priced. The level of spice and smoky flavor was pretty much spot on to what you would get in China. If it's late at night, park on Prince St as there were nosy traffic cops snooping around 39th Ave.“

“I was walking by the stand when the amazing smell of the food made stop immediately. I went in and had the pork skewer dipped lemon sauce and it was AMAZING!!! Good amount of meat for the price and great service as well. Next time I come, I’ll take 5 of them and bring them home for dinner.“
