“My in laws told us about this spot when you drive over the Atlantic Beach Bridge. Not sure about the parking situation. Still learning where you can and can’t park if you aren’t a resident. The cotton candy and s’mores mix was good. Little pricey but understandable because summer at the beach. The girl helping us could possibly work on her customer service skills.“

“Great local frozen yogurt spot. We appreciate that there are always sugar-free flavors available. And usually a dairy free option. Most yogurt places around us only offer no sugar added, and are limited to one flavor if available. There also are sugar-free and gluten-free muffins. The scones are amazing. And there’s a bunch of frozen bagel options, cookies and brownies available. Plenty of toppings, for sugar-free they have chocolate chip chips and hot fudge. There’s also indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is friendly, fast and helpful.“

“The snow cone flavors are amazing here. Fresh, great size, and delicious. One of the best West Indian snow cones I’ve had in NY. My kids and I love stopping in during the summer. We visit at least 7times for the summer. She also sells other items as well which you can take a look at while there getting a snow cone“

“There is not much that differentiates one carvel from another product-wise. However, the awesome customer service and friendly staff is what makes this one shine. We have a peanut allergy in the family and have never had an issue either.They also do a phenomenal job decorating cakes. 10/10 would recommend :)“

“Had a great experience at the Lynbrook TCBY store! Brad, the friendly staff member behind the counter, went above and beyond to make our visit special. He kindly offered us samples of any flavor we wanted, which helped us decide on the perfect frozen yogurts. His warm smile and excellent customer service made my lunch break even sweeter. I met up with my wife and daughter there, and Brad made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. If you're lucky enough to catch him on Tuesdays or Thursdays (his days in the store), make sure to say hi - you won't be disappointed!“

“Workers are kind of awkward cuz they're all teens except for the manager, which is okay.
The ice cream is amazing though. And they piled that stuff on. I couldn't finish it and it took me half an hour to even get halfway through it.
I ordered a small vanilla cup with no toppings.
It's far cheaper than Cold Stone Creamery and almost has the same aspects.
If you loved Mr. Softee's ice cream growing up, those ice cream trucks always going around the block, than this ice cream is for you.“

“I ordered the rolled ice cream for my daughter’s birthday and we ordered the banana pudding flavor, the candy flavor and the Oreo flavored rolled ice cream. They were all very delicious. I highly recommend. You have options of toppings like cereal or chocolate chip or whipped topping etc and also for the type of syrup that you want on top .There are lots of toppings to choose from. I can’t wait to try them all?

“I normally don't review Ice Cream shops but Carvel has servived the times! Over 50 years, I've grew up with Carvel, even when other competing franchise came around in the 80s. I have to comment on this particular location cause of their outstanding service. 3 weeks ago, on a dreary cold rainy day, I came in and saw a happy singing and dancing worker named José. He is such a happy person and sold me with his personality. He told me that there are limited flavors such as the dreamy creamy, the cold brew coffee, and the biscoff. I have been back every week for those same three flavors before they discontinue them LOL. I told his coworkers the following weeks that we should all learn from his pleasant way in life. Customer service was so good here that I actually tip the box something I don't normally do. I don't know about the other locations but I highly recommend this one!“

“The shop is clean, presentation is good and workers are nice. I would have liked to see more fresh cut fruit available as toppings. For flavors, I had the pistachio, Italian tart and white chocolate mousse. The pistachio was the best out of the three. Growing up, my mom and I would get the white chocolate mousse at a local TCBY and it was the best. This did not taste like I remembered which was a little disappointing, but I am referring to over twenty years ago. I wouldn’t be surprised if they changed the recipe.“

The staff was super friendly and patient while I sampled flavors, and every recommendation was on point.
