“Went in yesterday with my Gold Card knowing I had $$$ on it... for some reason they couldn't scan my card nor nothing came up even when they tried punching in my account number ??.. when I said 'let me go out to the car to get some cash..& I'll call when I get home to ask why my card showed nothing' the sweet manager ( sorry I didn't notice her name) told me ' don't worry about it, I believe you~ it's on us".... how sweet & unexpected was that!!!
