“I can’t say enough about Hamlet and Ghost and I am not an easy person to impress. Each cocktail is crafted with precision, utilizing fresh ingredients and innovative combinations. Whether you prefer something classic or are in the mood for a daring concoction, the skilled mixologists here have you covered. Each dish we ordered was not only a feast for the eyes but also an unforgettable experience for the taste buds. The ingredients are clearly sourced with care, and you can taste the quality in every bite. “We went here during restaurant week. We chose from a special fixed menu. The salad was ok. It had candied nuts that were really good. The artichoke heart were really good. The pork loin was pretty good, cooked well. The salmon was just ok. It was a little dry and not much flavor. The cheesecake seemed dry and very little flavor. The chocolate tasted great, but found a piece of shrink wrap in it. Overall, the food was good, but not worth the money on the full price menu. The atmosphere was great. It is a really cool place. The staff was great. They were pretty knowledgeable and attentive. Some tables are very close and keeping your conversation private is not possible.“

“Had a very good experience at 534 Bistro in the Saratoga Hilton. Our server and bartender, Gabriel, was great!! Professional, friendly and very attentive. Good menu and our food was very tasty and served hot!! Exceptional for a hotel restaurant. I asked Gabriel for a cocktail on the sweet side and he served me a delicious drink that was perfect!!“

“Came in for quick drink and and a bite to eat at the bar. Margaritas were delish as usual. Had the street carrots (surprisingly yummy) Mexican street corn (always a fav). You should try the Mexican wedding soup. Marcela (a Mexican) is the one that said it!!

Bartenders know their craft and the area. Shout-out to Freeman on the recommendations for Familiar Creature and Solevo!)“
