“Ardito's is staple of the community there in Mineola. Anyone who knows Rosa and Tony will agree with me that they are both amazing. The food is always on point and handed to you with a smile. The lunch hours can get pretty crowded and busy but is worth the wait. I recommend Arditos for everything from sandwiches to salads and pasta.. eggplant parm to die for and some of the best chicken cutlets I have ever had!“

“Forget bout everywhere else. Joe’s is the place to go. Mozzarella is the best - light airy milky and when you ask for unsalted you get unsalted. Only problem is that they run out of items if it’s later in the day. So go early.“

“I've been coming from Orange County every week for the last 2 years to watch my grandsons a few days each week. We make it part of our day to take a walk and always stop in for a snack or a sandwhich. Sam and his wife are lovely, friendly people and always make a fuss over the babies. The store is immaculate and the Korean food is not to be missed. The Bulgogi hero is my favorite go to sandwhich....Highly recommend !“

“I just had the best egg salad sandwich of my life here. (It looked so good that I dove right in and forgot to take a picture). Huge amount of egg salad, creamy, delicious. This deli is small and looks like the kind of place that has been there for many years-in a good way. As soon as you walk in, you just know it's going to be good. The two women who work there were very friendly. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back for an egg sandwich, which seem to be their specialty judging from their online menu and the smell of eggs wafting through the store.“

“from the moment you walk in you feel like your at home with the way you are greeted! the staff is super friendly and super fast preparing your food. The menu is cheap and many options, the portions are huge, and everything is fresh! we were in town from Buffalo NY and had to stop in to grab a hero I got the Sicilian which was chicken cutlets, sliced boar's head ham, and fresh mozzarella on freshly baked Italian bread for the trip back home. If your ever in the Bronx make sure to stop in you won't be disappointed!!“

“I just got back from a trip to NYC and my brother-in-law treated us to dinner from The Halal Guys in Midtown and I knew it would be good since it was the only food cart with a block-long line after midnight. In fact I liked it so much I wanted to see if I could get something similar nearby... and I found it! I got the chicken and lamb over rice combo and while it wasn't quite the same it was still very good. The only difference is it didn't come with the pita bread and the white sauce tasted a bit different, but not bad. It also has more veggies so more "crunch" but next time I'm going to ask to leave them off (I just don't like the crunch...). I'm very happy to have a local option at a good price and generous portions. Thank you Sam's.“

The grocery store is really nice too and has a variety of ingredients/pantry staples for your kitchen or for gifting.“

The food is always fresh & “delish” (from their wonderful breakfasts to their homemade salads, chef’s salads, sandwiches…especially their Tambi’s Special…to their hearty home cooked meals). “Newly owned by two sisters who are very nice and friendly. Speedy service, love their egg sandwiches. My son recently ordered a breaded chicken hero sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was very juicy and tender. Very clean and always has great fresh coffee. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!!“
“Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Never disappointed the few times I’ve been here and certainly plan on eating here more often. They are definitely pricey, but they have all right to be. “Everything is super fresh! There's always a line to get in, but you're not in line long, since there are three people behind the counter. Staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. Try it!

“I'm Italian and very picky when it comes to Spanish food. Hollywood deli has the best Spanish food I have ever had. Huge variety and always hot. The people are top notch and always there to assist you in anyway possible. I recommend this spot to anybody any day of the week. “We were staying at the nearby hotels. During a walk around the area found this deli. Wanted something for breakfast, so we went inside and got breakfast sandwiches. They were very good and the prices were very reasonable. Workers were very friendly. The deli also sells drink and household items.“

“Been a customer for about 4 months now. I am yet to be disappointed by their food. Delicious Mexican food as well with their excellent seasoning. Customer service is extremely friendly and you feel right at home and with a great family vibe going on. Their prices could be a little bit better I guess; specially if you pay with credit/debit, but overall I’d rather keep coming here for breakfast and lunch than any other place on City Island. Try a breakfast sandwich with chorizo or their Mexican Tortas.“

“I didn't get a chance to post a picture but I had a grill chicken salad and a fresh juice my first time. Everything was so fresh. My 2nd visit I only had potatoes and a tuna salad, again so good. The deli is small and VERY clean. I'm glad my coworkers and I found this spot because I have been looking for a spot close to my job that serves salads and fresh juices. Welp, we found one!!And they also deliver. ??“

“Great sandwiches. Good staff. Great hot food. But the prices are unaffordable and at this point as much as I love the food, I won't return ever. Ordered 2 heros. Philly cheese steak and a chicken cutlet hero fresh mutz. 1 order of lasagna about 5 inch square and a tiny rice pudding.
Total price 55 dollars.
Sigh. Smh.
Great store. Great food.
But like I said , absolutely unaffordable

“Catered this weekend - Italian Chicken Cutlet Supreme was awesome. Fresh and delicious. Stuffed cherry peppers were a hit. Salads were amazing but Mediterranean salad was my favorite. Pecan ring with whipped cream was gone in minutes. Thank you Mark (and Milton) for a delicious afternoon remembering my dad with family.“

“I walk by this place everyday and stopped in one day to try the food because I was hungry and just got off the train. I was hesitant at first because I read the reviews and people complained about the food and service. I wanted to try for myself and see.
The place is clean and well organized. They also have plenty of menu items. I ordered the steak and cheese with pepper jack cheese and everything on it and a side of fries.
The cook was attentive and friendly. The steak and cheese was probably the best that I have had since I moved back to NYC.. I just moved from Florida.
The fries were not as good though which is why I took away a star. I love French fries and they tasted like they were warmed up or something. I also bought some snacks and they had some healthy selections for snacks which is a plus.
The cashier was also friendly and also attentive.
Overall it was a good experience and I will probably be back. The location is the best.
My only suggestion would be to elevate the French fries.“

“Open until 10 pm on a Saturday. I was happily surprised! Store has a lot of great deals by using the store Club card. Needed a couple of beers. Had a nice selection. My cashier was very nice and professional. She was cleaning her area and when I approached to pay, she stopped and took care of my purchase.“
