“The two of us ordered large portions of milk mochi snowflake ice. We couldn't finish the extra large portion. We should have ordered the medium portion. We chose full sugar. The syrup and condensed milk were very sweet, but the middle was still a bit tasteless. place. The ingredients are not very sweet in comparison. There are four ingredients: mochi, taro balls, aiyu and glutinous rice balls, which are quite rich. There are two floors with seating. The layout on the second floor is very elegant and the environment is not bad.“

“After seeing this rating, I went in to have a meal with some trepidation (because this is the restaurant I often ate at in high school, and I wanted to have a sentimental meal). The result! It's delicious! ! ! The pork ribs rice is crispy and delicious, and the rice is also covered with dried meat! There’s also a braised egg and broccoli! A portion of this only costs 9 and a half yuan! What else do you want! The comment may be too demanding ? I decided to return to this high school cafeteria! Come on, boss! ! !“

“Name of the restaurant does not indicate it's a Taiwanese restaurant but the quality of the food certainly does. Their beef noodle soup has thick cut meat and solid broth. Their oyster pancake is ok, the fried chicken reminds me of the night market big star chicken, a must try. If you dine in, they provide peanuts and a small amount of cold veggies to munch on while they prepare the food. The cafe is very much like a Taiwanese style mom and pop cafe. Pricing is one of the best also!“

“Four Four South Village is a Taiwanese restaurant that hopes to become the No.1 beef noodle in the hearts of overseas Chinese people around the world. Using locally sourced high level beef and wheat flour, combined with imported raw materials from China and Taiwan, as well as techniques from gold and silver medalists of the International Section of Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival, they create delicious Taipei Beef Noodles.
Not only are the beef noodles delicious, but each toppings/garnish you add increases the depth of the flavor. I personally enjoy their braised beef and tripe! Their braised beef is soft, easily splitting apart in your mouth. The honey-comb tripe is chewy with just enough elasticity for flavor and bounce.
I was not too fond of their Sesame Oil Chicken Soup as the sesame oil was a bit strong. However, their rice dishes were tasty! I highly recommend the Taiwanese Fried Pork Chop Over Rice and the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Over Rice. The breading for the pork chop and chicken were just perfect, not too thick or too much breading. The meat were tender and the had just enough crisp that was neither too hard or too soggy!“

“We were dying for truly authentic Taiwanese food, and ordered about 10 different dishes. They did not disappoint in taste nor authenticity. The wait staff are all sweet, doting aunties and very attentive. The chef has got a strong wok hei game, and makes dishes in under a minute.“

“Truly authentic Taiwanese cuisine. This mom-and-pop restaurant is small but offers lots of variety. The owners (the son and his parents) might seem cold or reserved at first but are nice and genuine.
Highly recommend the following:
• Chives, pork and shrimp dumpling
• Taiwanese starch-wrapped meatball
• Stinky tofu
• Mushroom pork thick soup
Also, their Taiwanese pickle is a perfect complement to many dishes.“
“I traveled from Chile on vacation and I wanted to eat takoyaki since I can't find it here, I really liked it, the sauce is very good, it combines well with the bonito and the octopus, the only thing is 2 things: the food court in the mall is somewhat difficult to get to xDDD and I would make the takoyaki a little smaller, the rest was very good“

“I’m pretty happy with this Taiwanese counter at the food hall! We got the steak and fried squid. The steak is one of the most expensive items in this food hall (around $28) but was well worth it, with at least three pieces of steak.
The steak came with yummy sweet jasmine tea and the fried squid came with a salad.“

“Love QQ bakery- its close to my family and I’ve been going for a long time. Stopped for a while due to covid, but now that I’m staying with family, QQ has been a real life saver Its one of the only bakeries to be open early @ 6am. Their breads are delicious, warm and fresh- and best of all- a bang for your buck! I got 2 special breads and a breakfast scallion bread/pancake for less than $6. Absolutely crazy considering how much bakery prices have gone up. I saw that they also have tea egg, red bean pancakes and more for breakfast which ill try out later.I know its a bit far out from the “main” part of flushing but i love it!“

“Order from Pearl Garden many many times over the years, Aunty (owner ) is a wonderful person, this establishment is truly 2 person mama's and pop's restaurant but this review is the long over due. The menu is not the typical Chinese takeout, but the Taiwanese style, so don't expect chicken broccoli or beef and no fried rices, lol. Food is on point every time ? Delicious from their popular pork chop, chicken leg, fish chop, noodle, etc. Portion is a huge is like it was made for 2 . There is always a soup, 2 be exact a sweet and meat/ fish ball soup with all different kind vegetables added. They always change it up. Just got my fish today. Delicious“
