“If you want a place to go eat with dirty hands this is the one! Bathroom is always closed but there’s an alley not too far away. You can tell management really cares about the customer experience when they keep the bathroom closed from customers. And they even have tables, that alone would be a health department violation(tables without a working bathroom) but who has time to call them anyway? I think the stuff here is delicious but it could also be the flavor from the last customer on the door handle so who knows?“

“I really love this place! I mean, we don’t come here often, but tasting on ice cream served here once again made me remember how well it’s appreciated and respected. For one, the flavors are excellent. My brother was shocked to have 2 enormous balls of ice cream on such a small cone, but when tasting the brownie ice cream left him with a reaction similar to the one in ratatouille where the midget chef eats ratatouille and grasps the table cloth. Unfortunately, I could not take a photo of his ice cream but I did for my pistachio. I would love to come here more often.“

“This is a nice locally-owned ice cream shop super close to the train station and in walking distance of a lot of shops. They’ve got sorbet, some interesting ice cream flavors, toppings, frozen yogurt, and a ton of other items. We got a cup and a cone and had quick and friendly service. The waffle cone didn’t seem homemade, but it was still tasty. Recommend for a cold treat on a hot day.“

“Wow! Alkemy Ice Cream is amazing! I def recommend trying it! And especially for a birthday party! My entire experience was fantastic! I stumbled upon Alkemy Ice cream while looking for something unique for a birthday and the owner Alan explained how they do birthday parties almost like a show AND make the dessert. They can host a party at the shop OR they can come to you! I was unsure how it would go but Alan was super friendly, answered all my questions throughly and assured me I would love it. I more than loved it! It was the best ever and we are still talking about it. They came to my house and put on a show for the kids that even they are still talking about how cool it was. It was like having a party and adding a surprise guest with a special science experiment show for additional entertainment that makes amazing unique dessert at the end! Each ice cream was perfectly made and was fresh! The toppings were all fresh as well. Watching the show was fascinating and the kids had so much fun learning. They continued to amaze guests as they made each ice cream right there. I wasn’t sure if each kid would be waiting a while but it didn’t take long to get all the kids ice cream after the show. They whipped it up fast and everyone got to pick toppings and have a perfectly made ice cream quickly. They didn’t need a lot of room and even cleaned up! I so happy to have found them and I will be having them come back again! Start to finish was a perfect experience. I highly recommend them!!!“

CoCo was recommended to me by a friend who raved about them and it does not disappoint. Terrence does not miss a single detail- from the quality of the coffee—to the matcha powder—to the innovative drink menu- to the hand-painted made in-house delicious chocolate truffles that fly off the shelves daily- to the warm and welcoming hip vibe that makes you feel like you’re sitting in a coffee shop in Greenwich Village. It’s also refreshing to see them support other small businesses in the area with an array of baked goods from St Rocco’s made especially for this store to fantastic local donuts. Great gift boxes filled with these heavenly chocolate bites are also available around the holidays. In prior years, we’d paid 4x as much for an ice cream truck, but the kids liked the Ralph’s way more. They are great for individual orders but are also great for catering; give them a try!“
