“Had an amazing dinner at Flora’s! We tried the Melanzane eggplant and the seasonal Red Snapper special, and both were absolutely outstanding. Nido gave us excellent recommendations and made sure we had a great experience. The food was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the owners were welcoming and attentive. Great atmosphere, great service, and an overall fantastic meal. Definitely recommend checking this place out!“

“My wife and I are pizza fanatics specifically Neapolitan style. A hybrid gas, wood fire grill that makes a near perfect pie. We split a Margherita and Mushroom pie.

The Cesar salad was great, a touch of lemon zest and crispy lettuce.

The meatballs were high quality and this is coming from a self proclaimed meatball master.

“Absolutely fantastic experience! We started with the mozzarella sticks, which were perfectly crispy and came with honey for dipping—a unique touch that was surprisingly delicious. The Caesar salad was fresh and flavorful.

For pizza, we tried the Killer Bee and the Chicken Vodka, and both were outstanding. The flavors were incredible, and you can tell they use quality ingredients.

The real surprise was the cheesesteak—it was out of this world! The bread is made from their pizza dough, which takes it to another level.

On top of the amazing food, the owner and everyone working there were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. This place is definitely a must-try!“

“GET THE KALE CEASAR SALAD!!! I love their pizza but I go for the salad. This restaurant has such a great atmosphere and their menu is very accommodating. Everything on the menu is delicious and if you are strong enough to leave room for dessert, you will be extremely happy. Their cookie and their brownie come in a cast iron skillet and tase homemade and the ice cream and whipped cream make it even more delicious.“

“Honestly, this place is so slept on... Krave It has the best pizza in Bayside— by a LANDSLIDE. I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. One slice is plenty for a one-person lunch. It was quick service, too, in a casual environment with a good number of tables and chairs inside to enjoy it. The prices were very reasonable — $20 for two slices, two drinks, and some garlic knots.“

“Stopped in after a Google search. Plenty of good restaurants in CT and this place is one of them. To be honest I ordered the lasagna to go and after a 3 hour trip from NJ I was ready to eat. No pics of the before only the after because it was very good. Loves every bit and intended on coming back.“

“Ordered(takeout) a plain cheese and a side of house salad just to try them out. Pizza came out well and salad was of good quality greens. I will be going back and dine-in to try fresh out of the oven pizza next time.

This time, I took my family of 6 to dine in at the place. As soon as we walked in, a middle age looking female staff or the owner(I’m not sure) started directing me where to sit & calling me “Hey buddy!…)
To me this is not acceptable but I decided to ignore it as we were in a holiday mood. She took our order and forgot a couple of our drinks. As we waited and waited.. finally we flagged her over to ask about our drinks. That’s when she brought the drinks over, no apologies. By this time our holiday spirits begin to wind down. The place is small and there weren’t that many people inside as there were a lot more people picking up their foods. She never came back to check on us during our time. I know that we weren’t eating at a fancy 4 star restaurant but eating pizza and salads but we felt pretty disappointed for their dine in experience and for that I am taking off 2 stars each in service and the atmosphere.“

“Quick to get the food out. The marinara Sicilian had a tasty sauce. Crusts are crusty but not cracker. I’d go for the eggplant parm next time.
Best part is it feels like your at your aunt and uncles place. Friendly, attentive, and cheerful.
Better to come here than across the street. I’ve been to both while visiting folks at the hospital and Forest Ave Pizza was the clear winner.“
