“I live in Franklin square. And I tried every pizza spot in the area and surrounding towns. I could never find a consistent solid regular slice with no flop. Nobody takes pride in pizza making anymore. Everybody seems to be focusing on specialty pies, rolls, pinwheels etc…. I just wanted a classic regular, crispy, tasty slice. And I finally found that here! I walked into the place as a stranger, and I left as a family member…. Eddie, the owner, was the nicest person I had ever met. He treated me like family the second I walked in…. He reminded me of my dad, but actually nicer lol. People like Eddie, don’t exist anymore. He’s a machine and a great pizza maker. Runs the entire operation by himself ! 6 days a week from 11-9. Must respect to him.“

“We came to Fosters for the fried chicken and it exceeded our expectations. We had the bread, broccolini Caesar and then the chicken. Everything was so fresh and different than anything we’ve had before. For dessert we had the famous banana foster which was OUTSTANDING! I also had the Call my hand Banana cocktail that was really delicious. Our server Casey was super sweet and attentive. Will be back again! Perfect date night spot. “GET THE KALE CEASAR SALAD!!! I love their pizza but I go for the salad. This restaurant has such a great atmosphere and their menu is very accommodating. Everything on the menu is delicious and if you are strong enough to leave room for dessert, you will be extremely happy. Their cookie and their brownie come in a cast iron skillet and tase homemade and the ice cream and whipped cream make it even more delicious.“

“My wife and I have ordered from Previti for several years now thru Door Dash. the food has always been excellent. The other day I had a call from Previti. It was the owner, Joe. He told me that my mother had wandered in after having her car bumper come completely loose on Marcus Ave. She had no phone, and was shaken up by the whole ordeal. Joe called me for her, and gave her a cup of hot tea. I went over, picked her up and got her home. Later my wife and I returned to pick up her car. We decided to eat dinner there and take advantage of the pasta night specials. The lasagna and the rigatoni with meat sauce were both excellent. Thank you Joe and staff for taking good care of my mother, and providing us with an excellent meal! All the best!“

“I enjoyed a Friday night dinner there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bartenders were very attentive.
The dining room is small,outdoor seating and seating at the bar is available.

They are able to open the large windows in the front of the restaurant and gives an all around al fresco dining experience. It was a very warm day, and I would have preferred air conditioning but it was still nice.

I didn't have a reservation, but was able to sit at the bar. Which was very nice.

They have a good drink menu with nice cocktails and a good selection of wines and beers. I went with a Peroni.

The menu is small but the is a great selection. The roasted chicken wings were delicious, the Uncle Frank's Pizza and the Meatball Pizza were excellent!

I will go back to Uncle Franks but will remember to make a reservation.“

We had the coal fired pizza with pepperoni and the mozzarella and damn it was delicious. Fresh basil & mozzarella. I don’t know where they got their pepperoni from but it is to die for.

I’d love to come back for a proper dinner because if it’s anything like the pizza I’m sure it’ll be top notch.“
