“The hostess tried to seat us in the empty private room in the back without offering a choice for the main dining area and we were forced object to this and were then seated on the floor. Based on the fact that both of our entre’s , filet, trout, were perfectly cooked and presented and delightful, a four star minimum is justified. Our side of brussels was undercooked and hard as rocks. The cocktails were perfectly done. No cheese cake after a steak? No coffee beans in the sambuca? The venue turned out to be a cut below. The pricing was fair in my opinion so on balance, an average dining experience overall. There are better options for sure.“

“I love the Stew Leonard's opportunity which is why I write this and hope that moving forward will see an improvement. As of late, your chicken butchers are very inconsistent. This weekend's packages (8 pounds of family pack) "thin breast cutlets" were not so. Many were very thick, the length of each piece was aprox. 9" in length and some were as they should have been, thin and under 4 inches in length. The time before - same issue. All the prior times - PERFECT in length, thickness, and with the grain and not against. Thank you for reading this and hopefully improving your training and supervising (if applicable).“

“I just had my daughter’s baptism at Fabio’s. From the food to the service everything was amazing! My guests were raving about the food. We did family style and it was more than enough food. We even had leftovers to take home! Fabio went above and beyond helping us set up the decorations the night before my party. We never felt rushed (we were there til 1am). “As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. Bravo - we ate, we paid, we promised to come back. A perfect example of owners who care, a team to responded to a challenge and a process at work to overcome challenges. 10 out of 10.
