We came here to check out the menu since my son has food allergies, so if you have a family member / friend that has food allergies, you should check this place out. If you happen to speak to Julia, she is very well informed on all the different food options and allergies. There is a binder behind the counter that details all the ingredients used, so it’s peace of mind for any parent that is concerned on what their allergy child can have. I highly recommend checking out the bakery for all your food allergy concerns.

If you wanted to do a sit down meal, there is seating both inside and outside the location, and if you’re reading the reviews about the air conditioning, it has been fixed and fully functional at this time.

“Andre was so nice, we came back after a not so good experience and he took care of us. If you are lucky enough to get Tyler as your server you will sure be taken care of. He knew the menu and was very personable. This weekend's packages (8 pounds of family pack) "thin breast cutlets" were not so. Many were very thick, the length of each piece was aprox. 9" in length and some were as they should have been, thin and under 4 inches in length. The time before - same issue. All the prior times - PERFECT in length, thickness, and with the grain and not against. Thank you for reading this and hopefully improving your training and supervising (if applicable).“

“As a former executive chef, and hospitality professional I’ve learned to manage expectations in fast casual restaurants. Well, to my surprise, Burger Village exceeded all expectations . Arriving for a movie 90 minutes early gave us time to find a place to eat. I had reviewed the few options and Burger Villages natural menu seemed like a great choice. We were greeted (by one of the owners) and promptly met with a smiling server. Drinks, yes. Natural coke, iced tea. Then dinner. One turkey burger with sweet potato fries and one specialty burger with their house sauce and my favorite waffle fries. Both arrived hot and the burger juicy. Both cooked exactly as requested. My medium rare was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn’t anticipate the “heat” or spice of the sauce. Pria, the owner asked if everything was okay. This was a good sign. I mentioned the heat and she insisted on remaking the burger without the sauce asap. She said - “I want you to have a great experience “ wow - in all my years of coaching hospitality professionals I rarely saw this level of care and concern flow so organically. Bravo - we ate, we paid, we promised to come back. A perfect example of owners who care, a team to responded to a challenge and a process at work to overcome challenges. 10 out of 10. When I asked for an ingredient list and I was pointed to the wall, it wasn’t enough information for me to determine if I was able to eat the yogurt. “We were a party of 11 people and the service wasn’t good. The waiters were not friendly. They gave us a very small basket of bread for a table of 11 people, and their tables are huge. I asked for another one and they took forever to bring it. I guess they don’t care because their tip is already included in the check. And I usually tip 20 to 25%, but not this time. It’s a nice place, the food is okay, but won’t be visiting again because of the service. You don’t feel welcome as soon as you come in.“
