“Oh my gosh, so we went out to dinner this evening after going to the movies. We went to Winfield Pub in South Buffalo. All I can say is WOW. My husband saw that it had a 4.7 star rating and we'd never been there. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. They have several different beers to offer and even some seasonal ones. Their drink menu is extensive but not daunting and their drinks are super creative. For our starters we got the hop fries with a garlic parmesan aioli which regulars call "crack sauce" I can see why....it's SO good! My husband got the Snout and Stout which is their take on french onion soup but with a pork broth and milk stout added to it with pieces of pork in it. We both tried it and that too was truly delicious it was a great spin on a classic dish. For our entrees my husband got the ribeye and I got the bbq mac and cheese. My husband loved his ribeye it was cooked perfectly and the sides were amazing. My mac and cheese was probably one of the best mac and cheeses I've ever had. They added burnt pork ends and blue cheese to it and it adds such a depth of flavor and richness this comfort food feels so fancy. I enjoyed it thoroughly. For dessert we shared a piece of their Guinness cake. Again, it was rich and delicious the frosting wasn't overly sweet. We brought a little bit of everything home and are looking forward to eating the rest of it tomorrow. Our server was absolutely lovely and so kind and funny. The chef at this restaurant is so creative and thoughtful with every aspect of the experience right down to bringing us the bill in a Christmas Card. This place is 5 stars!“

They truly saved the day after we were saddened by going to Coco Bar & Bistro’s service, we tried here again and it was one of the best meals we’ve had in buffalo. I had the winter chowder and my partner had the maple dijon glazed pork belly and both were phenomenal. and the wait staff was so nice!“

I ordered the shrimp scampi and the sauce the shrimp was swimming in was DIVINE!!!🤌 Green beans were crisp and tasty, as well as the other items. Casey ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and she was very impressed. I believe our waiter was Kay (I hope I heard her correctly). She was very sweet and wonderful to us. We are traveling to Salem, Massachusetts from western Kentucky and this dinner was a great experiance to kickstart out trip!!❤️“

“I hosted a baby shower at Magruders yesterday and everything was phenomenal! We had beef rollups, and baked chicken, which was beyond delicious!! Along with homemade mashed potatoes, corn, pasta, salad and rolls. Shannon was perfect from helping plan the event to making sure everyone was happy the day of party. “Went there before a play for dinner at Shea's Buffalo. This place is on the Chippewa bar strip, so we were not expecting much. Walking inside, it looks like a typical party/cocktail bar, brick walls, long bar, and tables opposite the bar with plastic chairs and Formica tables, so you are sitting in the bar. At 5:30PM on restaurant week before a nearby playing of Hamilton, we were the only diner's there (and only 4 others at the bar). Now the good part.... one of the best meals I have had in a long time!!!!! Waitress/bartender was prompt, attentive and friendly. The special for restaurant week that we had was $35 for soup/salad (I had soup), Duck with asparagus, yams, sprouts and and pie for dessert. This meal was fabulous! Perfect portion and perfect flavor. The caramel/peanut butter pie was luscious! On top of all this, we were there during happy hour, so $3 a beer. I highly recommend trying this place to eat, just don't expect a cozy, intimate atmosphere. You won't be disappoints, and you won't be broke.“

“It was such a fun evening with co-workers on a Pedal tour. We started and ended at Buffalo Olde Brewery and stopped at 3 others along the way. A Much needed night of Laughter! Driving around, singing karaoke, sharing laughs...nothing better!!! If you have never been to Buffalo Olde Brewery in Lovejoy you need to check it out. It is such a nice spot with bands on Thursday and Saturdays. The service was friendly, and the food was yummy. The mural outside is awesome! A gem for sure.“

Really enjoyed the shoestring fries as well and trying a different appetizers that were ordered for the table.
