“We were passing by from Michigan and I had seen a video about this place (actually the original but same recipe right) I love me some NY style and have grown to appreciate Detroit style. I heard this was a happy medium. I have to say, it is!

PICASSO'S HAS FANTASTIC PIZZA! You can tell they use good ingredients and really have a way of making a good pie.

The lack of 5 stars comes from the fact that my kid and I wanted pizza and looked at the pictures and saw some seating. After seeing how good the pizza is, we decided to go. But being out of town and passing we really could have used the seating. At that point we were so hungry and had called in, so we ate back at the hotel 20 mins back.

Had it been clear it was take out only we would have made the drive to another location. Not a huge issue, just disappointing for us and our particular situation.

However the food is 5 stars for sure. If you want to take out some phenomenal pizza, go here. If you want to sit down and eat, this is not the place for that.“

“I’m a regular there and just wanted to give a shout out to Jade!! I’ve her multiple times as our server and she does an outstanding job. Tonight I somehow managed to lose my wallet on my way out to go home, I called in a panic as I couldn’t find, and luckily Jade had found it wedged between your front door after it must have fell out of my pocket. “My husband and I had dinner here last weekend for our wedding anniversary. The atmosphere is fantastic. Warm chill vibe and everyone is so pleased to be there. Our waiter Johnathan was AMAZING! Attentive answered any and all questions and had us laughing the whole time! The young lady at the hostess stand was amazing as well. She never missed a step even as the people kept coming. Cora (oh I hope I spelled that right) was also an absolute delight! She was so sweet and friendly and just handled everything so gracefully. As someone who works in the industry I was just so over the moon with every thing that I experienced while in this restaurant. 10 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!“

“Let me tell you how amazing The Riverfield is! We had our twins baptism dinner here in the backroom and had the absolute best experience ever from start to finish! Allison made everything so simple and easy for me to plan with her to celebrate our boys with family and friends. She was extremely accommodating with all our requests, as we had some with food allergies. The room is gorgeous and perfect even better his had an outdoor space with a view! The kids loved being able to run around outside. The food was so good you have to have seconds! The slow roasted beef brisket is a dream that you will crave over and over again on top of their roasted potatoes. Don’t let that statement fool you, all the food was delish so make sure your try it all and get seconds. Hats off to the Chef! The atmosphere was perfect. Before we even left I told my husband we will be having another party here for sure! Thank you Allison and The Riverfield 865 for helping us create a beautiful celebration and memory for our family! “She is such a gifted cook!! The food is delicious. I’m kind of picky ans I LOVE everything. Not one thing I haven’t liked which is not usual for me at all!!! My 4 year old loves her food too. It’s reasonably priced, packaged super convenient in good reusable containers not cheap plastic. I really can’t recommend this enough if you need a week off from cooking. “Everything I've ever tried at Mayback's has been delicious. From the breakfast pizza to the regular pizza. This is one of the only places in the 716 that makes good chicken fingers (the honey mustard ones are divine) and a good cheese steak. The fish fry is the best I've had in years. If you want a real treat try the turkey sub with pickles and extra meat. The freshest salads I've ever had. Food is amazing, prices are great, and everyone who works there is friendly. They've got something for everyone. Easily my favorite place to get food in Buffalo.“

“Lola’s Bakeshop at The Lunch Box, inside the Lafayette Court Building, has the best pastries, cookies, and other baked goods. They always have top notch standards, like chocolate chip and peanut butter, but they also offer creative options like London Fog Lavender cookies or Dubai Chocolate Pistachio brownies. Also amazing gluten free options. The Lunch Box makes one of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had.“

Most of the restaurants in Western New York should take training from these student chefs and servers who are training to be in the profession of culinary arts. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the entire presentation and culinary experience. “Oh my goodness!!! I am visiting for work and I really enjoyed this place. First off the guy with the ear gauges is so nice and engaging. He made the visit even better. I tried the peanut butter cookie, brown butter chocolate chip, bacon egg and cheese brioche, and the coffee cake. O.M.G the brioche was delicious and perfectly sized for the price. The peanut butter cookie was phenomenal!!! Like actually shockingly good. The brown butter cookie was good, and the coffee cake was just okay to me. I will 100% be back for the brioche and peanut butter cookie. Thank you!“

“We stopped for breakfast on 5/2/23 with my elderly father after a Drs visit. Very friendly waitress and a group of Men who worked at GENERAL Mills were gathering, enjoying themselves. We enjoyed our breakfast and went to collect our bill only to find out that one of the gentleman paid for our breakfast!! I want to send our thanks and appreciation for your kind gratitude, Sir! “4 slices of ham for 12 inch sub? I used to order subs weekly, that was before the new owners took over. The subs were delicious stacked with meat and veggies but not today. It as if they we rationing sub ingredients. $9 for the bread.“

“I had originally ordered a chicken wrap, tulip cookies and a scone. The service at the window was less than pleasant. I understand what it is to be busy but whew that was lack luster. I still tipped thought maybe it would cheer her up. So once I got to open my bag...I ended up with a salad and 2 scones. No napkins no silverware. I have ate / ordered here before never had this happen. 🙃 Chalked it up to they may have had a solid bad day. I ate the salad because unfortunately I paid for it..it was great. Scones were also a pleasant surprise!“

“They need better napkins. There napkins are tiny and are like using one sheet of 1 ply TP. They just disintegrate all over your mouth and hands. And they have some messy @$$ pizza and wings too. But it's all delicious and would def order again and recommend!“

Like most fast food, Chik Fil A is very consistent from location to location- perhaps a bit more so than McDonald’s/Burger King. I’m guessing corporate policy and directives makes that a point when it comes to training staff.

Food is decent. Simple and consistent. Staff is polite. For the frequent lines I’ve never seen a Fast food chain that has such a well oiled system to move said line- which is great for the customer. Maybe because it seems they don’t purposely cut labor to increase profits at the expense of quality.

“We had a wonderful dinner at Olive Garden, and a big part of that was our server, Tina. She greeted us with a genuine smile, was quick to bring out the breadsticks and drinks, and checked in at just the right moments without ever feeling rushed or hovering. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out hot and exactly how we ordered it.

The food was delicious as always, but Tina's friendly, attentive service is what really stood out. It's rare to find someone who makes you feel this welcome. We'll definitely be back, and we'll be asking for Tina!“
