“This particular McDonald's is great, very nice staff and food always tastes good and fresh. My only recommendation would be to McDonald's company in general to make their regular burgers not so paper thin because even with 2 patties it's barely a burger still and there's still more bun (bread) compared to the ratio of meat.“

“The two women who work at this Sub Way are rock stars. My car sick 6 year old got sick in the store and they came to the rescue, cleaned up the mess, gave us a bag and cup for him to use and didn't blink an eye. They also made us a delicious lunch! I was a very grateful Mom today!“

“What a Difference in Customer Service!

After having a horrible experience at the Arby's on Route 31, we actually left that location and decided to go to the North Syracuse location instead. And I'm so glad we did!

The difference in customer service was night and day. The staff at the North Syracuse location was so much friendlier, welcoming, and professional. They completely turned around what had started as a really frustrating experience.

I honestly wish I had gotten everyone's names because they deserve to be recognized. It's amazing how much of a difference a friendly attitude and good customer service can make.

Thank you to the staff at the North Syracuse Arby's for turning a bad experience into a great one. You definitely earned our business, and we'll be coming back!“

“We order a lot. Its cheap food that I dont feel guilty about eat. Sometimes, they mix up the numbers of how many of each kind of taco. But its always good and we have always had enough. Like, I ordered 2 spicy potato tacos and 3 soft tacos. I got 3 spicy potato tacos and 2 soft tacos.
We kinda cared but not really. My daughter found out she likes something new.

“The evening staff here needs a raise! Last night around 8ish i stopped here, i only saw 2 maybe 3 employees total. The lobby was full of customers, the drive thru line spilling out into the road AND a delivery truck pulled in with a shipment all at the same time. These kids ran that restaurant like a damn navy ship. Considering the circumstances, the wait time wasn’t bad at all. “Pizza hut isn't in every town anymore! So when you have a birthday request for it from an 18 year old you drive. We were traveling FROM ALBANY to BUFFALO and stopped here to grab some road pizza's and boy were we impressed! The staff was so very friendly! We used the bathroom as our only stop on the 4 hour tour, which could have used a lil updating but was stocked and ready to go! Once we started eating it was just like 1993 with crushed ice in a big red cup! Yum! Thanks pizza hut! Great memories and a great quick meal!“
