“There was a New York Rangers rally downtown Brooklyn @ Albee Square. My husband & I went to get lunch @ a Subway Sandwich Shop, but it was more of a take out as opposed to having tables & chairs. Otherwise, everything tasted good. By the way, this Subway takes the company coupons.“

“I went here today and had the most delightful lunch with my boyfriend. The co-owner was very welcoming and gave us many suggestions. We split a French onion soup and the duck panini. The co-owner gave us a delicious roasted pepper dip and a mustard sauce that went great with the sandwich. He also ended up giving us a Nutella crepe on the house! The food was great and the co-owner was lovely.“

“Caveat, I did go here pregnant after fasting for 15 hours for a blood test so this is a very biased review. I had the chicken parm on the rosemary potato focaccia. The bread was fresh. Sandwich was warm. It felt like a hug. It was just what I needed. Very small seating area so definitely more of a togo spot but I was ravenous, undeterred and a bit delirious so inhaled the sandwich there and then got a Nutella filled donut to go.“

“I attended an event that had rented this space. It is very clean, well lit, everything with the space seemed to be working well. It is in a complex that faces a parking lot. My only suggestion would be better signage as to where the entrance is at. (Hint: look for the blue door)“

“Classic Brooklyn joint serving one of the best roast beef sandwiches in town! But I would have to say the western burger also packs a solid punch. You can’t go wrong with any of the items here honestly. But our go to’s are always the roast beef sandwich, western beef burger, crown fritters, chicken wings, and orangeade drink! You also have the option to put cheese on anything! If you have a young one, ask one of the cashiers for a free ballon. If happens to be your birthday, you get to spin the giant wheel for a chance to win $5-$20 prize for next time use. Also, if you spend more than $45 per order, you can get a free pizza. The inside dining area seems like it’s still stuck in the 1990s, but I’m fine with that!“

“I live on Long Island and happened to be in Brooklyn for my son‘s basketball tournament googled a place to eat nearby and Jimmy’s came up as one of my closest locations so glad I went with this option that hero was amazing. One of the best heroes I’ve ever had. Everything was fresh bread was fresh salami was thin cut just like I like it. Service was quick. I came on a Sunday morning, so the parking was not that bad. Definitely a go to and I will keep coming back every time I visit Brooklyn.“

“An absolute gem! The staff is so friendly, and very knowledgeable. We tried the World Famous Cheeseburger pizza -aka the heart attack- and boy was it so worth it! From watching it be made to fighting through my last few bites, it was so outstanding that it had me coming back for more. A gooey fried egg, to the Chipotle mayo, just well put together. We also tried the new Care Package pie where we tried a bit of all the chicken pies, and it was a fun experience. A little taste of everything giving us a great understanding of the creativity that Krave has to offer. We will be back to try the sandwiches, wings, and new burgers! A must try 👌🏼“

“Love the Wheelhouse. I usually come here for brunch and dinner. The sandwiches and pastas are always on point, melding richness and flavor. The Cuban sandwich and pulled pork sandwiches are my go tos. If I’m in the mood for messy, I’ll have the short rib sandwich - juicy and slightly sweet. I recently got the short rib cavatelli pasta and it might be my new fave. My boyfriend’s standard grilled cheese with a chicken cutlet is also excellent. But it is the chicken alfredo pasta that makes me wish I weren’t lactose intolerant.

“Pastrami by the pound! I set up an entire meal at home for family with what I can bring home from Pastrami Queen. There are no pretenders here and its worth finding this little spot to get the real deal. I leave a tip in the jar for the fellows that make all of this good food, and I have always had only the very best Pastrami from them.

“Well stocked true Italian deli with mostly Italian imports as well as an occasional American brand of coldcut or cheese. Five varieties of prosciutto to choose from and extremely sharp aged provolone and parmesagna are the real deal. Long serving deli staff are friendly and attentive, knowing their customers and their preferences. Around the holidays the deli has all the traditional Christmas foods especially panettone galore! The tops of the shelves fill with hundreds of Italian panettone of many elegant varieties: limoncello, hazelnut, pistachio, latte, nutella, even gluten free ppannetone. Prices are a little higher than surrounding import markets but not unmanageable so. This deli is a treasure of Broadway and a perennial favorite.“

The menu choices are excellent, we had truffle fries, I had the P48 Panini (steak, mozzarella with peppers & onions) and to cap off as a desert, I had the Iced Nutella Latte... All were excellent. “I’ve been coming here for months, and it’s easily one of my go-to spots for a great meal. The wraps are always large, flavorful, and very filling - definitely worth it if you’re hungry. I also really appreciate how easy it is to customize; if there’s a specific ingredient you don’t like, they’ll make the adjustment without you having to pick a whole different wrap. The balance is perfect too - never overly sauced but never dry either. On top of that, the staff is always super friendly, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!“
