Also the chciken over rice tatses amazing espcially with the white south and hot sauce it is a good combo. The ice cream slection is also good and at the time of this review they got this rainbow colored ice cream like they got at the iceies carts. I've been coming to El Nuevo Pollo Sabroso 2 for over 5+ years , and the food consistently delivers authentic and amazing flavors that remind me of those home-cooked meals from MAMI or LA Tia lol.

Just starting the Pollo Guisado with the white rice and beans is perfectly seasoned with incredible flavor! dont get me started with the FRIED CHICKEN!

Their moro, rice and beans mixed, has that authentic taste
The tostones are always clean and crispy on the outside, tender inside as they should be.
The portions are generous and great value for the price
The staff has always been friendly, always helpful and accommodate respectfully. sometimes they are very busy and that is something i notice with customers, i get it we want our food but if we expect the food to be good then respectfully also have patience!

Thus, I understand some reviews mention wait times, but in my experience, good Dominican food takes time to prepare properly, and it's absolutely worth it. I also offer a suggestion, I like to Call ahead and order it has worked well for me.
