“I had an issue with an excess charge on my credit card for a take out order. The owner contacted me and investigated it. He refunded the excess amount and I'm glad they are on top of it. Great customer service and really wanting to make things right.
Overall, I enjoy eating here and I've recommended it to my family and friends. I have tried a couple of their dishes and they are popular for their handroll. Sushi set is also a must. The sea bass is my fave, it just takes a while to be cook because they grill it. My bf likes the hormone don. A good spot for those who wants to try korean/ japanese fusion dish. Parking: if youre not local, its best to just uber or take the subway here. Not really worth getting your car messed up or waste time driving around to find parking.

“I don’t know about the rest of you all, but this is by far, the best Japanese Cuisine place in the Area. Some of the best items from their menu The Angry Dragon Sushi, The Shrimp tempura, and the Spicy Salmon rolls.

Also try the gyoza and the amazing Kani salad (regular or spicy)

The quality of the dishes and their prices are not comparable with any fast food if customers take into account the time of preparation, the balance of the ingredients offered (including vegetables and meats), and the flavors that, different from a burger or hot dog , results difficult to replicate at home. “I am so happy to live right near Kiku because they are a solid, authentic place, which is so hard to find. Their beef and broccoli as well as the lo mein is as good as Chinatown. Some Chinese takeout places I’ve tried in the outer boroughs use really low quality meat and skimp on the good ingredients, but not Kiku! The sushi always tastes fresh and the proportion of stuffing to rice is perfect. There’s a parking lot right outside which is very convenient for pickup.“
