“Very clean restaurant. Looks fantastic after the recent remodel. Staff is always friendly and service is good. Food quality is always good, Never had an issue here. There is a drive-thru here. This BK is a Bushwick staple.

“This is one of the nicest Burger Kings in brooklyn. This was my 3rd time going there and all three times I got excellent service. It’s clean, the employees a friendly and fast with the food. The food is fresh and hot. I also like the decor and the outlets they have for customers to use.“

“Your restaurant had 2 employees for a very long time. The service that was rendered was exceptional ? ?! We had a wait but was updated every few moments. The staff on duty I believe is a night shift manager handled a very many stressful moments with class and grace! I'm a manager in customer service field and I'm utterly impressed. “Food is up to par & as expected every time I order from here. I always order from doordash & don't like the fact that I always get charged $2.49 delivery fee on top of taxes & driver fee also which sways me away from ordering here being as I'm not rich. Still great food though which I recommend.“

“I've never been to this location before, but the service was friendly and efficient, and the food was pipping hot. My fries were crunchy and perfect amount of salt. Whenever I'm in the mood for chicken burger and fries, I'll defintely come back here.

“This seems to be a nice family own BK across the street from the cemetery, you can enjoy the views of the tombstones while dining here.
Staff are courteous and the food is what you expect. I have been there a few times, didn’t have Coke Zero either time.
Also the tables were not wiped and clean. But for NYC standards this is a decent fast food joint.“

“I LIKE THE Drive through a huge parking lot. I can easily go back out on Utica Ave. Nice friendly workers and good food. We were doing a no meat month at my house and I was hungry and in the area so I stopped in to get myself an impossible burger which I enjoy my only problem is I feel it has shrunk from when it came out to now just like the whopper that has shrunk also from how it was 20 years ago.

“I wanted to try their version of the spicy chicken sandwich. The store was not busy. I got my order very quickly. The chicken was not with the reddish tint that was advertised. It was spicy, but it is about the same level as the "other" spicy chicken sandwich.“

So why in the app that offer is every Wednesday there??? I am a vegetarian I won’t order regular whopper I don’t eat meat. She seems to me Not very knowledgeable☹️Management should train her thoroughly so she can answer customers correctly. I go there 2/3 times a week not only on Wednesdays. In the past I had bad experience re the same issue. Manager who is a brilliant man try to resolve this fast by telling her to just go ahead n make a impossible whopper for me. Tdy 2/21/24 is wed n I was there n she started the same story again which got me super upset & the manager heard the commotion n told her to make a veggie burger which already was paid for thru app. I sit in the chairs away from cash register n heard 3/4 times customers complaining of this scarf lady with rude behavior one lady felt she delays the orders n move at snails pace. I won’t be returning to this location anymore even I liked a lot because it causes stress.Thanks to the rest of the team & the Manager is the best?

Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper and French fries are the only vegetarian choices here. But it surely is delicious“

“Most of the time I come here on Wednesdays for the whopper special. I order it takeout and place the order 15-30 minutes in advance, enough time for me to walk over. It's ready when I'm there. There are two tables to stand & eat but I bring it home. There's a convenience store in the same building operated by Bollo.“

“This place is full of bums, drug addicts, homeless people, kids cutting school, who is loud, walking on the seats, talking about fighting. Police came, spoke to them, and left. The addicts are in and out of the restroom. I love Burger King, but not this location.

“Even though there was a small delay in our order and we were able to eat 15 minutes from the moment I bought it through the app outside the store ?, I really like coming to Burger ? King ? on Wednesdays and taking advantage of the Impossible burger offer at the app. I order it with everything extra and it's extra cents and it's really worth it ?, in relation to other burger kings I found the service more pleasant than other places in the Bronx where the service is quite unpleasant.

“Decent location coming from a gas station. But really inconvenient trying to walk in and the doors are closed. You have to knock on the doors couple times to get them to open. I’m assuming the convenience store is closed but Burger King is open but has one mutual door.“

“I come to the shop around 7pm in the evening to take my dinner. A boy at the front counter took my order, his name was Hasan. He behaved very friendly and I enjoyed his conversation with me. They prepared my food beautifully. I was very happy with Hasan's behavior in particular.“

“First of all...the place is inside of a gas station Bolla Market. Very clean though and a lot of good "to go" items. The BK is set up where you can see them put together your sandwich. Pretty cool. Only thing I didn't care for was the funky attitudes of EVERY worker in there. My "please" and "thank you's" were met with stern looks and "whatever" type attitudes. The food was...well it was burger king food.I guess I shouldn't care too much for the attitudes but with attitudes like theirs you kinda wonder what they are capable of when it comes to your food.“

“I ordered a double whopper. Now being American, I grew up with cheese being an essential in a burger. I didn't expect a slice of cheese to cost $1.09 extra on a $17.89 dollar burger!!!!
The manager explained it kindly accepted my pocket change and I happily ate my burger with the slice of cheese on it in a very calm empty seating on the second level.“
