“Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Surprised that this isn't one of those spots with a long wait as the space is open and inviting, the service good and the food very good. We had a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and a shrimp po boy. Both excellent. Will come back for sure“

“(Nov 2014) Uber cool high tech mod fitout and no shortage of opinionated beer nerds (complete with obligatory cult brewery t-shirts). Even at 2pm on a Sunday arvo. Doesn’t quite have the warm of a traditional US bar but still pretty friendly. Very international list with a focus on left of centre. Pricing on the high side but reflects the quality of the beers. Served via cabernet glasses - a nice touch. I really grew to like the place and they use a small space well. Can I say it reminds me of Two Row in Melbourne? And....btw....the only other bar I have ever seen where punters are punching out tasting notes!“

“Generally I only come here for brunch, the food measures between fine to good. The full English breakfast slaps. The service is chill yet superb. Dog friendly! and a great spot to escape the annoying crowd of social media colonizers. Probably my favorite sports bar yet I don’t follow sports.“

“My date and I were cruising around looking for a bar to dive into. Found this spot. Music and DJ were lit, even tho it was only like 4-6 ppl there while we were there(8:30 - 9pm). The food was delicious. I had the stuffed plantain w/o cheese, and my date had the fish and chips. Fish was fried to golden perfection, and the fries were seasoned and had a great crunch to em. My date was super nice to let me nimble off his plate ?and my stuffed plantain was so delectable! Will definitely come back?“

Their happy hour specials are fantastic—just $32 for two beers, wings, and popcorn, including the tip. The burger was flavorful and perfectly cooked; I added cheese and fries to make it even better. However, I wish it had pickles—something tangy to balance the flavors felt missing.“

For NY, not bad. Didn’t get any grub hence the no rating, but vibes were awesome. Watched Game 2 of the Knicks.

Deducted one star for service only because of the circumstances and it took a while but when I did finally get help, bartender was super chill!!

“Dropped in for a Tubular Tursday (refreshing $10 Mai Tais all day Thursdays!) and got the shrimp po’ boy, which was delicious with just the right amount of spice. Fries were hot n’ crispy, plated beautifully. My partner loved the pulled pork sandwich! The staff were attentive and kind, and the vibes were laid back and lovely. A great find a short walk from Prospect Park!“

“Fun local bar with a nautical theme.Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.The mixed drinks were great and beer selection had a good options.Bar food was decent variety (including seafood options to keep with the theme) Got the burger (which came with friends). On the smaller end but taste good.They do charge extra (3.5%) for credit card.“
