“Keepin it real out here in "Bushwick"
It's sort of a hectic area off of Bushwick Ave, drive pass this place every other day and finally got to try it out. I'm glad they revamped the whole Popeyes image cause it was clean, decent service and no craziness, just regular folks like myself there for some fire fried chicken. Got the sandwich this time, can't believe people were going at it over this years ago, but it's still good, nothing crazy but very consistent. I would go back again if I'm craving it and in the area.“
“Today was the 2nd time this week I bought wings from the Popeyes @ 4930 Kings Highway. They have the absolute best wing. The new Honey Lemon Pepper wings are AMAZING. The wings are Hot, Fresh and flavorful. The staff are pleasant and professional. The restaurant is clean inside and out, and the wait time is minimal. If you’re looking for really good wings, take a trip to the Popeyes @ 4930 Kings Highway off Utica Avenue. Definitely worth the trip.“

“Those place is great. Carrying and listening stuff. It is clean and you almost always can get parking. You will get freshly fried goods. Potato fries are crunchy and full of flavor. The chicken is juicy and crispy. One thing that I will not recommend is chicken wings. Very poor recipe. There is really no meat on them and you’re just getting the heavy crust of cover with sauce and the bones . Not really worth it even the price is fair. Ordered 5Pc Signature
Chicken 2 Can Dine Classic - that is my top choice. You will get 5 pieces of delicious juicy chicken ( different cuts), fries and side ( you can choose from any variety) with biscuits and will come back again.“

“If you go here after 11pm they are usually outta something or no longer making spicy chicken anything. But they make up for it by usually adding a few extra strips to ones order. Besides the staff is amazing and super friendly. Their is one cashier that is always a ball of energy that is refreshing on a late shift.“
“I came here for lunch on 10/26/24 at around 2:40. I ordered a big box for 8 dollars including taxes. I got my meal in a fast time of 5 minutes. Restaurant was clean and had AC. The cashier clearly did not want to be there but I get it because who wants to be working at a fastfood restaurant on a Saturday.“

“I been here a few times and it’s always quick and good service. Today I saw a black dude spill water all over the tables then demand a refund because he claim a customer bump into him and make other excuses about bad service. What disgusting behavior! While I waited for my order, I watched a junkie harass them and try to open the door to the kitchen. Another vagrant was yelling at them and threw his backpack at a table so hard, several chairs went flying. This store should be window pickup ONLY.
The staff here need a raise. These are unsafe working conditions. I hope they all get better jobs.

“I come to this Popeyes all the time even when I have to travel a mile. They’re more generous with their portion than the other Popeyes around this area, and their chicken pieces are bigger than other locations. The Chicken is always delicious and crispy, and the fries are always soooooo good.Tried their wings today. I think it’s just a smaller version of their normal drumsticks and wings tossed in sauce. Tastes really good but would be better if there was more coverage of the sauce on the chicken.Most of the chairs in this location are stacked up since the beginning of Covid so seating is limited. Doesn’t bother me since I always take it to-go.“
“Came here for lunch on Sunday. It was empty but also just one person making the orders from what I could see and he was doing the register. My food was prepared pretty quick, I did order online but he didn’t start my order until he finished preparing the guy’s order ahead of me.
Everything was fresh and hot, the chicken was crispy and tasted freshly made. The quality of chicken seems to be much better than the other Popeyes that’s closer to my house. Mac and cheese was a little airier and creamier than I expected/am used to. This Mac and cheese didn’t taste as ‘home style’ as what I’m used to but it was still cheesy and flavorful. Overall, can’t complain. The dinning-area was very clean.“
“I usually just do mobile orders for pickup, but the place is usually nice and clean. Compared to some other Popeyes I've ordered from, the wings they serve here are nice and big, and always hot and fresh. Same with the chicken sandwich. My only issue with the location is that they don't participate in deal campaigns, so you might see some "get X for $5" ad online only to find out they don't do that here.
Oh also they stealth charge you for certain sauces when you order on the app/website. It says they're "included" and won't show you the additional cost when you're picking the sauces, but there'll be 25 cents added per sauce, which is kind of scummy.“

“I dont know what all the nasty comments and reviews are about. I never had an issue at this location and I'm usually here in the middle of the night, 3am-ish, when you'd expect terrible food/service. The only issue I have is that when you order fries, you ALWAYS have to ASK for ketchup. Then they'll get you 1 or 2 packets, in which you have to ask again, for more. Tbh this is at mostly all food places now, so I can't single this place out. Even McDonalds skimps out on the ketchup and when you ask for it, only get 3 packets for a large fry. The place is fairly new so it is very clean and modern. Probably the best part about this location are the hours. I just went in to grab some food and chatted up the dude at the counter to confirm this. They are open until 6AM!“

“Best Popeyes I have ever seen, their food is so good and fresh. Their service is really good. I went there around 7 pm.
In particular, I visited many Popeyes, but there was most of the managers rude. Today is the first time I saw the coolest manager. She is friendly with all her employees and customers, and she talks to everyone with a smiley face and friendly tone.

“I placed a big order for my coworkers, the service was excellent. They made me aware of how long it would take to fulfill my order, they reconfirmed my order and executed. Not one thing was missing they were quick and very professional. The whole team helped with the order and they all made sure I had what I needed. “The folks who work here are a lot cooler and more patient than most of the restaurant workers in this area. I don't know why, but they just are. Customers are crazy and hold up the line often, but the chicken is good and fresh made. The owner should open one more register when they get busy; keep the fast in fast food!“
“Im an Uber eats delivery courier. Hands down, this is probably the best Popeyes in brooklyn. Fast pickups, nice staff, great service I can't say enough good about this staff at this location. I've never been to a food restaurant in brooklyn and actually wanted to go back just because of the staff. I love it when I get an order from this location because I know it will be a quick pick up, and the staff won't treat me like dirt. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.“

My tenders were juicy with the perfect crispy finish - this is the kind of quality we love to see. However the person at register was a bit slow even though it wasn't super busy at that time and the table needs more attention.

“For as long as I’ve been going to this Popeyes location, I’ve never had any issues. I always ask for fresh chicken, and they have no problem making it for me—I just wait however long it takes, which is completely understandable. The staff here understands well, and whatever I ask for, I always get without any problems.
I’m not sure why so many people have complaints about this location, but personally, I’ve never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh, and the service is solid.“
“This is the location on Atlantic and Ralph Avenues. The staff is always friendly, personable, and courteous. ( Except for one older gentleman one time a few weeks ago on the early evening shift.) They have better pieces, sizes, availability of pieces, cleanliness, promotions, speed of service. I go out of my way to go to this location because of the staff, the food, the availability of the pieces, the promotional pricing and the sizes of the pieces. ( Their pieces don't look like you're getting a kid's meal.) The staff is always ready with humor and professional. I recommend this location any day, and I have!

Chicken fingers were really breaded (meal picked up for family member) and they did enjoy it, but said there was a lot of batter. Fries are amazing! Loved them. “This a very standard Popeyes nothing to write home about. The food is usually decent though sometimes the chicken can be a bit dry if they're between batches. The staff is usually pretty accommodating if you ask for extra sauces and they are friendly enough. However I must warn you about ordering the spicy chicken, I don't really taste the spice so I think they sometimes just give you the normal ones in lieu of the spicy ones without telling you. Overall decent, but probably check to see if the chicken is fresh (look over the counter)“
“I wish I got the name of the woman who helped me but she was so so sweet to me. I had gotten some blackened tenders so naturally that takes longer because they’re made to order, and they took a couple extra minutes that I was absolutely fine with waiting for, but the woman gave me two coupons and free biscuit for the extra time I had spent waiting. “My experience at the Popeyes location was a excellent one.
Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and aroma of food. The atmosphere was clean the only fault I find is that it is small establishment everyone wore their masks, there was no shortage of food. I left feeling my money was spend well, if you are hungry and is in the area I recommend stopping here for either breakfast, lunch, and or dinner.
