“Usually hit Ted's up quiet a few times. Well today was the last. The new kiosks coupled with the not so personal staff has capped off me and my family never eating there again. Loved when you ordered with the cook, watched your hot grilled the way you like it (extra dark) to being able to have the employee place more or less of the condiments on your item. Today's order came out sub par cooked the way we like them. The poor girl has to keep turning around to look what condiments go on what item. I can tell you alot of people came back up with wrongly prepared item in the short time we were there. One size of fries which were too much for my girlfriend to finish. Might as well just go to McDonalds if you want a standard made item. All to save what, two employees salary? No personal touch any more. Well it looks like Tony's Bayview or Taffys from now on. 😔 😟 😊“

“We was in the buffalo area and was looking for a good pie. Figured we would check it out. Pizza was very good but the sauce was a little sweet for my liking. But if I was in the area again I would have it again.“

“I usually get Door Dash from this location, but I stopped in today. Tye greeted me & took my order - and was one of the most pleasant interactions from a restaurant, that I’ve had in a long time. Food, as always, was great!
Thank you!“

“Every time I go through there everyone is soooo Kind!!! And the foods always hot, fresh and there's one lady that seriously is the nicest on the microphone than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Seemed like she might have been the manager. And also this one kid (and this is not racist) it's just because I don't know how name but he's a tall African American that is super nice on the mic, answered my questions about the ratio of how many people use the app that don't use it and he was so nice. Deserves a raise! I actually drive on my way to go to that McDonald's!! Unless I'm in Lancaster LOL. That's my other favorite one 🤣❤️❤️ thanks guys keep up the great work! Also that lady she deserves a raise too I swear out of all McDonald's I've been across this country she's the nicest one ever ever ever ever ever ever. !!“

“We love Jimmy’s! It’s like enjoying a home cooked meal when we are in Buffalo. I had an omelette with feta that was delicious. The home fries were so flavorful, with onions and the right amount of crunch. My sister has her home fries with the Greek chili sauce! I should have followed her lead. The service is fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and tasty!“

“I like this place, and have been going to this location since it opened in like 2002. Now they just need to get that big, self-serve Coke machine, with all the different combinations of pop and water in it, and I'll like it even better!“

“Do you want fast food but think McDonald's, BK, etc are too healthy? Then Checkers is the spot for you! Everything is fried in lard and delicious. Their fries are second only to Five Guys and, just like the aforementioned restaurant, you can get a huge cup of them if you want. Plus, Checkers drive thru is open until 3 AM for the late night munchies.“

“This Dairy Queen is amazing! It’s right near me so it’s an easy walk, and usually the lines aren’t crowded and the staff are really nice! The atmosphere is nice and the food is great just a bit melty but you can grab a few napkins then you are fine.“

“Pull up, order food, have a bite in your car or at one of the tables. Affordable and tasty, Checkers has great burgers, fries, nuggets, and apple pies. And they are open until 3am! Only negativrle is the automated teller. Please have a human ask what we want to order!“

“Ideal food for munchies. We're not talking fine cuisine, more like a tahoes (garbage plate place in Rochester) environment. The owner is very pleasant but unfortunately most employees are a bit qwerky, not necessarily in a good way. If you do take out and don't spend much time hanging around it'll be the best possible experience. It's not on the best part of main st and hooligans and the loitering homeless population hang around. My only knock is the hours. Essentially it's only open overnight so lunch or early dinner not an option. Haven't had an issue with delivery thats different from anywhere else to this point. Sometimes it takes a bit. Most deliveries do.“

“I haven’t written a review in a while but I went there this evening through the drive thru.. and the girl you have working the window.. I feel like she is going to go far in life! She has the driven CEO fire in her! I can feel it.
I have always had a good customer service experience there.. BUT… I think her name on the receipt said Luscia, she deserves a raise! She was so patient, efficient, friendly and professional. A service with a smile and eye contact and told me she hopes I enjoy the rest of my evening. I drove away feeling like her energy was electric and magnetic! I was excited to dive into my dinner after the interaction with her. :) Great hire!“

“This location is known for serving a variety of treats such as ice creams, Blizzards, sundaes, and fast food items. It's a part of the Dairy Queen Grill & Chill system, which has a reputation for its combination of hardworking people and great-tasting food and treats. The store offers amenities like credit card acceptance, mobile ordering, delivery, gift cards, and outdoor seating.Dairy Queen, one of the largest fast-food chains specializing in ice cream and frozen treats, has a rich history that dates back to 1940. The first Dairy Queen store was opened in Joliet, Illinois, by entrepreneur John Freemont "J.F." McCullough, his son Alex, and their friend Sherb Noble. They developed a unique soft-serve recipe two years earlier and decided to open Dairy Queen following its successful trial at Sherb's ice cream shop. The initial store in Joliet was primarily a place to buy ice cream and refreshments, with no seating for customers. Instead, people were encouraged to take their treats home or eat them on the go. This concept of a quick-service ice cream establishment was new and rapidly gained popularity.Dairy Queen began expanding through a franchise system just a year after its inception. By 1947, the number of stores grew to 100, and by 1953, Dairy Queen had crossed the borders into Canada with a franchise in Melville, Saskatchewan. In the 1950s and 1960s, Dairy Queen became a staple of social life in small Midwestern and Southern towns in the United States, often featuring in stories and memoirs about small-town America.A significant milestone in their menu development was the introduction of the Blizzard in 1985. This new product, combining soft-serve ice cream with candy mix-ins, was an instant success and became a hallmark of the Dairy Queen brand.Over the years, Dairy Queen has continued to grow and evolve. As of the mid-2010s, there were more than 6,400 Dairy Queen stores in over 25 countries, with the majority in the United States. The company became International Dairy Queen, Inc. (IDQ) in 1962 and was later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 1998.Dairy Queen's menu has also evolved over the years, from the introduction of malts and shakes in 1949, banana splits in 1951, to the Dilly® Bar in 1955. The Brazier® concept, which introduced an expanded fast-food menu, was launched in 1957. Today, Dairy Queen's offerings include a wide range of frozen treats, fast food items, and specialty items like the Blizzard and GrillBurgers.“

“I ordered a few different things --- to test this place out. First the bad. The Chicken Carbonara Pasta was horrible. NOT Carbonara at all. Can't imagine anyone liking this pasta at all. I was pretty disappointed because it was the first time I have seen Carbonara on any menu in Buffalo (seriously, what's up with that?). But then I tried the Beef Samosa -- and WOW!! IT was THE BEST Samosa I have ever hard!! Will definitely get these again! And the Fried Chicken was also pretty darned good. Look, the menu is pretty extensive, and I am sure there are hit and misses. I'll review more as I go through it -- the Beef Samosa and Fried Chicken did encourage me to try more. (Oh, the Banana Pudding is not very good either.)“

“Went in for my favorite chocolate Tim shake but was kind of scared to order as the staff guy was scathing at sores all over his arms. It was really disturbing to see him working with food after doing this and seeing many more reddened sores and dry skin patches all over him.“

“What a neat discovery. I love soup any time of year so I was ready to try this. I had bean and ham and, unlike most places, the soup was served nice and hot. The soup was good, but my sandwich was fantastic. I had a #14 chicken sandwich with melted fontana and grilled portobello mushroom. It practically melted in my mouth. The sandwich was just the right size...I'm tired of massive overstuffed food. This was just right. I'll definitely be back next time in town.“
