McDonald's in Buffalo

“Every time I go through there everyone is soooo Kind!!! And the foods always hot, fresh and there's one lady that seriously is the nicest on the microphone than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Seemed like she might have been the manager. And also this one kid (and this is not racist) it's just because I don't know how name but he's a tall African American that is super nice on the mic, answered my questions about the ratio of how many people use the app that don't use it and he was so nice. Deserves a raise! I actually drive on my way to go to that McDonald's!! Unless I'm in Lancaster LOL. That's my other favorite one 🤣❤️❤️ thanks guys keep up the great work! Also that lady she deserves a raise too I swear out of all McDonald's I've been across this country she's the nicest one ever ever ever ever ever ever. !!“

“This is easily the best McDonalds in all of the Buffalo area. Drive thru is always packed at lunch time but they slam orders out so fast that you can be through the drive thru with your food in under 5 minutes during that time. Not only that, the food is always done right. Not a sloppy mess with way too much of one ingredient or whatever typical fast food problems you usually would deal with. The staff is polite, fast and handles food with care! If you are trying to have a meal at McDonalds and not be disappointed, I recommend this location!“

“Not nearly as I remember growing up as a kid and the nostalgia is completely dissected from actually going to the restaurant and it seems like every time we eat at the restaurant it's might taste good time but it always makes us not feel well so I'm not sure that McDonald's should even be open anymore it's pretty disgusting food“

“Everytime I come, I always have a slight issue, whether it’s a sauce that wasn’t put in the bag and the cashier insists that they put it in the bag, or a rude cashier that doesn’t have the time of day for you. But the one thing that never changes is the manager. He is always willing to listen to your advice and feedback and is more than welcome to greet you with a smile. It really shows why he became manager and I hope it stays that way! He is amazing!“

“This McDonald's can tend to be a little Ghetto at times, no offense to the Employees, it's the customers that make it that way... Kids running around unattended, people yelling and cursing, its just uncivilized...Good Food an Milkshakes Tho..“

“Absolutely unprofessional (not that I expected much anyways), I usually have a great experience here. Everyone was miserable and didn't speak or respond to anything that was said, from taking the order all the way to getting the food. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a Caramel Frappe after being told the machine "was down." So I had to wait (which I didn't mind at all cause I understand) but instead of asking me if I wanted something else or just offering to refund the drink back wasn't even a thought on their pea sized brains. I sat patiently waiting in front of the drive thru line, and luckily, all my kids were in the car, or else they would've got their food freezing because obviously I got all the food and the thought of the simple frozen drink or accommodating me with something else was way above their pay grade or even comprehension level. I wouldn't have minded taking a soft drink or anything else in place of the $5 drink. Of course, the kids are getting restless, and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt since they were the ones who told me to pull up and wait for them to bring me my drink in the first place. Absolutely forgot about me and I even seen a girl walk out with a caramel frappe in her hands so at this point I knew they just blatantly forgot about me and ignored me. But me being a nice and patient guy I just stayed where they told me to. Total of 35 minutes waiting for 1 drink.“

“I don't understand why you say your open 24hours a day when you don't open until 6am I came in at 6am this morning and it's so cold inside my food wasn't hot by the time I finish it that tells me that the owner don't care maybe I'll have to start going somewhere else“

“5 stars for the staff!! My friends and I visited on 7/31 late at night after a concert and the staff was SO KIND!! They were so accommodating and helped us out in a jam. I believe the managers name that night was Josh and another employee Talisa! They were amazing and so kind. Food was great as always too!“

“I invented the double steak cheese and egg bagel two meats that you need for the bagel to be the right ratio and extra sauce on the bagel and a side of extra sauce.....trust me I have even added a buffalo spicy sauce mixed in delicious if you like a tiny bit of spice try it and telle what the food surgeon has created vote for me you can even made othera like steak and sausage egg cheese and bacon extra sauce or the same with a biscuit bacon and sausage or steak and bacon just pick an extra meat and they will do it for 2 dollars extra at least at the location on Sheridan great workers kind and the place is spotless inside and out have a blessed day and enjoy something different also keep your receipt if you fill out the survey you get a free 6 piece nugget ya know what I'm saying!“

“We all know MC. Food was what you’d expect—consistent and decent for a quick meal—but the service was noticeably slow last 2 times. It took much longer than usual to get a simple order, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy. Staff was polite, but the wait definitely took away from the “fast” in fast food. Hoping for quicker service on the next visit.“

“Amazing customer service! From placing to paying to picking up, everyone was friendly and professional. I made a mistake and the person at pickup took care of it!! Hard to find good customer service and I’m very pleased with this location!! Thank you!!“

“The service was very good. We were able to order at the counter instead of using the frustrating screens. The workers were very friendly.
The food was very hot and tasted as it should.
The place itself is clean, however, very sparsly decorated, and many of the tables still had the chairs up on the table, so you couldn't sit at them. They gave us our food to eat in the restaurant in bags, not on trays. It was also freezing in the restaurant.“

“It was McDonalds at its finest. I arrived around noon. It was very busy. The crew was getting it done. Bravo! Sad that a #1 was over $11.00 out the door compared to $8.50 in suburban Ohio. I was shocked to see that you could eat there with an EBT card. NY welfare state makes everyone pay more and less inclined to work.“

“I mean it's McDonald's, some locations are amazing, some places just suck!!! The one on Niagara Street, that's great! One on West Ferry, not so good. Location location location, it's everything. Where you're located is where the workers are going to come from. Open in a good spot, get good people working, open in a hood like spot, you're going to get some not too good workers. That's just life experience right there. Lol“

“Cleanest, calmest, quietest McDonald's in the entire Buffalo NY area. My order came out quick, it was hot, and the employees were extremely kind. I will be coming to this location only from here on out. (The other locations in the area should take some tips from this one.) 💙😎👌🏻“
