McDonald's in Buffalo

“Every time I go through there everyone is soooo Kind!!! And the foods always hot, fresh and there's one lady that seriously is the nicest on the microphone than any other McDonald's I've ever been too. Seemed like she might have been the manager. And also this one kid (and this is not racist) it's just because I don't know how name but he's a tall African American that is super nice on the mic, answered my questions about the ratio of how many people use the app that don't use it and he was so nice. Deserves a raise! I actually drive on my way to go to that McDonald's!! Unless I'm in Lancaster LOL. That's my other favorite one 🤣❤️❤️ thanks guys keep up the great work! Also that lady she deserves a raise too I swear out of all McDonald's I've been across this country she's the nicest one ever ever ever ever ever ever. !!“

“This is easily the best McDonalds in all of the Buffalo area. Drive thru is always packed at lunch time but they slam orders out so fast that you can be through the drive thru with your food in under 5 minutes during that time. Not only that, the food is always done right. Not a sloppy mess with way too much of one ingredient or whatever typical fast food problems you usually would deal with. The staff is polite, fast and handles food with care! If you are trying to have a meal at McDonalds and not be disappointed, I recommend this location!“

“Absolutely unprofessional (not that I expected much anyways), I usually have a great experience here. Everyone was miserable and didn't speak or respond to anything that was said, from taking the order all the way to getting the food. Had to wait over 20 minutes for a Caramel Frappe after being told the machine "was down." So I had to wait (which I didn't mind at all cause I understand) but instead of asking me if I wanted something else or just offering to refund the drink back wasn't even a thought on their pea sized brains. I sat patiently waiting in front of the drive thru line, and luckily, all my kids were in the car, or else they would've got their food freezing because obviously I got all the food and the thought of the simple frozen drink or accommodating me with something else was way above their pay grade or even comprehension level. I wouldn't have minded taking a soft drink or anything else in place of the $5 drink. Of course, the kids are getting restless, and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt since they were the ones who told me to pull up and wait for them to bring me my drink in the first place. Absolutely forgot about me and I even seen a girl walk out with a caramel frappe in her hands so at this point I knew they just blatantly forgot about me and ignored me. But me being a nice and patient guy I just stayed where they told me to. Total of 35 minutes waiting for 1 drink.“

“This McDonald's can tend to be a little Ghetto at times, no offense to the Employees, it's the customers that make it that way... Kids running around unattended, people yelling and cursing, its just uncivilized...Good Food an Milkshakes Tho..“

“I used to work there and the floors were always dirty, the 2 of the managers always argued and thrown food at each other, there was a lot of yelling back and forth.
On May 4th 2023 i got fired bc i was sick and i was throwing up and i didn’t want to be around food i tried to call in and my manager said that i still had to come in and i was sicker then a dog, i asked my manager if i can go home i have been throwing up and i can barely keep my eyes open because i didn’t feel good, i literally got sent home from school school bc of it, they didn’t listen to me, so i messaged my older brother and said “ i have been throwing up and they won’t let me go home and i don’t want to be around food when i’m sick” so my brother came and got me and i clocked out and i left. My next shift i came in and they said that i was fired and my boss didn’t listen to me my boss took my managers side and my managers didn’t tell my boss everything my manager only told my boss that i left, so i tried to explain that i was sick and throwing up and still my boss didn’t listen and i still got fired.
So if u are wanting to work here i prefer you rethink that bc bc if the floors i got injured 2 times i sprained my wrist and torn a tendon and was in a brace for a year almost in a cast, and the 2nd time i sprained my ankle and torn the ligament from my ankle to my leg was in a brace for 4 months to a year and then in a boot for 3-4 year.
The managers and the boss and the owner they don’t care about the employees all they care about is making money and supporting the business and they treat their employees really bad, and their is a bully their that will make your life a living hell “because that is what he did to me” they even fired my best friend bc she was sick and in the hospital, so they. Don’t care about any one of the employees their employees except maybe their favorite employees.
SO EVERYONE THAT IS INTERESTED ON WORKING THEIR IM JUST LETTING YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO..

And this is my report on how i was treated at McDonalds on union rd in Cheektowaga NY 14227

Parking: The lines are long and the employees go slow and to the point where no one can park in the parking lot and the people now a day that do the front conner are rude and give a attitude to the customers when the employee gets frustrated when the customer is going to slow.“

“I invented the double steak cheese and egg bagel two meats that you need for the bagel to be the right ratio and extra sauce on the bagel and a side of extra sauce.....trust me I have even added a buffalo spicy sauce mixed in delicious if you like a tiny bit of spice try it and telle what the food surgeon has created vote for me you can even made othera like steak and sausage egg cheese and bacon extra sauce or the same with a biscuit bacon and sausage or steak and bacon just pick an extra meat and they will do it for 2 dollars extra at least at the location on Sheridan great workers kind and the place is spotless inside and out have a blessed day and enjoy something different also keep your receipt if you fill out the survey you get a free 6 piece nugget ya know what I'm saying!“

“Stopped at McDonalds to get the limited time only Chicken Big Mac. It was interesting. The best way to describe it was like have 2 really big chicken nuggets, breading, and of course the Big Mac secret sauce. It wasn’t bad, but I think one is enough.

The store employees were friendly, and in and out quickly through the drive thru.“

“Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted warmly by the staff, which set a positive tone for my visit. The ambiance was clean and welcoming, and I appreciated the efforts made to maintain a hygienic environment.

I ordered the classic Big Mac meal, and I must say, it was prepared to perfection. The burger was fresh, and the fries were crispy and hot, just the way I like them. The service was prompt, and I didn't have to wait long for my order, which was a pleasant surprise given the lunchtime rush.

However, I noticed that the drink station needed a bit of attention, as some of the dispensers were out of syrup. It would be great if this could be checked more frequently to enhance the customer experience.

Overall, I had a great time and look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for your commitment to quality and service.“

“I don't understand why you say your open 24hours a day when you don't open until 6am I came in at 6am this morning and it's so cold inside my food wasn't hot by the time I finish it that tells me that the owner don't care maybe I'll have to start going somewhere else“

“I mean it's McDonald's, some locations are amazing, some places just suck!!! The one on Niagara Street, that's great! One on West Ferry, not so good. Location location location, it's everything. Where you're located is where the workers are going to come from. Open in a good spot, get good people working, open in a hood like spot, you're going to get some not too good workers. That's just life experience right there. Lol“

“Amazing customer service! From placing to paying to picking up, everyone was friendly and professional. I made a mistake and the person at pickup took care of it!! Hard to find good customer service and I’m very pleased with this location!! Thank you!!“

“The service was very good. We were able to order at the counter instead of using the frustrating screens. The workers were very friendly.
The food was very hot and tasted as it should.
The place itself is clean, however, very sparsly decorated, and many of the tables still had the chairs up on the table, so you couldn't sit at them. They gave us our food to eat in the restaurant in bags, not on trays. It was also freezing in the restaurant.“

“The overnight manager is the rudest female I have ever met a 24 hour drive through and because customers walked to the window and didn't drive. I am not sure what the big deal was and there is no sign that says you can't walk through the drive through. So apparently paying customers get turned away because the workers are lazy and rude“
