“This is an amazing little gem hiding on Maple rd. My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat, something different from the everyday chains and decided to try Roma Thai & Burmese Cuisine. The Samosas are a pocket of perfect spice. I had the Roma Ginger-a healthy and perfect blend of vegatables and giner sauce. The service was excellent! We had a great dining experience and will definately be returning.“

“My go to for breakfast is usually Kostas or Bertha's but Akis has made it's way into the rotation. Great portions, service and quality will keep me coming back. If you're concerned about cost, this establishment is very family friendly when dining with a large group, no breaking the bank here. “Restaurant was clean, the one girl working was very kind and accommodating, she checked with the cook to make sure things did not contain fish sauce and other animal ingredients (vegan). I had the yellow curry and it was tasty.
The only thing that I would say was a negative - the menu no longer has Indian options like samosa and they also did not have sushi. Options were mostly Thai and Chinese. It would also be great and make it easier if things were labeled whether they are vegetarian and/or vegan so the server doesn’t have to check.“

“First time trying them! AMAZING!!! I got the Philly Sub, Brussel Sprouts and Meat Loaf! Man oh man was I beyond satisfied. I'm from VA, so finding a vegan spot while on vacation was so great! “Went for a Sunday brunch and got the Huevos Rancheros and was pleasantly surprised by how good and delicious it was. I also had the Gypsy Juice as my beverage, along with some Pastelitos (beef) shared for the table. Those were just OK to me and I've had better elsewhere. My party and I sat outside for a nice day out on the patio and some people watching, and despite being the only ones out there while we were dining, we still had great service from our server.“

Not a big pesto fan and the dish came in a bath of creamy green with an odd looking chutney of sorts on top. The green was a fantastic pesto tinged super flavorful sauce and the topping was a grand mix of sweet, savory and nut crunch, a fantastic meal.“

“Chef’s is a true Buffalo gem for authentic Italian comfort food. From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping back in time—in the best way. The atmosphere is rich with history, and the food absolutely delivers.

We started with the stuffed peppers, which were spicy, flavorful, and the perfect way to kick things off. For our mains, we had both the chicken parm and the eggplant parm—each one was generously portioned and packed with flavor. I tried the “double parm” with both chicken and spaghetti smothered in sauce and cheese. It was delicious, though next time I’d skip the parm on the pasta just for easier eating. Still, no complaints!

The house red wine was smooth and paired beautifully with the meal. And dessert? The cannoli was spot-on—crispy shell, creamy filling, just sweet enough.

Jayme, our server, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and even packed up our leftovers with care. Portions are hearty, so next time we’ll likely split a dinner if we’re ordering apps again.

“Oh my gosh, so we went out to dinner this evening after going to the movies. We went to Winfield Pub in South Buffalo. All I can say is WOW. My husband saw that it had a 4.7 star rating and we'd never been there. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. They have several different beers to offer and even some seasonal ones. Their drink menu is extensive but not daunting and their drinks are super creative. For our starters we got the hop fries with a garlic parmesan aioli which regulars call "crack sauce" I can see why....it's SO good! My husband got the Snout and Stout which is their take on french onion soup but with a pork broth and milk stout added to it with pieces of pork in it. We both tried it and that too was truly delicious it was a great spin on a classic dish. For our entrees my husband got the ribeye and I got the bbq mac and cheese. My husband loved his ribeye it was cooked perfectly and the sides were amazing. My mac and cheese was probably one of the best mac and cheeses I've ever had. They added burnt pork ends and blue cheese to it and it adds such a depth of flavor and richness this comfort food feels so fancy. I enjoyed it thoroughly. For dessert we shared a piece of their Guinness cake. Again, it was rich and delicious the frosting wasn't overly sweet. We brought a little bit of everything home and are looking forward to eating the rest of it tomorrow. Our server was absolutely lovely and so kind and funny. The chef at this restaurant is so creative and thoughtful with every aspect of the experience right down to bringing us the bill in a Christmas Card. This place is 5 stars!“

“This was the only restaurant I could find that had döner kebabs and I wasn't disappointed. I was excited they had both chicken and lamb döners. The chicken was my favorite when I lived in Germany. The guy who served us was very friendly. I'll have to go back for the falafel and lahmacun.“

“Whenever I’m in Hamburg, NY I make a point of trying to have my lunch at Ichiban. It is so delicious and reasonably priced and the wait staff are very friendly. I was just there yesterday September 16, 2025 for lunch and it was wonderful. I informed the waitress that I had an appointment and she made sure I received my food promptly. So many great things to choose from, but I love sashimi!!!!! so I always seem to pick that very nice variety on the luncheon menu.“

Absolutely the best food in Buffalo and our favorite hands down Italian restaurant with the best meatballs I ever had besides my grandma's, that I haven't had since she passed, so these are now the best I can get. The menu is great with something for everyone and whatever you're in the mood for from flatbread pizza to homemade pasta with the most amazing sauces, delicious salads, fantastic steak and the freshest Italian desserts. if you can save room. We have to get them to go home. It's so hard to decide that we get several things and go family style sharing and going around the menu. bravo Nani in the meatballs! they are a must! great friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. sometimes the acoustic music in the bar. what a gem we love walking distance to the theater district, we try to go before shows and park and enjoy the evening starting with the best meal and drinks before a show downtown.
