“Shout out to Ace for hustling like no other Dunkin employee I’ve ever seen before. He was abandoned by the manager on his shift and continued to pump out coffee and food orders without complaint. He was pleasant, fast working and wasn’t begrudging of his situation at all. For the amount of people that showed up directly after placing my large order I felt so badly I wished I could jump behind the line and help. We left him a large tip and huge thank you!“

“I just came to say Sarah is amazing! I placed an online order and went to pick it up via drive thru. Long story short there was some complication where the restaurant didn't have my order but it was already charged to my account. Well sarah stepped in and solved it all. “Pulled right up to order and a girl kept stopping and walking away after asking for our order, I pulled up to a second window that was open and no one was there. Pulled up to the next one and told them what happened and two girls started arguing and walked away. My husband wanted me to drive off but I said give it a second.The manager Eric came to the window was very nice, he apologized for the inappropriate behavior. He was very professional and handled our entire order and gave us extra fries and cookies. Thank you. We will be back because of him.“

We just happened to stop by while looking for a quick coffee and wound up spending over an hour talking. I'm a coffee fanatic. Lived in major cities all over the world and stopped into many of the highest rated cafés in the world. I've roasted my own beans at home, made coffee with over 20 different methods of extraction, even grown some small trees myself and I was shocked by how good the coffee and beans are here! I suggest you come in with a humble attitude and an open mind to learn. You will have quite the experience! note, not a big menu, just simple good coffee. enjoy!“
