“I ordered on the goal my order was available when I walked in I sent down, I ordered a new item a Ham and Swiss cheese stuffed croisnt.... It was very good however it could have been just a little warmer. I also had coffee which is your typical Dunkin Donuts coffee that was good also hot like it should be..... The interior of the store was neat and clean note issues at all finding a clean tables to sit in..... Young lady behind the counter was very very friendly..... No food pics this time....

Parking: Plenty of parking it was plowed no big issues getting in or out most of the ice and snow was taking care of.....“

“Let me tell you why I was so impressed by this place. Our local area was devastated by flooding and tornadoes. The entire region was on generators and people run edge. The staff at Dunkin we're unbelievably kind and understanding and did a great job.“

“So I come in on a regular basis, the other day I had an issue and one of the employees went to grab their general and assistant manager that I asked to speak too to resolve this issue. One of the employees made my drink wrong and come to find out it was the assistant manager her name was Erica. She went to grab her manager who was one of the most rude people I’ve ever met. He didn’t handle the problem well at all, he was disrespectful and the other customers were noticing how not well managed this place was. I asked for a refund which he gave me but never offered to remake my drink. One of the employees, Ashley I believe her name was, came up to me and offered to remake my drink and apologized for the attitude she saw me having to deal with from her higher up management.

All in all I’m making this review to make it known that not everyone makes a good manager!! I’m extremely thankful for the respect and time Ashley gave me and her sincerity towards me.“

“Had to stop at this McDonald’s with a bus full of kids because our stop previous was supposed to give us food and forgot and so we stopped here and ordered 36 five dollar meals last minute and they took great care of us even while still serving the customers around us we still had all of our food within about 40 minutes“

“The reason for this 5 start review has several key factors in it. For starters after an abysmal experience at wendys. In which I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I went to McDonald's as a test. I pulled up ordered, paid, and received my sandwich. Which was hot, and tasty I might add. In three minutes. A difference of 22 minutes. And that is a managerial accomplishment. It makes the difference. Every time I visit this McDonald's the lobby is cleaned. Bathrooms are decent. The managers are managing. And the workers are killing it. I've never had an issue here. Very friendly. Very productive. This is the only fast food restaurant I'm going to recommend. 5 stars. All day long.“

“The food here, and I mean doughnuts, have gone down hill. The doughnuts are smaller and definitely don't taste as good as they used to. I think they don't make them fresh anymore. That's how I think they taste, day old... or maybe frozen thawed. Everything else is the same. This Dunkin' is super busy though, drive through is always busy and a lot of time out to the street and onto it. Still good enough to still go, just not as often.“
