The ambience was so beautiful, loved the green and bronze accents. Lots of seating in different areas throughout that gave different vibes, including outdoor seating. & the service was great. “I went here for the first time a while back and someone named Rin(?) was so helpful. They explained the menu to me and gave their recommendations. You don't get that type of customer service often nowadays. Not even at Starbucks. I will 100% be coming back.“

“Coxsackie General Store has a great variety of fresh produce, groceries, snacks,beer, fresh cut flowers, housewares, etc. They also have delicious coffee and pastries plus they have a $1 ATM!“

“The coffee was just ok; I'd skip the pastries. Fairly priced. This is a great place to work, provided you can find a table (has outlets and Wi-Fi)! The best part is they're open past 3pm, which none of the other coffee shops nearby do.

You may have to share a bench with a stranger even if sit at your own table, and they're pretty light so they slide around a bit.“

They have never been slow when I am there, but they are always moving fulfill orders as quickly as they can. I have never seen any staff there being anything but productive. “I really like this location. I always get the egg bites and they package them with great care-- they'll place them in a box and pack them with a fork and ketchup packets. Not everyone does that, so I appreciate it. They do get VERY busy, so it's best to swing in in the early morning, or if you're doing an online order, allow 20min.“

“FIRST I woukd like to thank the staff at the Valatie Dunkin Donuts on 9H for providing excellent service after my experience minutes before at the East grennbush Dunkin. I had the worst experience at this place this morning, sad to say because normally no matter what, they give service with a smile. Most times I go there on my way to work, I have to have my coffee adjusted to taste right. I order it the same way: sugar cookie, 1 sugar, Xtra cream, stirred well, and a egg white veggie wake up wrap. Some mornings it's good other times it taste like the sugar cookie flavor isn't added, and they are aware of this and they fix it. Actually a few times the sugar cookie flavor was left out. This morning I said to the male employer after I tasted the coffee and it wasn't correct, "I might have to start going to a different Dunkin". This employee starts taking it personal and visibly has an attitude. Saying things to me, the consumer, like: tell us how you want it then, and you always say it's not right. I have to admit I was taken back by his approach, yes I'm picking in the product I purchase but nevertheless, wouldn't they want customer satisfaction. I went on and stated," I don't know how I want it, I order it the same way here and at any other DD". I go on to say the other Dunkins never have a problem getting it right. So he closes the window, walks away, and I can see everyone looking his way, and mine as he continues to chatter. He returns with the cup of joe with visible coffee spilling all over the sides, and I ask for napkins to wipe it off, he wipes it off for me then hands it over. So we continue having this heated debate, and it ends by him saying if you don't like your coffee pull around and come in. For one moment I became slightly enthused with the idea of going in the store, but with his obvious sour demeanor, and my natural instinct to fight for what's right, I decided to decline his offer, my exact words were: "no, I'm good just pass me my sandwich". He handed it to me with a snap of his wrist and a disgusted look on his face. I drove off, and once I checked my croissant I made the decision to go to a different DD (5$ wasted), but once I realized the croissant I ordered was incorrect to, trust went out the door. It was supposed to be super toasted well with a small amount of butter, guess you guys know it was totally the opposite; drenched with butter and hardly toasted. Is this the image, service, quality, and impression you want consumers to be left with. One bad egg can spoil the bunch. I am just one consumer with an experience, but I do have a voice, and its my constitutional right to express it, and my right to expect good service as an consumer at your business East greenbush DD“

“Was very happy went there today around 9:30 AM and got the caramel ribbon crunch which is always made wrong and the girl there made it perfectly. I actually had to inspect the cup several times because I was just so in shock that it was actually made properly with a proper mix of Carmel, nuts, whip cream, and coffee and the food was cooked perfectly . Very very happy this morning.“

All day was feeling … bleh, but as I approached the counter I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman named Jennifer. The prices are super reasonable- think McDonald’s prices for HIGH quality food. Staff is so friendly and quick, and it’s a cute little spot. We live nearby and will be back!

“This review is long overdue. This location is the only location that I’m willing to visit these days. Their donuts are always fresh and their staff are polite and courteous. Jess particularly is a sweet person. Whenever I go there, Jess knows exactly what I want and has everything picked out before I can place my order. It’s incredible to know that as busy as mornings are at Dunkin she finds the time to make my experience as a customer so personal. She always greets me with a smile and such a cheery attitude. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face and no matter how rough a morning you’re having you can’t help but to smile back. People like her are hard to come by with her innate ability to shift your entire morning and set the tone for the rest of the day. Hats off Jess!!! You’re one of one!!! 🥳“

“Ryan IS quality. I went on 9/19/25 at 1030ish in the morning. Ordered on app, it's packed. There were roughly 10 employees behind the counter. The scene looked at little chaotic, EXCEPT for Ryan. Bro is calm, cool, collected working the machine like his hands have hands and his fingers have fingers. Unfortunately, he was not the first one to make my Americano. I took a sip and it was delicious, don't get me wrong, but I had ordered it hot and it came in a hot cup but was cold. Not just look warm, it was like it was made iced and someone realized their mistake and just poured it into a hot cup. I HATE being that guy who returns food or beverages especially when I just watched two other customers do it and watched Ryan handle it with the dignity and respect of Gatsby himself. So I just figured I would ask this gentleman if I could get it steamed. He takes a look at it and says nah, I'm going to remake this drink too because steaming it is not going to give the quality it deserves for the customer. This guy. This mint of a man went above and beyond to ensure quality, and customer experience was not remotely sacrificed. And he did it not by degrading anyone around him, but instead he carefully and thoughtfully reminded some to keep an eye on the quality of drinks as they are made demonstrating great leadership.
