“It was so good we went here three times while staying at a hotel nearby. I will be daydreaming about the strawberry milk cold brew for a while. Also enjoyed the toffee cold brew and pumpkin dolce latte.

Staff was polite and approachable which isn’t always the case at trendy coffee shops. The ambiance is upscale and design forward which really made it an appealing place to be. Their patio looked lovely but unfortunately was closed due to weather.“

The staff is awesome, coffee options are delicious but I wish there were more flavoring choices. Atmosphere is an aesthetic vibe but sadly, not very cozy. Nice to sit at the windows and watch the goings on in town though.“

“Tried some place new for my afternoon coffee. Got a mocha latte with cinnamon. Oh my goooooodness! It was so delicious, made perfectly! The barista was so sweet, really great people skills. “I love this place's atmosphere and I enjoy their coffee. I would like to spend more money here but sadly I think the only vegan option is a side of avocado. I don't really expect them to cater to vegans so I do understand. Just the addition of a non-eggwashed bagel would be enough (bagel plus avocado is fine for me). I just sometimes leave the house without eating and usually end up stopping somewhere else before coming here. Let me give you my money!!! I think it is a necessity to support real local businesses and people in my community and this place deserves it. Thank you to the person working behind the counter for verifying the ingredients of the bagel. I really do appreciate that.“

“I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly. They are efficient, professional, courteous, and know their stuff. They have never been slow when I am there, but they are always moving fulfill orders as quickly as they can. I have never seen any staff there being anything but productive. The entire staff is alway dressed professionally, and the location is always spotless.“

“Was very happy went there today around 9:30 AM and got the caramel ribbon crunch which is always made wrong and the girl there made it perfectly. I actually had to inspect the cup several times because I was just so in shock that it was actually made properly with a proper mix of Carmel, nuts, whip cream, and coffee and the food was cooked perfectly . Very very happy this morning.“

“They are usually out of something. But being in a price chopper and the only starbucks around I always leave satisfied. A much better option than Dunkin.Every time I get food there it's made properly and every drink I've gotten has been perfect. Definitely will return“

“FIRST I woukd like to thank the staff at the Valatie Dunkin Donuts on 9H for providing excellent service after my experience minutes before at the East grennbush Dunkin. I had the worst experience at this place this morning, sad to say because normally no matter what, they give service with a smile. Most times I go there on my way to work, I have to have my coffee adjusted to taste right. I order it the same way: sugar cookie, 1 sugar, Xtra cream, stirred well, and a egg white veggie wake up wrap. Some mornings it's good other times it taste like the sugar cookie flavor isn't added, and they are aware of this and they fix it. Actually a few times the sugar cookie flavor was left out. This morning I said to the male employer after I tasted the coffee and it wasn't correct, "I might have to start going to a different Dunkin". This employee starts taking it personal and visibly has an attitude. Saying things to me, the consumer, like: tell us how you want it then, and you always say it's not right. I have to admit I was taken back by his approach, yes I'm picking in the product I purchase but nevertheless, wouldn't they want customer satisfaction. I went on and stated," I don't know how I want it, I order it the same way here and at any other DD". I go on to say the other Dunkins never have a problem getting it right. So he closes the window, walks away, and I can see everyone looking his way, and mine as he continues to chatter. He returns with the cup of joe with visible coffee spilling all over the sides, and I ask for napkins to wipe it off, he wipes it off for me then hands it over. So we continue having this heated debate, and it ends by him saying if you don't like your coffee pull around and come in. For one moment I became slightly enthused with the idea of going in the store, but with his obvious sour demeanor, and my natural instinct to fight for what's right, I decided to decline his offer, my exact words were: "no, I'm good just pass me my sandwich". He handed it to me with a snap of his wrist and a disgusted look on his face. I drove off, and once I checked my croissant I made the decision to go to a different DD (5$ wasted), but once I realized the croissant I ordered was incorrect to, trust went out the door. It was supposed to be super toasted well with a small amount of butter, guess you guys know it was totally the opposite; drenched with butter and hardly toasted. Is this the image, service, quality, and impression you want consumers to be left with. One bad egg can spoil the bunch. I am just one consumer with an experience, but I do have a voice, and its my constitutional right to express it, and my right to expect good service as an consumer at your business East greenbush DD“

“I really like this location. I always get the egg bites and they package them with great care-- they'll place them in a box and pack them with a fork and ketchup packets. Not everyone does that, so I appreciate it. They do get VERY busy, so it's best to swing in in the early morning, or if you're doing an online order, allow 20min.“

“First time here in a very cold evening, it’s like on the back of a building, there’s a park in front of the store, and across the street from it is a huge building with a clock on top that could be an old train terminal.
The chef was really friendly and the chicken sandwich meal was delicious, my daughter was a picky eater, and she just killed that sandwich, the chicken was crispy and tender inside, it was so food, since it’s a cold day we didn’t bother to order ice cream pops, we will definitely come back with friends and visit this eatery again.“

“Coffee was excellent! French toast was good, but I prefer Texas toast. I can’t hold that against them tho as that is a personal preference thing and varies person to person. The only knock I had against this place is the home fries. They’re like mashed potatoes, that are then grilled on a flat top grill. WEIRD and bland. Very under seasoned“
