I know, I know, that is a trite hackneyed old saw. But! Sometimes it conveys what one means and even elevates the recipient of that title to its desired pedestal. So where am I headed one might ask? Aha! I knew you would ask.Well here it is, the crux of the whole matter. We’ve found the proverbial diamond! And it’s a restaurant of all places, well maybe restaurant is not the right word; how about a great place to eat. There, now my friends we may begin.My wife and I were engaged in our hobby of uncovering new places to share a meal together. One day during our gastronomical safari, we happened on this little place in Mayville, Its name “Music for Your Mouth” was intriguing, so we decided to give it a test drive.Wow were we impressed! What stood out for me was the personal attention factor. I’d ordered an omelet and requested to not have the side that came with it. When the meal came and I burrowed into the omelet, it became evident that it was stuffed with enticing ingredients. One of the owners visited our table and asked what I thought of the meal. He went on to say that he’d recognized the side selection was not ordered, so he put “extra fixings” in the omelet. That is next level individualized detail; our expedition had revealed a winner and the aforementioned pedestal was firmly occupied.“
