“At a rest stop on I90, the NY Thruway. The only downside was the rest stop atmosphere, which is completely unlike the usual place. The atmosphere also means the employees cannot bring your food to your table, as they so cheerfully do in the stand alone restaurants. It means customers have to wait in line for their orders, creating a mob that blocked one end of the queue to the register to order.“
“Zach at this Subway was great- stopped here while traveling from Illinois. He was professional, helpful with our order and pleasant & personable- unfortunately, there are a lot of people in retail that can't seem to break a smile or even say hello to customers-“
“Love Burger ? King. Onion rings are my favorite not to mention the taste of their grilled burgers that are the best. This is one of those places that you can't go wrong with. It's been a main staple for years. Don't forget to have a good milkshake Chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla.“
“The food is always hot. I don't have a long wait. The service is sometimes slow but they are people too. I don't think anyone thinks about the fact that they are people. They just want their food. Be kind to the service it's not their fault. This McDonalds is really improving still not being properly staffed!“
“Good, solid McDonald's location. App worked, food was hot, and they have parking for about 4 tractor-trailers. Catty corner from the thruway so very convenient for a 30 minute break, truckers!Parking: Room for a handful of tractor-trailers if parked correctly.“
“I’m not sure what the bad reviews are really about, but they did deter me for a bit from going to this location as well as how small the outside is… despite that we decided to give it a try. Walked into a clean facility, everything in the dining room was kept up and though it’s small there’s some room to eat if you wanted. Employees were friendly and we were immediately greeted with a smile by Andrew! He didn’t speed through or go super slow making the subs, but took the time to make them just right. Everything I could see behind the counter was nicely kept and clean. There were complaints of how they charge for their food, but we did not have any issues. Sandwiches were well put together, fresh and delicious. We will stop again.“
