They normally have people taking orders in advance of the pavilion so the lines tend to move quickly. I give the two young women who run this place a 5 star rating for friendliness, greeting new coustimers as old friends, and granting me a free cookie as a firsttimer! There is a good variety of homemade baked goods . . . I highly reccommend the BrickHouse Cafe in Brewerton ! You will be glad you dined there.“
