“This place is a dream come true for someone with a dairy allergy who craves donuts on the daily. I live somewhere where vegan anything is impossible to come by, so I went crazy and just about got one of everything! My favorite was the lemon poppyseed glazed donut. It was chewy, fluffy, and possibly the most satisfying vegan donut I've ever had. I would quite honestly plan another vacation to NY around the promise of getting more of these donuts. I'm obsessed!!“

“This place is not only the friendliest Dunkin I've ever been too, but also the most consistent. Very personable. I go there daily and use the app, as well as picking up for coworkers etc and they know me, not only by face/name, but also the 3 or 4 other names that I've come through to pick up for. 10/10 staff“

“I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ location. The team was very busy, but everyone stayed calm and professional. No yelling, no chaos, just a team working together smoothly and efficiently. The store was clean and organized, including the tables and dining area. Even with how busy they were, my order came out quickly and the staff kept a positive attitude the whole time. Great customer service and teamwork.“

“MOST BEAUTIFUL DUNKIN’ DONUTS EVER!!!! Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“I love the rewards program they have. It help coffee lovers save a little some thing. I get discounted or free food with the app. I go atleast 2 to 3 times a week. Plus the place is clean and staff is friendly. U can also pre order in app food is ready wen u get there.

“Came here couple times or so and the service is good. I had asked a worker to mix my iced coffee and was frustrating she didn’t understand and someone had to explain. I said thank you, etc, & not much of an answer. Place is busy, and clean.“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“I must say the manager , Danielle .. went above and beyond for me. We use this DD all the time and I never have any problems.. well yesterday a girl at the drive thru was I guess having a bad day and she passed it onto me... when I got back to my office the order was all wrong. I called and spoke to Danielle and she said come in anytime and I will take care of you... she did .. Her smiling face and her helpfulness shined through... gave me a new order of everything and made me feel special !!! That is customer service ... she deserves 10 stars !!!!“

“I stopped by Dunkin and had a great experience. The service was amazing
(I believe his name was Kody) who helped me out, and he was super kind and friendly. He made the whole visit feel welcoming. My drink was also perfect—an iced caramel—and it tasted incredible. Definitely one of the better Dunkin runs I’ve had! ❤️“

“Love this dunkin, always under staffed, but always a smile on their faces, they move as quickly as they can through orders, and the orders are always correct. The only comment is that the management should hire more people so the hard workers you have, have more support and dont want to leave!“

“Typically, I don’t go to this Dunkin location because it’s very busy and the orders take very long but today Lacey made it a wonderful experience. I accidentally ordered coffee at the wrong Dunkin and she went ahead and honored it for me which I’m sure she did not have to do. Thank you Lacey for helping me out. And thank you for being a wonderful example of kindness and hospitality.“

“The drinks are hit and miss here. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery, no chocolate flavor at all. If you go during morning rush hour expect coffee to take long. But it's fast food and it's drive through, so what is there to complain about ?♀️“
