“Sad to see all the negative reviews because the few times I've been there my service has always been fast and positive. I've not been there during the morning rush, so maybe those experiences are different? I've always found my latte to be prepared quickly and efficiently, whether I ordered at the drive up line or used the mobile app and ordered ahead. The people working at the drive up window are always courteous and friendly too!“

“The drinks are hit and miss here. Ordered a hot chocolate and it was watery, no chocolate flavor at all. If you go during morning rush hour expect coffee to take long. But it's fast food and it's drive through, so what is there to complain about ?‍♀️“

“Such a delightful little donut shop! We got a two-pack and they came out hot and fresh minutes after we ordered. I love being able to customize the flavor and toppings. They were very sweet, and I don't like things that are overly sweet, so it surprised me how much I still liked them. They are really affordable too, $2.75 for a single donut and cheaper if you buy more than one. Definitely a must get if you're in Beacon!“

“I've come here a few times and am always very happy. Some of their donuts can be a bit too sweet for me but overall the highest quality donuts I've ever had. They also emphasize other local businesses and transparency in their food. I also like how clear they are about general food allergy policies. They change up the flavors pretty frequently, although with the variety you always find something to eat. I highly recommend the apple fritter, lavender vanilla, New York cream, and almond joy. We also tried the Arnold Palmer which was a bit too tart but a very interesting combination (iced tea and lemonade)Their other specialty of the day was a dirt donut with chocolate pudding filling and cookie crumble/gummy worms on top. Loved the concept but the filling was a touch too sweet. Regardless, this is an excellent establishment and you can tell a lot of love goes into the food. There is a nearby parking lot around the corner. “I've been going to this Dunkin consistently last few weeks, and I always get the same order. The staff is very nice kind and pleasant. One day, very nice lady taking my order was very observant & made my iced coffee differently, & I liked it better because I like it extra sweet. It was very thoughtful how she noticed that I always add extra sugar. So this time she made it with liquid sugar and I haven't been able to have iced coffee any other way. When you're on line, they recognized who you are and that you're a regular and they are very quick and happy to help. My top Dunkin spot. It's very clean, can tell staff take pride in what they do.“

“This is the nicest Dunkin’ I’ve visited in a while. The store was very clean and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Everyone including the manager were all very nice. And the food was fresh and the coffee delicious. Would highly recommend this store over other places for your coffee pick-me-up!“

“I love this place, the staff is very pleasant but I can't stand that the employees that are the ones that prepare our food are the once that clean toilet and floor, very unhealthy and disappointing, all other food places pay someone just to do cleaning and sanitation, specifically if they are working with bleach and strong cleaning products.“

“I prefer to visit to this location with two other locations in proximity to where I live. 100% of my visits go this location have been a great experience. Whether I come morning or afternoon the staff is always welcoming and friendly. No one at this location is unhappy or doesn't seem to dislike their job. The other two locations (1) Little Britain Road (2) US 9W are not friendly or welcoming. I have been to the other locations multiple times in the am and they don't greet you with minimum "Good Morning" their greetings is as follows "Can I help you". “Large location with a cool conference room for meetings! Breakfast sandwiches and tacos are amazing and Cold Brew is always delicious ! Especially love stopping by because the Dunkin near me in Brooklyn are vegetarian only and serve only vegan bacon and veggies sausage“
