“We visit this restaurant every time we are in Cold Spring. The staff is fantastic and very accommodating. The food is delicious and freshly made. They are able to accommodate my allergies (dairy and gluten). We have probably eaten here 5-6 times and the food has been consistently delicious. I have tried everything from the fish, the pastas and the appetizers.

“Great for breakfast and lunch - a great place for unique gifts, baked goods and local treats. We had a cup of chili, a cup on Sumatra Mocha coffee from Dean’s Beans (it was delicious) - we ordered the salad with goat cheese, grilled butternut squash, and chicken, and the fried eggplant on focaccia. All was so delicious and fresh and we topped it off with a shared piece of their famous carrot cake. You can preorder their famous apple cider donuts. Love this place!“

“I don’t even know where to begin! I traveled from NYC for the cider tasting event because I heard they were phenomenal and I was definitely not disappointed! The store had a variety of different selections. The customer service was immaculate. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as well. The store was very clean and organized. “This months flavor is a mint mocha. I do have a sweet tooth and will admit coffee here is more of a treat for me. I see it as a caffeinated dessert. So I do enjoy coming by every now and then. My husband got the shake and he likes sweet drinks but in his opinion the salted caramel still had a coffee taste to him.“

“One of my favorite places in the whole Hudson Valley. The Dutchess Biercafe brings delicious bites and sips in virtually every single of their menu items. Too many things I like here to describe but I’ll give you my top 2:

The poutine is to die for and if you add a runny egg on top it’s somehow even better. The pretzel is perfection. It’s warm, soft, and the beer cheese they give you with it is perfectly balanced.“

“Our group was immediately welcomed and sat at a gorgeous riverside table. Our server, Tammy, was honestly the most thoughtful and kind server I think I’ve ever had. She thought through everything and anticipated our needs. She also suggested the Kung Pao Wings which were excellent. Not only was the atmosphere and service amazing, but the food was as well. The serving sizes were very generous and well priced. We would absolutely come back here again.“

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.“
