“I came here once in 2016 and still think about the ice cream I had. The shop is conveniently located right near the water, so my family and I ate our ice cream on a bench with a great view of the water and mountains. Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! If you ever find yourself in Cold Spring, definitely make a stop! I also love the name!!“

“An absolutely lovely place to dine, and very much true to their name! Truly a cozy place to be during a sunny autumn day, as they were very welcoming and warm. Ramiro was very kind and we enjoyed getting to know more about the food and their story. The empanada crust was absolutely tasty and our favourite in particular among others that we ordered. The pumpkin cheesecake was the perfect way to end it with a sweet note. Overall, a homey place and would love to return to dine again :)“

Most establishments give whisper of matcha and call it a matcha latte, but Matcha Thomas blesses it.

The layout is also clean and aesthetically pleasing. Plus the bathroom provides feminine products bless 🙏“

“Great for breakfast and lunch - a great place for unique gifts, baked goods and local treats. We had a cup of chili, a cup on Sumatra Mocha coffee from Dean’s Beans (it was delicious) - we ordered the salad with goat cheese, grilled butternut squash, and chicken, and the fried eggplant on focaccia. All was so delicious and fresh and we topped it off with a shared piece of their famous carrot cake. You can preorder their famous apple cider donuts. Love this place!“

“Coffee Ready in Newburgh is amazing The coffee is always fresh and tastes great. Even when the line has 10 cars, they move super fast you’ll be out in less than 10 minutes. The service is quick, friendly, and consistent every time. Definitely one of the best spots for coffee on the go.“

“Quite simply the best cider selection I've seen. I'd just missed a cider tasting (they'd sampled 70 different ciders!) but Gennaro still took the time to walk me through some amazing ciders even though they were cleaning up from the event.

Tried a bunch of amazing ciders and walked away with a few bottles of Aaron Burr (my favorite and very hard to find these days), an amazing wine-like cider from Eden, and an easy drinking rose cider from Black Diamond.

There's a great selection of unique wines and spirits, too, but I was so overwhelmed by the cider selection that I didn't really take all of it in. Did I mention they have something like a dozen taps of cider for growler fills?“

“OMG it was my first time & definitely not the last!I had the pulled pork it was awesome, a nice amount of delicious pork and barbecue sauce which was great, it came with two sides i picked the whipped sweet potatoes with candied walnuts,all i have to say is WOW and, i mean WOW!!!the other side was broccoli and cheese the broccoli was done perfect and had the right amount of cheese!we had a yummy dessert that i can't remember the name but it had crushed cookies on the bottom and like a cheese cake &whipped cream 😋 yes!i had to ask for left over containers and i was still full at dinner time!we had lunch at 11:30.So Billy Joe's keep up the great work and thank you!“

“We hosted our Friday night wedding welcome event at Industrial Arts Brewing Company, and it was the perfect way to kick off our wedding weekend!

The space is beautiful, the beer is amazing, and the staff was absolutely wonderful to work with. Communication throughout the planning process was smooth and easy, and Nina, the manager that night, was incredibly sweet and helpful—she made sure everything went off without a hitch.

Even when we forgot a few things and needed to coordinate a pickup during the chaos of the weekend, the team was so understanding and accommodating. We felt genuinely supported and cared for from start to finish.

“My favorite hangout in Beacon. Fantastic cocktails. Great selection of whiskey, beer and other spirits. Large, open industrial atmosphere with a tasting room and a bar. Friendly and talented bartender. Great place for a whiskey cocktail and to strike up a conversation with other locals or one of the many visitors that come to enjoy Beacon.“
