“Absolutely excellent dinner location for Thanksgiving. Authentic Revolutionary War Era Inn setting with phenomenal dinner menu for Thanksgiving. 4 of us came here for Thanksgiving- my wife, me and her parents, we all got something different and this place did not disappoint on anything. The chateubriand filet mignon and New Zealand rack of lamb were on point in every way. The side vegetables- the sweet potatoes, the stuffing, the arugula, the green beans, and the carrots were all perfectly cooked to an optimome composition and coloring. The popovers were a nice throwback a little dry but the strawberry butter more than made up for them. The dessert the Belgian chocolate mousse was impeccable. The overall ambiance and atmosphere of this place was very Yankee in a great way, it reminded me of Olde New England Inns and Taverns. Pricing wise it was not the most economical menu but doing Thanksgiving at home with guests wouldn’t have been cheaper. I definitely recommend anyone slightly interested in a place like this come here as they will fully enjoy. We did not reside here but if their hotel accommodations are on par with their dining accommodations, you will get what you pay for and then some.“

“We visit this restaurant every time we are in Cold Spring. The staff is fantastic and very accommodating. The food is delicious and freshly made. They are able to accommodate my allergies (dairy and gluten). We have probably eaten here 5-6 times and the food has been consistently delicious. I have tried everything from the fish, the pastas and the appetizers.

Dishes arrived to our table full and left empty, all sauces finished off by our kids who asked for more naan (who would have gladly used their fingers to sop up the rest if they had to!) “Dined here with my family tonight for the first time and we ALL loved everything about Hudson Taco. We started with a large order of guacamole that was really good followed by many tacos, two bowls, street corn, a side of beans and a side of fried plantains. We loved everything that we ordered and look forward to returning soon. Also, I wish that I could remember our servers name because she was just that good! “Our group was immediately welcomed and sat at a gorgeous riverside table. Our server, Tammy, was honestly the most thoughtful and kind server I think I’ve ever had. She thought through everything and anticipated our needs. She also suggested the Kung Pao Wings which were excellent. Not only was the atmosphere and service amazing, but the food was as well. “Very good Korean food, a surprise to find this far north. The service and ambience are quite nice and homey, it wasn’t too busy so the food was quite quick. The menu is surprisingly large so I’ll have to come back to try the other Korean and Japanese options. The kimchee pancake was extremely crispy, the crispiest I’ve had, but quite good if you don’t mind the fried-ness. The Yukaejang was also quite good and traditional tasting. The squid bibimbap was also quite good.“
