“I do a lot of reviews. Most of them have been medium to terrible ratings. Well, Dunkin Donuts don't break your crown or lose your trophy. I'm happy to review the Karner Road location well worth the trip. Not so happy with Google maps. That's a separate review. Let's not mix up the service of one for the other. DD team outshined Google. Again that's for a different rant. Proceeding, DD found my lost order, scanned a code provided with the order and I had my goodies before I could close the app. Hot, fresh & tasty. Then follow the instructions on your receipt to give DD corporation a personal review of the service received, I get a free donut on my next visit. We won't reminisce what losey McDonald's did to my last and final order with them. I praise DD on speedy service, polite staff, clean environment and I got my free reward items actually for free!! WTG“

“This Dunkin’ is a true gem for weary travelers. The bathrooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. While we waited for our order, the atmosphere was made even better by good music playing in the background. Everything was quick, efficient, and welcoming—exactly what you need on a long drive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again! My only regret is not catching the names of the men in service at this Dunkin’.“

“After buying a Niche Zero, I needed to buy a new coffee machine to replace the BaristaBrew. I went to their site and Mark gave me a thorough review on the machine that caught my eye (Rancilio Silvia Pro X). Their price was comparable to other sites, but the bottomless portafilter was actually cheaper. Plus free shipping? Good deal. Thanks Chris' Coffee.“

“I went to The Scene this morning with my daughter in law and two granddaughters It’s a very charming place with cute decor. The service was excellent. My DIL and one of my granddaughters ordered from the lunch menu — a delicious panino and a yummy wrap. My other granddaughter ordered the Nutella Waffle. It was amazing. Alas, I ordered the avocado toast and it was very disappointing. It was very skimpy — very little avocado on one slice of bread. No poached eggs or burratta on the side. No fresh fruit. Very boring. Just seemed like an afterthought. I’ll be returning but will never order the avocado toast again.“

This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!“

A second cup of tea, with new bag should be offered free. Spice was on home fries was a bit overdone. Eggs Benedict was excellent.“

“The coffee and chocolate cookies were so good we had to run it back twice in the same weekend. The chocolate chip cookies were FANTASTIC, TERRIFIC, SPECTACULAR! It knocked it out of the park in regards to taste. I got a milk tea with boba but it was so delicious that I'm still thinking about it! If you want boba go here. If you're nearby, get boba! I cannot hype this place up enough“

“Stacks Espresso Bar is a fantastic coffee spot in downtown Albany. I ordered my usual cortado, and it was excellent — smooth, well-balanced, and flavorful. One standout detail: they serve the cortado with a glass of water, which is a practice I wish more coffee shops would adopt.

The presentation was thoughtful, the service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. Plus, the downtown location makes it a great stop whether you’re passing through or exploring the area. Definitely a place I’d be happy to return to!“

I just wanted to say that the employees that work here are compassionate & friendly. The place is so clean and well-kept. The girl who answered the headset and the man at the window were both soooo very sweet and inviting. I had a rough two days & it sounds so simple but It made my start to my day so much better & I just wanted to let them know it didn't go unrecognized ❤“

“Just returned from having a wonderful lunch at Tailored Tea. My husband had a chicken potpie and I had a warm turkey, apple and spinach wrap. They were both delicious. Along with our lunch my husband had English breakfast tea and I had pomergranate, white tea, Berry etc. and they were both delicious too. The restaurant was a little noisey, but our lunch compensated for the noise. When you go to Tailored Tea plan on having a leisurely meal and spending at least an hour or more there.“

“Emily is an amazing breath of fresh air whenever we come in. She handles every customer with a personal and friendly smile. The drinks never let me down, especially the Americano.

It would be great oif they extend thr hours a few days a week beyond 5pm but otherwise A+

Muffins are very good.
They will add berries and strawberries to most dishes and not mention that. If you're picky just ask to not have those with the dishes.

I've been here a few times since I'm a college student. Their drinks range but pretty standard.“

“miss the coffee club from many years ago. it was amazing and educational at first, then another person within the coffee club got on a "power trip, and ruined the entire thing". when the coffee club first started it was an amazing way to have a bite to eat, gather with friends, learn about different coffee's and roasts... once the other person took over, it was Mandatory to reserve a spot, and then this individual raised the cost to almost double the cost, with a very limited menu, which this individual revamped the menu to suit their needs ... I get it , there are food allergies, and may be vegetarian or gluten free foods.. their was no longer any input from anyone else in the coffee club... and then the portions and coffee and teas were limited.... I was extremely disappointed.... it only one individual to ruin a great night out with friends“

“The Bubble Tea options at Gong Cha are stupendous! I have tried several flavors, throughout the past month, but I especially enjoy their strawberry milk tea -- so flavorful, and little chunks of strawberry. Personally, I find that double tapioca better aligns the rate of boba consumption with the rate of tea consumption, so that they both run out at the same time. While the cost per drink is more than I paid at my previous favorite bubble tea store, the quality here is worth the small increase in price.“
