“We give Outback 1/5 Stars chad was a good server we didn't order the blooming fries but got them anyway we got the completely wrong order we were VERRY sad about the poor minion that got filet, he was good tasting the. The ungin sope looked like it has lots of cheese but is a scam because it is ontop of a piece of bread The ribs were horrible, did not come off the bone, no red, and no juice I was not satisfied about the cholclate thunder down from under, it was not poop as I was expecting R.I.P for the minion, very cruel.“

“This evening we had the best dinner and experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. First, every single staff member (from the host/hostesses, waitstaff, server (two who brought food to the table) was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel "at home". We had a non-traditional dinner... two appetizers (the crab queso and the spicy dragon shrimp), two cocktails (blue margarita and tito's twisted lemonade- both good and we appreciated the extra lime and lemon which we used since we like our drinks a bit tart. All of these were on special since we happened to be there during Happy Hour. Then we shared the Wednesday steak and lobster dinner with special rice and a Caesar salad. And of course the traditional Red Lobster biscuits. EVERYTHING was very good. Biscuits were hot and tasty, salad was fresh with just the right amount of dressing and Parmesan cheese pieces. Both appetizers were excellent.... each with a little kick of their own. Generous pieces of crab in the queso and the shrimp coating and sauce were yummy. The lobster tail was excellent... cooked just right for dipping in the fresh hot butter. Steak was prepared at the temperature requested and was tender. Pat yourselves on the back. It is not often that we give a five star review (BOTH of us agreed this should be the rating)... and it is even more unusual with a chain restaurant.“

“My phone wouldn't let.me scan the bar code to complete the survey yesterday but a review is definitely necessary. First time at.the Troy location. I had honey bbq wings for an appetizer. Great stuff. And for an entree was ribs, brisket with sides of chili and salad. A came.with cornbread Everything was spectacular, one of the.best meals I have had. Bacon in the chili and the house dressing being bbq ranch were nice touches. My server Alison deserves a lot of credit too. Pleasant person, hard working, and made great suggestions when I asked. Alison and the food made this a great experience. Highly recommended and I will be back.“

“At no fun I've seen local avant garde comedy, new wave industrial goth, blistering blue grass, violin loop epics reminiscent of a scene from eyes wide shut. I've seen astrology disco parties(with a rotating astrological themes and costumes), I've seen local thrash metal bands cutting their teeth, I've seen anime bimbo parties(exactly how it sounds), I've seen couples two step the night away to straight laced country stylings, I've seen psychedelic rock bands from Japan, a Woodstock 99 cover show(yea, that one), I've seen Zardoz(yea that one), I've had a beer in a quiet space with dear friends. I've seen a band called cumgirl8, one called 'a place to bury strangers', and i've seen the medicine singers hammer rhythms into deer skin drums they tanned themselves. Ive seen afro beat, yung fredo, folk punk, glitch core, butt rock, neu metal, soft folk, blues, soul, funk, and weirdly enough a magician once. I've seen locals take the stage and take the plunge and risk baring their soul before the town. I've seen suuns rise in honey and moons come up in wine. I saw death become of light and life become of fire. I saw it from my hiding place within the quagmire.
GREAT VENUE. Just come on the right night for you. Look up the schedule(theyre active on instagram), listen to the acts, youre guaranteed to find a night fit for you. Tonight I saw Jaws and the crowd was wild.“

“I now live in Texas , but every trip to Albany includes a trip to Miranda’s deli. The food is off the charts. The smoking hot chick who makes the sandwiches and the special-needs guy who runs the register are both Fantastic. There aren’t enough stars to rate this place.“

“While passing through for a short visit to the UAlbany campus, we researched some healthy and affordable lunch options nearby. We are so glad we found Simone's! This place is so cute on the outside, and fast, affordable, and delicious on the inside! The portions were huge, the food was fresh, and the prices were competitive with chains like Chipotle or Panera. 5/5!“

“if you like traditional Mexican food you must try the newly opened El Rancho on Central Ave in Albany!!! El Rancho offers truly authentic Mexican cuisine -- in the Oaxaca tradition. Fresh, delicious, plentiful, dishes and fantastic lunch specials (including delicious "burrito bowls" and taco specials). The best chips !! thin, crispy, not oily with the perfect amount of salt. The restaurant is beautiful -- hand painted murals and traditional vibrant Oaxaca decor. Nice, airy bar is separated from the dining room making dining a pleasure. Attentive and informative staff and family-run and very welcoming! I'm definitely returning....“

“We had a joyous birthday celebration at my son’s favorite restaurant. Akanomi’s staff and sushi chefs, itamae, excelled at all endeavors. Vivan was spot on with her suggestions and service. She anticipated all of our needs, especially with our children. The chicken soba soup, tuna carpaccio and Hawaii Rolls were our favorites. Then the sashimi / sushi mixed roll party docked. It was stunning in presentation, offerings and taste. Oh my, it was very impressive. A most wonderful time was had by all.“

“Pint Sized - what a place. It’s cozy. It’s homey. Basically an extension of my living room. Great beer. Great bartenders. Always good vibes among bar guests. I always love coming when J is working bar. What a kind and tentative bartender they are. A Jack’s Abby truly tastes better when J pours it. Also love coming here for Friday karaoke. Good vibes all around!!!“

“An excellent selection of hard to find Eastern European beers and wines! Plus we tried some local brews. Bartender very good at helping us choose what we’d like. Relaxed atmosphere- we’ve eaten both inside and out in the garden, which is hidden from the street and a nice surprise to find after walking through the black gates. We had appetizers, burgers and salads- all were very good.“

“A jewel of a discovery. When we found other establishments on New Scotland Ave closing their dining rooms by 9pm on a Saturday night, SakeCafe was graciously open, serving delicious food (we tried a little of everything from sushi to Udon) and with the best tableside service I've experienced in literally years. Oh, and the hot sake is splendid and at $6/bottle an unbeatable value. SO happy to know they are just around the corner. Sorry bao buns place but you lose, SakeCafe wins.“

“This is a PHENOMENAL place. The food I got called the Breakfast Bowl tasted amazing and was a brilliant combination of food (kale, broccoli, sweet potato, avocado, and two sunny side up eggs with an amazing sauce on top!), and my cold brew coffee was unique and delicious. I'll be honest, I helped make it unique because I wanted mine to have cashew milk and maple syrup in it which ended up being 👌🏻😩😩😩
It was just healthy and delicious and the place was cute.“

“The food here is 10/10.
The fish and grits combo is a delicious choice.
There are so many options to choose from.
Smoothies, smoothie bowls, protein shakes, and all types of food choices from all over.
One of their undefeated meals is the Caesar salad with steak on top. You will not be disappointed. They have a ton of healthy snacks and over 40 drink choices. They even have seaweed chips! The chef is very kind and he talks to everyone. The staff are great, very accommodating. If you call to order give them about 20 minutes before you pick up. They have wheel chair accessibility as well. It’s
worth the wait!“

I like a flop free cheesy light sauce crispy pie and they made it perfect. it's salty and not too much water content in the sauce FOR ONCE. was FASTER than their time estimate and its well worth $1 for what tastes like amazing breadsticks as your crust. best $15 8 cut in the 518 so far“

“We had a funeral June 28 2025 in Waterford and the day before the family decided on having a luncheon after the services. We didn’t think we would find a place and on Graduation weekend made the odds more against it, My husband Tom and Brother in Law Keith stopped in McGrieveys and Terry said he could accommodate us. ( even though we didn’t know how many people.). Terry went above and beyond taking orders, bartending, and bringing out the food. We Thank you Terry and McGrieveys staff for accommodating us on such short notice and a difficult day for our family. The Brown family“

“Fantastic experience earlier this month having Sunday Brunch with my son and our American cousins at Lost & Found. This place is great! The real America, in Albany, away from the well-beaten tourist tracks. Friendly service, great menu, tasty food, and the proprietor is a gent - even let us get group photos on the stage as he hadn’t a band at the time! It was a wet Sunday but we just had a great family get together inside. Not that far from the city centre and worth finding. Very good value as well.“

“Ever changing, like the seasons, Forts Ferry Farm offers their produce and baked goods at local farmers' markets and occasionally, at pop-up markets on site. The taste of any of their produce reminds one of the reason to shop at local farms. The salted chocolate chip cookies ain't bad either. Look for habanada peppers, the fruitiness of a habanero without the heat. There's a farm store in Hudson, NY.“

“This place is amazing. I didn't know what to expect going in to the all you can eat restaurant. I was happily surprised that it's not buffet style. Servers and bussers. The restaurant is nicely styled and comfortable. The greeters and wait staff couldn't have been kinder or more professional. $28.99 is worth every penny just for that. The longest we had to wait between orders was no more than 5 minutes. The food was fresh, perfectly presented and absolutely delicious! I really can't find the superlatives to describe it. Everything combined made this experience one of the best outings I've ever had. I HIGHLY recommend this place.“

“While I expected to have Coal Fired Pizza, it wasn't available. That being said the lasagna was excellent, the meatballs had great flavor and you got 4 of them. The spaghetti carbonara was delicious and the penne ala vodka had a red pepper kick to it.
Over all the food was good. I just had a hankering for the pizza and when I saw it advertised on the window I was super excited... but quickly disappointed.“
