“Great Food and Amazing Staff!! 10/10 Recommend!!“

“This evening we had the best dinner and experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. First, every single staff member (from the host/hostesses, waitstaff, server (two who brought food to the table) was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel "at home". We had a non-traditional dinner... two appetizers (the crab queso and the spicy dragon shrimp), two cocktails (blue margarita and tito's twisted lemonade- both good and we appreciated the extra lime and lemon which we used since we like our drinks a bit tart. All of these were on special since we happened to be there during Happy Hour. Then we shared the Wednesday steak and lobster dinner with special rice and a Caesar salad. And of course the traditional Red Lobster biscuits. EVERYTHING was very good. Biscuits were hot and tasty, salad was fresh with just the right amount of dressing and Parmesan cheese pieces. Both appetizers were excellent.... each with a little kick of their own. Generous pieces of crab in the queso and the shrimp coating and sauce were yummy. The lobster tail was excellent... cooked just right for dipping in the fresh hot butter. Steak was prepared at the temperature requested and was tender. Pat yourselves on the back. It is not often that we give a five star review (BOTH of us agreed this should be the rating)... and it is even more unusual with a chain restaurant.“

We enjoyed the lobster pasta and the lamb meatballs! Both delightfully delicious! Topped it off with homemade ice cream! Definitely going back for more!“

“Off Shore has a range of delicious fresh fish. Salmon was amazing. They have an adjoining restaurant should you want the cooking done for you. Very reasonable prices. Run by good people. Been in business since 1976.“

I went to the counter and asked for a towel to clean up my mess. The gentleman working the register told me he’d take care of it. He came over with a towel and smile then clean up the mess I had made. He even refilled my soda which he had no obligation to do. Sorry I didn’t grab his name but he had a red hat on and curly hair in the back. I’m sure you have people making constant messes that needed attending to but you wouldn’t have known by your reaction to my blunder. I’m in a profession where service is a primary focus and this is what great service looks like. Thank you again for your help today!“

“A diamond hidden in plain sight! Don’t miss scallion pancake, fried pot stickers, chicken satay with peanut sauce, tom kha soup, drunken noodles, basil fried rice ... we were stuffed to the gills, but then we saw the dessert menu. Sticky rice and mango ... and 4 forks please! 🤣 I’m uncomfortably full (my fault) but can’t wait to go back.“

“Their pho is incredible and their fresh rolls divine. My only complaint? On my most recent visit I got pho as takeout, and the broth was so hot, it actually deformed the takeout container it was in. I don't remember that in the past, so I think they must have switched brands. The broth leaked and I was concerned about leaching from melted plastic.

“To begin with, I was surprised by the option of BYOB; we'll know for next time! Tammy was an exceptional waitress giving us some insight to many of the dishes on the menu. Her outgoing personality was enjoyable! She was hustling to all the tables to get the other customers orders in a timely manner. The menu was mind blowing of the many choses. What we ordered was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the Chef for making a fresh batch of arancini; eating them took me back to the time I was stationed in Sicily! We will definitely be back again!!!!!“

“Instead of recommending the restaurant or not I wish I could rate it with stars. I would give a 3.75 the food was the good. The service was good. The atmosphere was good. Nothing was stand out amazing. For the price I would think the entrees would come with a salad or bread for the table but they do not. Drinks of course were expensive as anywhere but I got the smallest pour of wine I’ve probably ever received. We went for a special occasion and I wish we would have went somewhere else. Maybe I’ll try again with friends again for lunch and hope for a better experience.“

“We used Ted’s for our work picnic and what a hit it was. Jon arrived on time, set up quickly and everyone enjoyed the custom menu he set up for us! Top tier communication as well as service and of course food. We can’t wait to have Ted’s back next year!!“

“Sat at the bar and was served by Vinnie. Vinnie was super nice and we had great conversations. Gabriella was also very smiley and friendly (she drinks a lot of water lol [inside joke]). I ordered the veal cordon bleu and my adult son had the lasagna. I’ve been to Italy and this meal was just as good, if not better, than some of the food I ate in Rome, Gaeta or Naples. The food was nice and hot, the bread was perfect and the everything was tasty. Great job we will definitely be back!“
