“We love Rosie's! The owners are just so warm and friendly. The food is always fresh and yummy. My wife loves the fried zucchini sticks and Meatball Sliders. I like everything at Rosie's. Go and enjoy an excellent meal in a classic pizza restaurant setting.“

“Both my husband and I don’t get out much these days with two small children so when we finally had a date night we wanted to try il traverna. It was absolutely beautiful inside the food was wonderful the drinks were okay. I only say that because i definitely ordered the wrong drink. Next date night we would 100% go back and recommend it for anyone to try.“

“I really enjoyed my main course and the sangria. We came here to celebrate my sister's birthday. I will say the Cesar salad was delicious and so was the tortellini Alfredo. The flavor of the Alfredo sauce was quite delicious. We had some appetizers as well which were ok. We had the mozzarella sticks but they were overly cooked; almost burned. I did not like the bruschetta; the flavor of it was not very good. The garlic bread was ok but it did not have enough garlic. My sister ordered the bolognese and it was good as well. My niece had the chicken Parmesan but she did not like it. I thought it was ok but the noodles were a bit overcooked for me. The service was good; our waitress was nice. The food was good but I think there are other place which are better. I am not sure if I would be back. If you are in the area; I do think it would be worth a stop.“

“This is a beautiful restaurant located of the Fishkill/Wapoingers border. You feel like you are in NYC and the service is always terrific, the bread is fantastic and they have one of the best pizzas in the area. For salmon fans they are really great too. Actually everything they make there is delicious. Weeknights are generally not so busy so that's when we prefer to go. They have some nice desserts too, but the entrees are what keeps us coming back. We are excited to try their Sunday brunch too. Definitely give this place a try, it's rare these days to find an affordable, high quality restaurant on Route 9.“

“They're legit good. I'm old school Bronx n I keep it simple- cheese. Their Baskin Robbins 31 flavors all looked good but a plain slice tells you the truth about a place n truth is it's good. Balance of cheese to sauce is right, that light crunch when you bite into it, light char on the bottom. Sauce is maybe a lil garlicky but that's fine by me. So all in all, a solid slice.“

“We celebrated my brother in law’s birthday here and had to move our reservation by a half hour to 19:30, so glad we did because the place was packed, the wait time may have been longer, they were very busy. We waited for our table at the bar and noticed they had Blanton’s and Bulleit, two of our favorite bourbons :) The rough-hewn ceiling decor reminded me of the old days… with all types of antique kitchen cookware hanging from it, which lends to an old world charm. As appetizers, we ordered the Gnocchi Taleggio; Homemade Gnocchi in Taleggio Cheese - Cream Sauce topped with crunchy walnuts and garnished fresh parsley.Next we were able to customize our Burrata with quality prosciutto, which was a bit thickly sliced, but that’s ok. The Burrata was creamy… yum. Our waitress verbally gave us a vast specials list, Vincent was a bit hesitant (due to past experiences elsewhere) to order the filet mignon because they are not a steakhouse, but our waitress replied they have a butcher in-house ( as well as a pastry chef) that cuts and preps all the meats and she highly recommends it, with that, he decided to give it a try and selected it with a peppercorn sauce. It was a toss up between Venison with mushrooms in a Marsala sauce or Elk with a green peppercorn sauce between Chris and I, lol. Chris ordered the Elk, which turned out to be the best selection, mine (the venison) not so much. I thought the Mushrooms were a bit too dehydrated and the meat had a liver taste and consistency, I took it home. The mashed potatoes had a hint of truffle, but were a little loose. The broccoli was tasty, fresh and crunchy. We celebrated Chris’s Birthday with a tiramisu, our server came out singing Happy birthday, which was really nice. The complimentary bread with sautéed eggplant and herbs was a nice touch as well :)You don’t feel rushed, even though there’s other patrons waiting to be seated. The prices were great for the quality of food. We were treated very well by the staff and they continued to serve us through the night without having to be flagged down. The restaurant gives off vibes as if you’re dining in Italy at a family home.Another plus is there’s Ample parking.“

You can tell he loves what he does and it only made us enjoy our special night more.“

“I was really hungry and in a rush. The pizza was wonderful and tasty. It wasn’t soft and greasy like other places around. The zapolis was a nice treat afterwards. It was made fresh at that moment nice, soft and warm. It’s a spacious clean establishment this place is a hidden gem in this community. I will certainly return and bring my family.“

“I've lived in the area for 23 years. Pizza places have come and gone in that time without leaving an impression. Pizza and Stuff is honestly the best tasting pizza I've had in a while. I am outside their normal delivery range (have to order thru Doordash if I want delivery) but I will 1000% order from them once a week and pick it up on the way home. Their pizza tastes great and their staff are always friendly and welcoming. The storefront might be a bit small, but it's homey and comfortable. You can never go wrong ordering from these guys. I highly recommend them, even over much closer pizza parlors.Dietary restrictions: Able to accommodate gluten free and veganWheelchair accessibility: Door is directly accessible from the street level“

“Found this place after some googling and the reviews seemed promising so we decided to give it a try. All of the food and drinks were absolutely delicious and the service was great. All of the staff we interacted with were wonderful.. bartender, waiters, bus boys and possibly an owner/manager were extremely nice. My toddler ended up spilling his water on the floor and even though it was embarrassing for us no one made us feel as if it were a problem or inconvenience. The ambiance was wonderful as it seemed like a place where they have a lot of regulars, so it felt homelike in the best way. We will definitely be back.. (with a spill proof sippy cup!)“

“Ducktown Restaurant has such delicious food and the people are very kind and welcoming! Such great food - We love their homemade pizza, meatballs, chicken francese, calamari, poison tacos and especially any specials made by Chef Alex. For example, the Corned beef and cabbage on St Patrick’s day was excellent!! A really convenient and clean restaurant to go to for lunch, dinner, drinks, desserts. A+++“

“I’ve been to Cilantro twice. It has mixed reviews, but I’m not one to be scared off by those. The first time I had the enchiladas de mole poblano y pollo. I try mole often because I love chocolate and the idea of it in a sauce intrigues me. Cilantro’s mole is the best I’ve ever tasted with a richness and depth of flavor I haven’t had elsewhere. My husband had the chicken taco salad and was impressed as well. They did not skimp on the chicken and it didn’t taste like Cisco chicken. Last night I had the black bean and mango salad. It was good but I ate some of it with chips as it was sweet and their salsa is sweet too. House margs are $1.50 off during happy hour - bringing them to $8.50 at the time of this review. José was attentive and my meal came quickly last night.“

“The person taking my order on the phone was very calm, polite, and helpful. There are times you can call a place and be rushed and not understand the person clearly. This was not the case.We ordered the veal parmesan eggplant deluxe. Not the first time.My husband who is picky about veal likes their veal. Was very good. The salad with the house dressing was delicious.Broccoli with garlic and olive oil again very good.Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken my husband gave a thumbs up to. ( I shared my veal)Generous portions. The order was ready when we arrived.Again, it's nice to have customer service like this taking our order.Only thing they do not offer is Caesar dressing. But, their house dressing is very good! Also, the wedge of Italian bread that came with the meal was soft and also good! Everything was packed very nicely, too.Their parking lot is constantly full and there is obviously a reason!“

“Oh, what a night! I never ate so much and I enjoyed every single bite! We frequently visit the Beacon area and we decided to give Brother’s Trattoria a try. Whew, did they deliver. Each dish was fabulous! I’m sure my jeans stretched after this meal, next time I’ll be wearing elastic. Excellent service, great ambiance, and the wine list is superb! Perfect place for dinner with friends!“

“Party of 4 for Dinner. We drove over 2 hours away to see what all the hype was about. Needless to say our experience was worth the drive and then some. Rustic inviting and warm ambiance with beautiful brick walls. We were greeted immediately upon entering and seated. Water and fresh garlic bread with most delicious vegetable olive oil come out automatically. Menu was extensive with a wide variety of southern Italian goodness which made it so hard to choose. We started with the crab cakes (amazing), fried calamari (fresh perfect crunch on the outside, not chewy or greasy), the bruschetta was to die for- all fresh ingredients. Next, out comes a mixed green salad with house balsamic vinaigrette. For drinks - we had the Moscow mule and lemon drop martinis which did not disappoint! For dinner we had the Lobster Ravioli in Light cream vodka sauce- My husband was blown away. He’s a foodie and says this was by far the best vodka sauce he’s ever tasted. I had the shrimp parmigiana with angel hair pasta. Sauce was amazing, pasta was perfectly cooked as well as the shrimp. Our friends had the spaghetti alfredo with chicken and shrimp. They both were in awe. Waitress was super sweet, attentive and brought out everything quickly. The chef even came out to check on us to make sure everything was good! Lastly, we had the Tiramisu, cannolis and cheesecake. Bottom line, come here asap. Staff is everything, great eats with generous portions and fairly priced. Only downside was that at the end of the day, the day had to end. Also, we were so fascinated by the good eats and atmosphere that we didn’t even take photos or look at our phones for that matter. Instead, we lived in the moment and enjoyed it all in real time. Highly recommended.“

“Hands down the best pizza in the area. I have been coming here since I was in High School. My family and I eat here or order from here weekly. Not only is the food amazing but they are great members of our community. Both of my daughters have had "Pizza making" field trips and loved learning how pizza is made. The owners took their time to open early, work with the kids and provide them with an awesome experience that they look forward to yearly. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Whether you want a quick slice or a full meal, you can't go wrong.“

“Beautiful, rustic, cozy place! Service is ultra warm and professional. Food was excellent. Had the polpette and buratta ravioli. I must say I do not think it was stuffed w burrata as it tasted and appeared to be regular cheese filling but everything was delicious nonetheless! Olive oil w the bread was good! And the creme Brule cheesecake was awesome, not too sweet. Excellent experience all around. I'd give my server 10 stars if I could ✨️“

“Late ⏰ review but overall the pizza ? was amazing visited here about a month ago. Restaurant was closed but there is a food truck they have outdoors that sells the best chicken and slices. So we had to eat in the car. The atmosphere was great and a nice vibe in the area will surely keep you comfy with scenery to enjoy your food. Thank you ☺️“

“Nice place which seems to have reliable Italian food. For someone just passing through it was a good place to stop. We had 4 main courses and were all fine. The Nona pasta with smashed meatballs listed on the menu just had sliced meatballs which was quite disappointing.Nice modern interior and very good service.“

“Wife and I love the food..expensive but good...low atmosphere rating due to experiencing a strong cleaning chemical smell the past few times we've dined in..gets in your nasal passage and makes it hard to enjoy your food. “ABC is a great local place that we frequent every once in a while with friends for low-key, informal dinner. The service is always great and the food is well-portioned, made fresh and a good value for the price. The atmosphere is "dated pizza place/diner" but there is a separate dining room and plenty of tables and booths. Comfortable, clean but far from fancy. They serve beer and wine at a reasonable price too...so that's a plus! It doesn't look like much from the outside but you won't be disappointed once you go in!“

“Delicious and Intimate. A gem hidden in a cozy building near the bandstand in Cornwall on Hudson. Municipal parking is ample and the food and service are perfection. I had the branzino on risotto, and tasted my companion's grilled salmon with the best capers. I also had a bite of the chicken Marsala made with sweet Marsala wine. All of the food was amazing. And although the restaurant was at capacity, we never felt rushed. Wonderful special occasion night out. The outside dining in the summer is also a treat.“
