“This place has improved so much since the last time I've been here. I came here a year ago or so and my experience was just horrible, the employees were rude and slow, the bathroom was so dirty, I just held it in. I couldn't even eat or sit in the dining area because of the homeless people. I came to this Dunkin' again recently and it has completely changed for the better. The store was so clean; I was actually able to use the bathroom this time. The service quality has definitely improved, now when you go upstairs to eat there's no homeless people or foul stench anymore, AND they play music so you can sit up there all day and just relax. I think they're under new management or I don't know what they're doing but this Dunkin' has really turned over a new leaf, I hope they continue doing what they're doing because the store is just spectacular now!“

“Okay so the employees really go through a lot. The people can be so demanding and rude to them. The food is low-mid but thats Dunkin quality. The coffee is good and always well prepared. Employees are very nice it's so reliable that it's 24 hours for anytime coffee cravings . There's always random dirty people just sleeping or knocked out.“

“Unregular Bakery was hands down the best bakery experience we had in NYC. The pastry display looks absolutely insane, and everything tastes just as good as it looks. We tried the croissant pudding, the K Bueno, and a cappuccino — all were amazing. The employee recommended we warm up the croissant pudding, and even did it for us — it was exactly what I had been craving after so many disappointing bakery visits in NYC. On top of that, he was super friendly, and you can really see how passionate he is about the bakery and pastries. We’d 100% come back to try all the other goodies.“

“Ordered a maple donut. I like the consistency, is not doughy. Enough crisp on the outer part and chewy on the inside. The maple scent is just right gives a compliment to the doughnut, not too sweet and enough glance on top. The atmosphere is great to sit have a coffee and work remotely. Staffs are friendly and give good recommendations based on your taste. Highly recommend to visit!!!“

“What made this place amazing was the staff. Shivonne (sorry if misspelled) took our phone in order and was so patient. She remembered us when we picked up and our order was perfect. “The egg toasts were delectable! Actually so happy my sister and I chose to come by. It has a tiny kick of spice which was a pleasant surprise. My sister got the vanilla flat white coffee and she loved it and finished it so quickly. The only thing I wasn't over the
moon for was the corndog. I got the mozarella hot dog corn dog and it was okay. I wouldn't get it again.

The space is small but offers some seating indoors and outdoors. I will definitely try to come again for the egg toast specifically.“

“There is only one place that ever made a better chai, and they are no longer in business. This is the closest I’ve ever come to reliving that glorious chai. London fog was good with beautiful smelling earl grey. Lavender latte was perfect! Cheese danish is awesome, as was the cheddar biscuit. Only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the cherry scone. Just didn’t have much flavor. Everything was amazing otherwise. Super chill vibe. Everyone seems to know each other and everyone knows the baristas, which is cool. I loved the strawberry one as there was strawberry jam and the strawberries themselves were really sweet. The mango one was alright as the mangos were a bit bitter. “I found out about this place when going for Banh mi in the same food court. I tried their UBE tres leches ans holy holy was it delicious. How has this place not gone viral yet?? Suckered away in the back of the food court but all is delicious. The owner which was this very nice lady was so sweet and friendly. Absolutely loved all the different desserts they had to offer.“

“I have a sweet tooth and couldn't wait to try this place. When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and was greeted. Melanie served me, and she was nice. I tried a bunch of ice cream flavors, and I went with:

- Cookie au lait with brownie bites oreo chunk whipped cream
- Death by Chocolate Hot Chocolate (marshmallow fluff, Graham crackers, chocolate drizzle, and gold flakes)

“I had such a great experience at 7th Ave Park Slope Diner! The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. The employees were so well-mannered, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine hospitality these days, and it made the meal even better.

“Came here for a hot tea on a rainy day. The cardamom chai was AMAZING. It tastes so similar to what you would get in India, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hot, sweet, and slightly spicy drink.

My only complaint was that the employees were acting as if I was personally ruining their day by ordering. Not sure what that was about; I was the only customer in the store, so I can't imagine my single-drink order was going to trouble them that much. Other than the unfriendly vibes, everything else was nice.

Will visit again and hopefully the service is better next time!
