“Amazing food and amazing staff. I'm a 15 years happy customer for Shamshiri-Northridge and I visited Shamshiri-Westwood and the food was almost the same. I ordered a Shamshiri (Bart-Kobideh) Kabob and I just wanted to taste it and compare it with my favorite spot in Northridge. Kabob was almost the same, but a bit different on texture. I like the food and friendly staff, quick serving and ask for any inquiries. I enjoyed being there. I'll recommend it to others. Price is a bit higher than the one in Northridge which is acceptable by being in West LA and expenses.“
“If you're looking for a place that serves delicious food with exceptional service, you must check out Que lo Que Dominican restaurant in Lindenhurst! My taste buds went on a wild adventure today when my family and I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a Dominican restaurant on Long Island (which is incredibly difficult to find such authenticity in flavor and service). The food was enjoyable - every bite was bursting with succulent meat and flavorful rice and beans. The portions were generous, and the prices were definitely worth it for the quality of the food we received. But what really made our day was the staff - they felt like family! As though we were at my Tia’s house, being served a plate of food while catching up on life, family, and healthy cooking tips. They were friendly and attentive and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction with the meal.We were absolutely delighted by the gracious hostess/owner. She seemed to know exactly what dishes would suit our tastes and generously piled our plates high. The refreshing country club she provided was perfectly chilled and hit the spot. To top it all off, she even sent us on our way with a delicious Cafecito straight from the greca. We couldn't have asked for a better dining experience.Kid-friendliness: I must say, the hostess was truly exceptional in catering to my young daughter's needs. She went above and beyond to make sure my little one felt comfortable and included. And the cherry on top was how much my daughter loved the chicken empanada - it was a real hit!“
“The food in this restaurant is delicious. My favorite is the chicken mofongo with the garlic butter sauce and an order of chicharrones on the side. The drinks are very well-balanced and flavorful. You will definitely have to try there mojitos, especially the passion fruit. The music is good too. Unfortunately, the Wait staff is sometimes unattentive when you are trying to order something being that the place is always full, also make sure you have enough money because the food and drinks are a little on the pricier side. Due to the good vibes at this location between the food, drinks, and music; you can easily loose track of time and rack up a hefty bill. My only suggestion is for the restaurant to higher more waiters.“
“Went here for lunch, based on the recommendation of a colleague that lives nearby. The place was nice and had a great lunch menu. Lots of options at a cheap price, I had the steak which was very tasty but just a bit over cooked. I had sampled the pulled pork which was tender and delicious the lunch came with 2 sides. Want to go back and try some of the other options.Parking: There is a municipal parking lot near by that is free till 5 pm .“
“I ordered a tres leche cake for 20 people and it was huge and deff feeds more and for a reasonable price. The cake was absolutely delicious and everyone at my Friendsgiving loved it and went back for seconds. Great customer service and easy order process. Highly recommend! Thank you so much !!“
“It is the most flavorful delicious food out there! The ambiance is fun and welcoming. The service is great! And the best part of all is the music and I just love how I can burn off the food dancing at night!I highly highly recommended it. It will not disappoint!!“
“Visited from Houston. We are short on great Dominican food here. The food here brought back memories. Man, I'm sorry I moved. But I'm saving lots of money on rent, gas, and no more parking tickets. So I can afford to fly back more often.“
“I’ve found that area Dominican restaurant staff are some of the nicest people. The same is true for Dominican Restaurant 5. I ordered a chicken lunch meal with rice and beans and it came with two plantains and salad. The meal was $13. The food was good, but I wouldn’t say that the flavor was exceptional.“
