“Yong Wang kitchen is one of the better local Chinese take out joints in the East Islip/Islip Terrace area. Consistency is important to me and Yong Wang is that. No surprises because they use different cooks on different nights.The chicken in the sweet & sour chicken is always tender and fresh. The veg fried rice is good, as they add a bit more vegetables than many other places. Tired of getting a container of rice, with two pieces of broccoli at the top, and then just rice.They are quick, 10-15 mins on most items and they are always pleasant when greeting you.“

“I coach the three young boys of the owners here for swimming and have been looking forward to trying out their restaurant. The food was so delicious and came out very quickly (within 15 mins of ordering) and once I got home I sat down and ate it all in one sitting. (Definitely enough food for 2-3 meals) The boneless spare-rips in particular looked and smelled incredIble as well as naturally colored and most importantly were absolutely delicious. On top of all that the owners are absolutely fantastic people and seeing how they treat their staff and guests it is easy to see how they are raising such incredible young men. Definitely recommend trying out and stopping next door to try the frozen yogurt shop (Swirls&Twirls) owned by the same family! (I know Ill be back!:))“
