What was even more lovely, was how friendly the two women working there were. Genuine hospitality that you’d struggle to find nowadays.

“Hellenic in East Marion was incredible! This was my first Greek meal in 5 years since before my diagnosis. I haven't been able to eat safe from cross contamination gluten free Greek food and today I was sooo happy! Hellenic makes their own gluten free pita bread. It was so good that I bought some frozen gluten free pita to go. We went to the farms today so we just kept driving but it will be a great place to go before or after taking the ferry to Connecticut in the future as it’s on the way. I wish it was closer to central/western Suffolk. I can’t wait to go back.”

“We visited on Saturday evening during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. From the moment we entered through the front door, we were welcomed by big smiles, big smells of delicious food, and what felt like a warm hug from a good friend. Classic and palette awakening cocktails. Try the brandade fritters and the best Caesar salad I have ever enjoyed. Sea bass was fresh out of the waters that surround the east end. The burger and the roasted chicken. For sides we ordered the onion gratin, romanesco and French fries. Surprise banana split for dessert. Delicious! See you again soon. Happy Holidays!”

I always try something new, that I never thought I would eat, and end up loving. Last night the Eel hush puppies blew me away! Can’t wait to come back again!”

“Old school diner vibe. Spotless. Nice to drink out of glass instead of plastics like many restaurants there days.
Had traditional fish and chips but swapped out the fries for a salad. All great quality. Fish was fresh and greens simple but tasty. Husband tried the oyster soup and for him to say it was satisfying raised my eyebrow. Heard the desserts are great but too full to try. Don’t skip this gem.”

We tried two flights and liked 7 of the 8 we tried. Will definitely be back to try more. They also have an outdoor seating area but it was too cold the day we went.”

The food here is great and light on the pallet. Everything so far here flows one after another. When it comes to weddings, this venue is amazing. As a guess this place has been accommodating and amazing flavors for me and my wife. If we were from NY we would have had our venue be this place. 10/10”

A true gem in the heart of wine country! The Reserve Grüner Veltliner was the star of the tasting, bright, crisp, and perfectly balanced with a lively acidity. And the Lemon Drop cocktail- wow!

The highlight of our visit was Monica. Her warmth, enthusiasm, and knowledge made the entire experience special. She took the time to learn what we enjoyed, guided us through several wine selections and made us feel like welcomed friends. Her recommendations were spot-on, and we left with several bottles thanks to her expertise!

We also loved the atmosphere. No loud parties, no children running amok, just people relaxing, enjoying great wine, and actually talking to one another. It felt more like an Italian palazzo than a typical tasting room, a place where you can linger and savor the moment.

Don't leave without trying the olive oil cake or the Italian granola! We left with full bellies, great wine, and plans to return as soon as possible.

One Woman has outstanding wine, delicious food, and a beautiful setting, but Monica's hospitality is what turned a great afternoon into a unforgetable one. One Woman you are my One Favorite!”

“Really great tasting fish! I got the fish and chips and both were fired perfectly. Tartar sauce was good but ask for an extra one as one is not enough. Be careful on weekend lunch hour as it gets packed and also the food seems to be rushed and doesn't come out as great which would give the rating of 4.5. But overall lovely food and I always come here every summer.”

“Black Sheep is the best bagel shop on The North Fork!!! The food is amazing and the staff is great. Julian, Bobby, Hugo and Jonas are my favorites! They are fast and get your food made quickly. There is always something new to try. Definitely a black sheep girl for life!”
