“Our favorite tapas place. This evening we had the short rib bruschetta, the meat melts in your mouth. The truffle fries are amazing as always. The funghi pizza was delicious! Our server Eddie was attentive without being overbearing. A+ as always.“
“Bar Americano is an absolutely fantastic addition to our neighborhood! They offer quality drinks, excellent food, great atmosphere, and great service! All of the staff are great! The manager, Lauren is the best, she takes great care of us every time we go! If you’re looking for a place to do happy hour, they have probably be best menu in the area. Great prices on drinks and food! Shishito peppers, crispy brussels, delicious meatballs, and short rib sliders! All on happy hour plus so much more! They even offer a bottle of wine with a charcuterie board for only $35 during happy hour!
At this point, I’ve had pretty much every entrée on the menu, all are fantastic! My favorites being the spiced steak and the salmon!

“From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, this restaurant was amazing. Monroe’s offers a cozy feel, with amazing staff and welcoming smiles. We started out with drinks and appetizers. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide us to delicious appetizer choices. I had the eggplant rollatini special and my dad had the clams orreganata. I order items with vodka sauce quite frequently and this was the best I have ever had. It was smooth and creamy with amazing flavor! The homemade focaccias bread was delicious and airy, the perfect piece of bread to soak up the remainder of the sauces from our appetizers (because it was too good to leave a single drop). For dinner I ordered the skirt steak, medium rare. The marinade was sensational, and the skirt steak cut like butter! It was cooked to perfection. Even the vegetables and potatoes it came with were delicious. My dad ordered the penne Ala vodka and added chicken cutlet to the dish. He couldn’t stop raving about it. We were so full after our appetizers and main entrees, but the dessert menu was too tempting. We shared a slice of the raspberry cheesecake and oh my goodness, if you like cheesecake, order this! They make it in house and it was the perfect sweet treat to end our dining experience. I paired it with a cappuccino. Monroe’s doesn’t disappoint, even to the last detail. My cappuccino had a cute cinnamon heart on top. Overall, Monroe’s was truly a delightful and pleasant experience. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends and family!“

“A true hidden gem of a restaurant, with spacious open seatings, amazing interior lighting and decorations, polite and super curteous staff / manager, a unique delicious seasonal menu, and Very Very competetive priced dinner menu.

I ordered wood grilled kona lamb. The dish was prepared to perfection, well served and delicious.
Considering the location and area, if you are seeking a classy restaurant with amazing atmosphere, seasonal delicious menu, and yummy choices then I highly, highly recomend this restaurant.
And don't miss out on their shot glass, gorgeous desert menu.

“My wife and I are pizza fanatics specifically Neapolitan style. A hybrid gas, wood fire grill that makes a near perfect pie. We split a Margherita and Mushroom pie.
The Cesar salad was great, a touch of lemon zest and crispy lettuce.
The meatballs were high quality and this is coming from a self proclaimed meatball master.
This place is an absolute MUST!“

“Celebrated my husband's birthday at George White Restaurant on a Sunday evening. Great menu with lots of choices for every taste. I chose Steak Au Poivre from the Prix Fixe, husband and daughter had Chicken Cordon Bleu and Chicken Cacciatore. Everything was excellent and our server, Cathy, was fantastic.“

“1st time trying a Capital Grille. Came to celebrate my birthday with my wife. Reservations are a must at this place as it can get busy and even with a reservation they may ask you to wait till seats are available.
From the moment you are seated, the staff make sure you are taken care of. They are patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. Our server Nicholas and the managing partner Richard ensured that whatever you were celebrating, you would feel special. Highlights of the meal included a wonderful birthday card with decorated table, well created drinks, the lobster bisque, 48oz porterhouse steak, the lobster Mac and cheese, velvety mashed potatoes, and the scalloped potatoes (which most places I've been to don't even offer). Seeing I was curious about dessert, they even offered a complimentary sample of 2 mini desserts and allowed me to order the main dessert separately if I wanted. Nothing felt pushy, rushed or fake. Only lull in service was regarding waiting for check. Definitely will be coming back to see if this place hits the right notes again. Thank you all for a wonderful night.“

“We dined at the Majors Restaurant in East Meadow. Dinner was delicious. I have no complaints about that. Here is my issue. Little, but it’s the principle. My husband ordered a cup of coffee after our $158 Dinner. The coffee came and when he put milk in it, I noticed it was really dark. I tasted it. WOW it was burnt, old & muddy. I called the waiter over and asked for a new brewed cup of coffee. He came back with a cup from the SAME pot. Normally I would of just moved on & left it. But when the bill came we were charged $3.50. For 1 cup of burnt coffee? Sorry it was the principle. If you are going to charge your clients $3.50 for a cup of coffee, invest in a Keurig where every cup is fresh. You make a great margin per cup?“
