They are husky and not enjoyable to eat. Had to pick each little piece out. Better imho to leave them whole. I did not enjoy the dry pot at all. The flavor profile was very odd to me but others may like it.“

“I love this place and the fact that they deliver. There is one other place we love but they don't deliver and now that I tried Yhum Yhum,. honestly, there's no turning back. We ordered for the first time like 2 weeks ago and since our kitchen is being remodeled and we cant use it have ordered like 3 times already lol. I always saw this place when my mom used to get hair cuts over there but never went and tried it- happy we decided to order and check it out. The warm bread with honey butter is the next event to fill your stomach before the actual meal starts. Chili is a great appetizer. I think most of the side dishes are fine. Steaks are good but whatever you do, stay away from any sirloin. Even prepared at medium, it tastes and chews like shoe leather and not the rich Corinthian leather kind. I've been there numerous times, but I guess the visits are spread out enough that I forget to avoid the sirloin. My default cheap nature guides me to sirloin and I regret it after the first bite. Ribeye, NY strip and anything else is fine. I'm not sure I know what their “road kill” cut is or how it tastes.“

This spot would be a 5/5 stars if they were twice consistent. As mentioned, the first time I visited it was delicious; especially the Egg foo young sauce/gravy.

Came back last week and it tasted “similar” but not nearly the same. Much to heavy of the minty flavor in the topping. Maybe they have a new cook in training or just over-measured. Regardless, not a big deal.

Food is good overall and I think I’ll give C Garden another shot. If they go back to the flavor first time I visited I’ll give them that 4 -> 5 ⭐️ promotion.
