Someone told me today that this was their favorite pizza in Plainview ( it at the border of Plainview and Hicksville on Woodbury road and south oyster bay road). The regular slice was also good and really cheesy as promised. Inside the dining room is nicer than you can tell from the outside. The staff are efficient and accommodating. Got a large sausage (regular NY style), it was very tasty but just a tad too thick for me to be NY style. Great pizza nonetheless but I've had better NY style in the midwest so I can't give it 5 stars. A little thinner and it's probably a 5 star pizza. The flavor is there.“

“Solid pizza and ingredients. We ordered a Grandma pie and a few slices of white and eggplant+ricotta. The marinara and cheese on the grandma were good. The grandma is also 12 slices which is a nice bump in size compared to other shops which make 9 slices pies. My only knock on their pizza is the crust. It tastes like a low protein/gluten content flour, almost like all purpose or maybe a little cake flour mixed in. So it's not as chewy as I think pizza crust should be. That said, it's still got a solid crispy layer.“

We had the special Beet Salad loaded with green apples, arugula, walnuts and goat cheese and it was very good. My old favorite is always the Stuffed Artichoke and it was delicious. The half moon shaped Ravioli special with shrimp was excellent. Already want to go back for that dish again. The Cacio Pepe, the fresh spaghetti is always the best.
